Bought a "flatbread" as a side for £1.50 and I ended up with a very small, very stale, piece of brown bread. Incredible work. I could have gone to a supermarket and bought my own loaf of bread for that price. Very bizarre you claim that flatbread is a small piece of brown bread..keep up the good work

terrible service, placed many orders from different tossed locations online, whenever i order from this one, my order is around an hour late. tell me why it takes over an hour to “prepare” a salad??? tried to call twice as well for an update and no one picked up. DO BETTER

The protein hiits are good but pricey for a small portion. Having said this the salads and other items are not as great or healthy. I agree with the previous reviewer and calories are high! Your better off making your own salad which will be cheaper as well or have a burger! Take away branch with some outdoor seats.

The proteiin hits, gym food, hot dishes, drinks and smoothies are much better than the salads. The combination of ingredients in the salads and dressings don't work! The salads are often soggy. Even if you make your own salad rather than choosing one of the ready made one's, it's better and cheaper to make it at home. I do like their other products as mentioned, particularly the protein hiits and gym food which are really healthy, high in protein and fresh. It's not cheap but I live alone and always on the go so I find it useful to come here and get some healthy food! You can click and collect and order before you arrive or as most places have implemented with the pandemic, automated touch screen ordering. You can see photographs of the menu items and customise your dishes. They also display nutritional information. I popped in this evening to get the chicken and broccoli gym food which was plain, simple and a healthy light dinner. Nice size portion. Service was fast and friendly. Most branches open till 21:00 which is also good. Limited seating mainly outside (closed at present with the COVID-19 lockdown).

I only go for protein hiits or juices and smoothies. Otherwise don't bother. The salads are not that great as they used to be. Staff were pleasant but they gave me the wrong item which was annoying but I only realised at home. The silly thing was that when I was in the branch, I heard the one member of staff ask the other one what my order was! I didn't hear the answer but it was obviously not right! They only have outdoor seating. They show nutritional information which is good. I like the automated ordering system like most places have introduced with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Hay mucho teatro de salud en Tossed. A primera vista, la comida que se sirve se ve bien para ti, pero cuando miras la cantidad de calorías que se consumen, es una locura. Incluso las calorías que consumía comiendo una olla mediana y una bebida eran cercanas a las que habría consumido en cualquier restaurante de comida rápida de hamburguesas o pollo conocido. El problema es que la cocina industrializada nunca puede ser saludable a este precio que también es caro. 8 para un almuerzo es una locura. Es mejor ir a un lugar que haga todo desde cero mientras esperas. Me gusta ver lo que como y cómo se cocina. No volveré

Visité un domingo, estaba muy tranquilo. De hecho, yo era el único en la tienda. Personal amable y me sirvieron rápidamente. Lamentablemente, el pollo que había probado de pescado y esto me hizo pensar que estaba desactualizado. La otra cosa decepcionante fue el plástico de un solo uso. La ensalada que pedí vino en una caja de plástico junto con cubiertos de plástico. No volvería a visitar esta cadena alimentaria de nuevo.

I actually visited the Monument branch but can't find it on this site. The ordering system via ipads is a bit odd - having to wait for them the staff to call out "Penelope Cruz/Cameron Diaz" etc seems unnecessarily quirky for no reason. But back to the food.......... I ordered a chipotle salad - the regular portion was pretty small and the whole thing was just very sludgy - felt anything but healthy and the portion for the extra chicken was miniscule. I am very underwhelmed and will stick to my usual salad places in future.

Tossed could be awesome - salads and healthy foods, customised to your preferences. But it is let down by its hideous use of single use plastic. You go in, place your orders on screens then the food is prepared fresh - nice! My food was pretty good for takeaway but my salad came in this mega thick, huge plastic bowl. AND it’s designed in a way that uses more plastic to make the food look more plentiful than it is. I will return but only once they switched to sustainable packaging. Sort it out TOSSED!

I have used Tossed a few times now. I'm not much of a breakfast eater, and I don't eat many carbs. It is difficult to find take away places that cater to those needs. Tossed offer eggs with green veggies and meats for breakfast, and for lunch you can build your own salads, choosing the base, the sauces, the 'premiums' etc. Some people have complained about the wait time, remember, everything is prepared to order. Those eggs for breakfast? Cooked on the stove while you wait. Never waited more than 5 minutes for breakfast or 10 minutes for lunch. Also, I simply order online now, so when I get there, my order is in the fridge waiting for me.

But really, don't waste your money here. It's not terrible and I did finish my meal because I was really hungry. However, quality wise it was not great. Price was ok but I thought they could have done a lot better. Sorry. My first and last visit.

