Costa Coffee in Hillingdon

Went to order a chocolate Frappuccino. Took over half an hour. Went to order again but a coffee (can't remember what one) and timed it to less than 1 minute. Seems like they can't be asked to make harder orders.

I ordered a small latte, very luke warm.. Couldn't be bothered to ask to remake it.. Can get busy depends on time of the day. I was there early morning 5am..many airport workers gioes here for coffee.

This Costa Coffee at Heathrow is conveniently located before check-in and tends to be less crowded, making it a decent option for a quick coffee. However, be aware that you'll find a wider range of options after passing through security. The service is okay but not exceptional. A practical choice if you're early for your flight but not a must-visit.

Volcanic stoney beaches . But some easy access neighborhoods beaches are good. Three and half stars . Closer to four not three in my opinion.

When you're travelling it all feels GOOD. It's a nice junction to have a coffee and snacks. I believe its the last food outlet on terminal 3 where you can go with the person who have come to see you off so it's worth sitting there before entering the security check.

What can you say, it's a coffee shop and the coffee is great.

Open at all hours of night. Coffee wasn't bad.

Timely place for a cuppa, either sit in or take to go. You can also choose varieties of snacks and also a meal deal if you fancy. I went for a meal deal, its worth the price. Not much queue and you can just pay via the app to ease stress if you are on the go 😃

I guess they should have a policy prohibiting the entrance with the airport cart. The coffee and bevarage was just as good as you'd expect from a Costa coffee.

I just want to personally Thanks Ashley based at Terminal 3. She was very friendly and Intentive. I had a very long shift working in heathrow she saw how tired I was, I had forgotten to show her my pass. Luckily she saw my pass and initially sorted my discount. After a miserable day she made me fell appreciated! I have never had such fast quick service with an extra boast of morale. Thank you soo much I hope good fortunes for you. I must say the Rest of the team are amazing! Keep it up, I'll definitely be returning back as your regular !

The food that I ordered was okay however upon ordering I noticed that the cakes and pastries that were on display that we were urged to buy had flies in it. Allowing insects to roam where food is being prepared and served is unhygienic and downright poor service. If they allow such things to be displayed to customers, who knows the type of environment the actual kitchen has also.

Enjoyed my lovely caffe late from the Terminal 3 Costa. Service was efficient, professional considering the line at the time of our visit. Friendly and helpful barista’s (Abdul) who is very helpful and professional 😊 and enjoying his job! Thank you for you’re warm welcome and doing you’re joh excellent together with your colleagues.

Ended up spending the night in this cafe with vouchers provided by BA as baggage claim problems meant we had to wait until baggage reclaim reopened at 5am. Two staff on. Tables left full of debris for hours, floor dirty, mice seen running about and gained flea bites from the dirty "comfy" chairs. Really needs a deep clean and for soft furnishings to be renewed. Eye opening to see the reality of this place late at night. However that said, if it wasn't for the fact they were open 24 hours we would have spent the night on metal chairs.

Je trouve pas de tout à mon goût leurs attitude, il parlent entre eux et font des erreurs!Par contre c’était bon, malgré qu’il étais froid Je demande un café especial, on m’a donné une sorte de frappucino !J’avais faim et j’avais besoin de me réchauffer, car c’est dans l’avion que je me suis rendu compte que j’étais en sandales

There is not a lot of choice of coffee outlets land-side at T3, Heathrow, so we were pleased to find a little Costa where it is quite a comfortable to sit. One can usually procure a reasonable cup of coffee at Costa and this outlet did not disappoint. My wife has certain food allergies and while Costa can always produce a list of known allergens the (friendly) staff are unable to give information on the ingredients of the food they sell. My wife has a comparatively rare allergy so it is not possible for her to eat there without this information. It is surely not too difficult to keep a record of what their food contains. This is a shame and a short-coming which, of course, does not only apply to Costa but, sadly, to most food outlets in the UK, and it is a matter that I hope legislation addresses in the near future.

