Had a problem here on a previous Had Had a hard time last visit so was cautious about returning but I had one of my work friends loving the place so I was with a group who half loved it and the rest didn't want to see it again so I was a bit soft and decided to treat my friend and said I would come back and see if anything had changed! The selling of the place starts on the streets as we were promised a fast track entrance if we paid a higher entrance fee but I said no so We went in at normal price! I had tried this place once before and was unimpressed however One of my friends loves it! The place itself is quite nice with dancing girls and quite nice decour! Music went from a live band to a dj which was refreshing as this is not offered in many places we have been too however just as we were starting to settle in we kept getting shuffled out of our seats by staff and customers alike!Even though it was not that busy the service was very slow and bar staff seemed to be going through the motions and security seemed irrateable and not that approachable! we had some drinks which were at a reasonable price for the area but we're very very slow to serve but the bar staff said they were having issues and it was usually faster! We danced and started to have a nice time and after a hr or two left! On the way out on the street we were offered by a promoter to come back for a late club in Harrys called the innovative name "Late" but I haven't heard of that one I said to the promoter however he was persistent but so was i and I told him in no uncertain terms we are not paying another £10 to come back later and we left!He wasn't happy! I agreed with my group that next time the people who love this place can return and me and the others can go elsewhere! Its actualy good that its away from the overly busy Piccadilly area and crazy Leicester Square area! Keep a consistant entrance price! please!

Was really interested to go to this place as it looked like it could be fun and similar to the atmosphere of the film of Kiyote Ugly. The problem is we were told that without ID we wouldn't get in, were all late 40's early 50's, do we really need ID? It took my friend 3 attempts to book table for four for dinner, When i tried to change the table from 4 to 5, couldn't make the change online, I had to call their booking line, left a message yet no one called me back to confirm. When we got there, a burly bouncer just opened the door to let us in, No ID checks or anything else. The place was loud and lots of younger mid 20's young workers in there, the football was on Arsenal v Napoli on a screen from a projector, We got our table and tried to order drinks, it took about 15 mins before anyone came to serve us. We were totally surprised to find that they had no water, still or sparkling in a bottle at all, and more so No coke, diet coke, or zero in a bottle either! What kind of bar doesn't sell water! I myself was driving that night, so didn't want alcohol, I hate coke on draft as its generally sweet and flat, because its only ok as a mixer with vodka or scotch etc. But some of us out there, do like to have a real coke, from a bottle, with a slice and ice.... Also when my friends asked about getting a certain type of aged single malt, the waitress had no idea what he was taking about and kept saying that it will be a nice whisky!!! On the food side, hmmm, How can you run out of sliders at 8.30pm in the evening, it wasn't exactly packed in there, so it was just burgers that we ordered and these came out incorrectly too. The fries were amazing, but that isn't exactly hard to do! When the football finished, 3/4 of the clientele in there walked out, so there was a handful of people waiting for the girls to come out and to dance on the bar, The only person really interested in us was one of the independent self employed girls walking around selling Yeigermeister bombs, who came over to the table on more than one occasion to sell us some drinks and chat with us. Overall, very disappointed in this place, it could so easily be a superb bar, but the lack of attentive knowledgeable staff, poor service, poor food, badly managed, makes it honestly one of the worst places I have been to in my 56 years living in London. I will never go back, and realise why when i normally pay £18 per drink in the places that I normally go to, its because they are sophisticated, buzzy, with better more informed staff and better food options as well.

That was a Party...! In the Coyote Ugly style the girls danced on the bar, the atmosphere and the music was fantastic. Actually we wanted to join the Pup Crawl (which starts here on Saturday) but since we were to late in the bar and we missed the tour, but that was not bad... The Party in Dirty Harry`s was amazing.