AVOID! I work very close by Tossed in Paddington. I like the concept and it is always busy at lunch times. In the last 2 years, I have only been there 3 times. The first time, to try it myself. The salad was good but it took over 10 minutes to order and another 15 minutes to get it. 25 minutes is too long for a fast food restaurant serving take away lunches. The second time, for a lunch run for a colleague, it took yet again a similar amount of time and the staff didn't appear to know what they should be doing apart from running around avoiding to serve any customer. On my the third and final visit, I had to wait for over 20 minutes after paying to get my salad (this is not counting the time it took queuing and ordering...). This is after asking a member of staff what happened to my salad. I then got handed a salad which wasn't the one I ordered (different content and different size). and then I had to wait yet again to get the correct salad. The staff's behavior was okay but not good enough considering the situation. Only 1 lady out of the 3 members of staff I talked to was friendly and helped. She was very polite but her colleagues' attitude wasn't the same. I generally avoid this restaurant as the waiting time is poor; and you don't always get what you ordered. Avoid it if you can and go to one of the other outlets next door such as Pret or Starbucks!

Everytime I go here I wish I immediately wish I hadn't! People expect a quick turnaround at lunchtime in this location. 15 minute wait is not OK. Frustratingly when you voice complaint it falls on deaf ears and get excuses that are not good enough. Steer clear unless you have plenty of time and patience on you hands.

Petit déjeuner pris lors de mon dernier jour à Londres, le menu est varié aussi bien en salé(bagel, saumon, avocat...) que sucré(porridge,toast...) , les produits sont frais et bons. L'accueil est agréable, vous pouvez vous installer à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Le prix n'est pas elevé. Je le recommande.

I have visited many times but the reduced quality of the products combined with ever decreasing portion sizes and increased prices means I will not be using this store anymore.

Yo hasta hace poco era un cliente diariamente en echadas. Entonces vimos que el zumo han añadido a mis bebidas (de un recipiente sin marca plástico) era el color de zumo de concentrarse. He preguntado con el miembro del personal haciendo mi bebida, que confirmó este fue el caso, y luego le envié un correo electrónico al dirección de contacto en el sitio web. Basta decir que las respuestas eran satisfactorias. La persona que respondió "Angelina" me dijo que el uso de zumo de concentrarse en las tablas de menú de los restaurantes (falso) y que estaba en el menú de papel (hay una referencia a zumo pero no que no es fresco o peor aún concentrado) y que mira a un menú de papel cuando parado frente a una junta de menú?! Yo diría que la respuesta a la pregunta que planteó ha sido realmente horrible y ahora consulta sobre si la cadena es, en su conjunto, deliberadamente engañoso clientes. No puedo creer que la persona media que está pagando casi 5 libras por una bebida que contenga verde verduras, etc. sabe que la bebida contiene jugo de manzana de concentrado o Cuándo comprar, si es que no lo sé. Siguiente parada normas comerciales. En resumen, una cadena para evitar si quieres una bebida genuinamente saludable.

Después de haber dicho que concentrarse en ensalada más de sandwich, fuimos a dar vueltas hoy para el almuerzo. El modelo es muy similar a Chop'T en EE.UU. - seleccionar las verduras para ir en su ensalada y le regalaremos. Elegí un Chipotle con Falafel. Ensaladas era fresco y podría haber sido un poco más arrojadas (creo que es sólo una preferencia personal) - el personal era muy agradable. Sin duda volveremos otro día.

Me encantan los ingredientes frescos, la gran variedad de ingredientes y aderezos, las deliciosas todo este pequeño oasis saludable tiene para ofrecer. Mi marido y yo realmente disfrutar arrojadas en todas sus ubicaciones. Es la ubicación perfecta para el almuerzo.

Another lunch spot for when I work in town. If you have the app you can order ahead & there is a cost saving.After paying they give you a receipt with a name of a famous person & they call you when your salad is ready. I was Brad Pitt. Good selection of prepared salads too if you don't want to wait. I always get a Caesar and you can choose chicken or salmon on top which is really nice.

Really good value healthy food from Tossed. They are quick and the service is great. I especially like the online ordering where you put in your order on the iPhone app and the time, and when you get there it will all be ready.Great team at Sheldon Square too. Really friendly and helpful. Keeps me coming back!

first time I've visited Tossed, but I have been to Vital ingredient before. I found Tossed more inpersonal, you can't select the exact ingredients you want so easily. Also, on the main board it doesnt list the individual ingredients of the salad, I had to check the paper menu instead to understand exactly what would be in there.At the till I requested swapping the egg for another ingredient but this wasn't allowed I was told. When the salad came it was ok, croutons were really hard and while there wasnt enough dressing to cover all the salad leaves what dressing there was was overly pungent. For a simple caesar salad I expected more.

Custom salads made fresh to order as you wait (or oder online ahead, or have delivered!) A fabulous healthy alternative in Central London. A little known fact: this particular one on Baker Street is in a modern building (post WWII) which many expert Sherlockians claim is where the original 221B Baker Street would have been. And in fact, the seventeen steps up to Holmes and Watson's apartment would have been right where Tossed is! So think about that as you get your artichoke avocado cashew spinach chicken salad assembled.....