早朝ヒースローに到着しターミナル3から4のパリ行きのエアフランスの出発までの間での利用です。私達が大好きなプレタマンジェは外が見えない場所だったので外が見えるこちらにやって来ました。こちらはやや昭和な感じのする古いカフェの雰囲気で、接客もの〜んびりしています（時間はたっぷりあるので問題無し）夫はコーラとハムとチーズのサンドイッチ、私はスープを頼みました。空港内なのでそれなりに混んでいてもう少し来るのが遅かったら席は空いていなかったのです。こちらのレジでApple Payが使えるのを知り、ネットで調べ無事ロンドンでもApple Payを使えるようカードを登録しました。そういう意味ではのんびり接客のおかげで店内をじっくり見れたのでApple Pay利用を知れたのでよかったかもしれません。日本でもApple Payは使用していますが海外で日本のスマホでApple Payとして使えるカードはMasterCard、AMEX、JCBだけらしいので私はAMEXわ追加。後々スーパーやレストランで使用しました。パリよりもロンドンの方がApple Payを使えるところは多いように感じました。

......to MIA this Costa is our first stop whatever time we arrive at the terminal.Always friendly (smiling) courteousness service - unusual in my experience where airport outlets are concerned!No line on this occasion, but it’s rarely a problem (we are never pushed for time)Well made cappuccino’s and well stocked food cabinet and plenty of pastries. Clean and tidy tables.Located slightly out of the way on the first floor (near security) level - but difficult to miss - just look for the usual signage!

Not much to report here as the service proposition is supposed to be consistent across the chain. It’s ok for an airport location which I find can be hit or miss.

The girl was not keen on the idea of making any more filter coffee, giving the excuse she was going on her break and didn't have time. It was 4am, and her colleague said I'd have to wait until 5am. I wouldn't have minded but there was no explanation (and the first assistant was offhand). I had been served filter coffee earlier without any problems.

We HSD a very tough morning arriving in the UK. Standing an hour in the apron waiting for a parking bay, this made us miss our connecting flight. All we could do is to have a refreshingly good cup of coffee and a croissant. Thanks guys you restored our balance to tackle the day.

Good latte and okay croissant while waiting for a flight. It's nice to sit at a table and have some room to relax before the flight.

Well you know what to expect with a costa coffee. We had an hours wait for our bus from the airport so popped in here for a refresh and a hot drink. All very standard.

When I ask for hot drinks based on prices on a board I do not expect to pay 20p more per drink without being asked. I did not want to change my coffee beans to the OPS blend. At my local and Maybird, Stratford store I always get the choice offered to me. If they don't ask then don't upgrade without permission.

We love costa coffee and we had good day today as this is one of the best costa coffee store. Will definitely visit soon.

Luckily there is lots of room for people and al their luggage. It’s standard Costa fare with the usual tea, cakes and sandwiches etc. Service was very good with polite friendly staff

Thought we would have a coffee whist we were here dropping of parents. The barista was so friendly and professional. He was definitely one of the best Costa employee's I have come across. The coffee and hot chocolate was made beautifully.

Costa was my go to coffee in London. Didn’t disappoint, I had no problem with service. I watched a lovely older lady walk around n speak to every customer, she truly loved speaking to everyone n obviously loved her job. Costa need to recognise her. A real asset to costa. Anyway till next time I’m in the UK

A good Costa considering it’s located at LHR where every outlet, food or otherwise, is overpriced coupled often with indifferent service!

Secondo me la catena è un po' meglio delle altre. In qs caso i ragazzi sono celeri e gentili. Ci sono molti posti a sedere di vario tipo (poltrone, sgabelli che rendono il locale molto accogliente). Il caffè è buono e i prezzi nella media. Si vedono molto bene gli schermi con i voli, perciò potete gustarvi il vostro caffè senza timore di perdre il vostro volo

Buen café, buenos productos, precios razonables para ser un aeropuerto. Los camareros muy amables. Recomendado.

Costs here does decent if not exceptional coffee and is in a convenient location if you are meeting at the terminal.

A quick coffee or medium lunch, this place is a Costa. Expect airport prices. Food and drink as expected. Limited space, considering people will be walking around with suitcases, and difficult to walk past people seated if you have a trolley. However, it was pleasant, staff were helpful, and it is convenient.

I enjoy my Costa Coffee, especially the mellow latte. But standing in the line waiting to be served is tedious - especially when one fellow is wiping his coffee machine clean and making sure it gleams on the outside. Either more staff are needed here, or more efficiency. The tables were not cleared, service was poor - but the coffee is good!