Went in for a beer and a burger. Despite there only being about 20 people in there none of the staff approached us for our order. One guy I did ask barked we had to get the girl from the bar, it wasnt his job. Finally managed to order then waited 15minutes for drinks which only came after I spoke to the manager, which somewhat predictably, were wrong when they arrived. Burger itself was a joke, looked like something from a microwave packet. The guy who served it got annoyed when I asked for mayo/ketchup saying 'if we'd sat properly in a booth (we were on a high table by the bar) then the condiments would already be there'

I come here with my dad and brother for a couple of chilled drinks.. happy hourS soon changed that.. we managed to get a seat on the sofas, we had a lovely lady serving us who we tipped early on in the evening so she came back very regularly! The music was great and was a very good atmosphere in there, we grabbed some food in there as well which was good food and come out very quickly. I have been raving about this place all weekend and I now can’t wait to go back to London and go back, would recommend booking a table if coming in any later than 5.30ish

How is it possible to turn up 1 HOUR late for a table reservation and get paying patrons kicked off the table total BS.

Place was empty so decided we would grab bite to eat and watch rugby. Was told they had no vacant table. I think I was judged on scruffy appearance as I have beard and wild hair. Said to server is my money not good enough with open wallet immediately she said we can fit you in. Myself being stubborn I said a few seconds ago you didn't have anything but now that you realise I have cash you have vacancy. I politely declined and left as few moments before my money was good enough.

The Saturday night we spent here was brilliant, the crack was flying and there was a great crowd. The bar staff were very good at there job and were quick with service. On the Sunday it was a whole other story, we were excited to return here but that attitude changed quickly. They had no draught available and could only serve from one side of the bar appearently having to walk over to you is an inconvenience. The bar maid on the night was terrible she had zero people skills and didn't understand when my partner asked for a single she gave her a double. This was our first drink of the night so there was no mistaking she said a single. All in all Saturday is a big yeah Sunday is a huge no.

Popped into Dirty Harry’s to watch football while on a stag. Amazing value for Soho happy hr from 5 till 8 drinks half price. Will definitely be returning.

Booked an area for my boyfriends birthday on a Thursday night, we had a group of about 15 of us. The ambiance in this place is very strange. There was no clear theme with the music (with songs being played twice). What is advertised by them eg. live music, dancing isn't true to what really happens in there. Was extremely empty for a Thursday night near Christmas which is hard to be in Soho in London. We were told we had table service although in the time it took for her to give our order to the bar and get the drinks, we had ordered two rounds ourselves. We ended up grabbing the drinks made for us instead of her bringing them to us. The food we ordered was terrible. Lack of taste and felt like it had been microwaved up. Not worth coming here. Very disappointing especially for a birthday celebration.

Went here with a Couple of work friends as we were a bit tired of big noisy clubs!Convinced the girls and a couple of boys that we should try this place and although the place is not that bad for what it offers it is sadly let down by the door staff! I think they need some customer service training on the outside and even the ones inside! There seemed to be a unpleasant abrupt presence about them and I don't expect to pay £20 for entrance to what looks like a cowboy bar! When we came to walk away the price suddenly dropped! After we got over that unpleasantness the place itself is fun and it's live band and then dj theme is something new and refreshing! Would go again but only if the security either change or learn some manners ! Bar staff food and drinks were good though! Would recommend once the security becomes more friendly!

Walked in with friends ordered drinks and food ! Hidden service charge on food and when food did arrive, it arrived in drips and draps , with some of the group finishing there meal before others had even started theirs ! On this experience I would not go here again

It’s the strangest place I’ve even been. Don’t waste your time. Absolutely nothing to do there. Only boring drinking of weak cocktails.

Had a great night here last week for a friends birthday, she booked a table area which was perfect - we had a great view of the dancers and the live band. The live band was a lot of fun and played songs everyone knew which made it even better - atmosphere was great. Drinks pricy but the same as any London bar - door staff were friendly. The venue was hot though so I wouldn't go there with thick clothing on

We had reserved a table and although they had asked us to confirm the booking they couldn't actually find a booking with our name on it. They give us a tiny table in the middle of the room no more than a few feet wide and two bar stools. We ended up sitting at the bar as at least it was a bit more spacious. The gin was definitely watered down and even when we complained the barman just gave us attitude. The food was horrible cold chips and burgers that could have sunk a ship
