The best restaurants in London

Absolutely the best fish and chips in the area. Food is amazing. So fresh and clean. Bonus that they cook the chicken and sausages separately from the fish. They also wrap everything separately, which is amazing for a fussy household.

Beautyful place to visit. It's exactly opposite river and you can enjoy drinks sitting outside and see the view.

We have visited Main Cafe every Friday, after school , with the granddaughters for a year. The staff / owners have been so kind, and the food tasty and copious . Thank you !

Absolutamente increíble lugar, excelente comida, gran café y un ambiente increíble. La propietaria Rosa es tan encantadora, amable y amable, siempre te hacen sentir bienvenido como tu parte de su familia. ¿Recomendaría 1 000 % este lugar meteorológico su busca de desayuno, almuerzo, cena, pasteles o el café todo aquí es increíble.

Service is exceptional, fish is also exceptional, truly one of the best, if not the best fish dishes I have ever had, that is including fish dishes at Alan Ducasse which is three Michelin stars and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay which is two stars. How this place doesn’t have a star is quite surprising. The only very slight let down is the beef/ meat offering, not really on par with the fish and although good, nothing to shout about. Ambiance is great too and good wine menu.

Hice una reserva en línea, recibió confirmación. Viajaba a Londres durante 2 días, así que reservé un hotel cerca. Llegué para mi cena a las 8 pm y el restaurante estaba cerrado! ¿Por qué demonios están tomando reservas causando tantas molestias a la gente para viajar a su restaurante, sólo para que esté cerrado. Es muy mala etiqueta comercial. Si no puedes acomodar la reserva de tus clientes, entonces cambia el horario de apertura de tu establecimiento en lugar de solo confirmar la reserva y tu restaurante está cerrado.

We haven’t been to the French Table for a few years as felt it had dropped a bit but wow is it back! We really enjoyed the paired tasting menu tonight. Suzie was so lovely and friendly and Ashleigh was very knowledgable about the wines and pairings. All in all, we had a fantastic evening and will definitely be back again soon. Thank you!

Wonderful all-round! They accommodated our large party with short notice and really looked after us. Every item of food we ordered was delicious and promptly served in a welcoming and cosy environment. Highly recommended.

The fish didn’t feel that fresh, the batter was tough and chewy. It tasted like it had been sitting for quite a while in the hot cabinet.

We had dinner at Sumak. The service was pleasant—staff were welcoming and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the food unfortunately did not meet our expectations. I ordered the lamb casserole, but it didn’t taste like lamb at all. Either it wasn’t lamb, or it was from an old cut that resembled chewy beef. The meat was tough, full of sinew, and difficult to chew. My husband had the Beyti, which was also disappointing and it was average in quality.
