Church Grill in Brent

The food is delicious. Wagyu beef burgers for the kids, teriyaki chicken burger for me, absolutely divine. Great ambiance, staff welcoming and friendly, really lovely. Happened upon by accident but will be back for the miso pork and entire dessert menu.

I visited the Church Grill with a friend for a early Sunday dinner and was not disappointed. We received a warm welcome when we arrived and were seated immediately. The staff were polite and very attentive, we didn't have to wait long for anything. With a good selection of options, you can't go wrong. The Lamb option wasn't available on the day, but we still had several options to choose from. The Rib-eye steak and Miso infused Pork were beautifully cooked (so well that we forgot to take any pictures). The portion sizes are just right, so you can easily stick with just 2 courses. We didn't order a dessert, but again they have a selection of options. Note: I recommend Vegan guests check the menu in advance. There are Vegan options, but it is limited. Church grill is also easy on the purse! We ordered 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 alcoholic and 2 non-alcoholic drinks. All together is totalled to approx £50pp. The venue is of a decent size with sufficient seating indoors. Suitable for couples, friends and families with children/babies. There is parking available close to the restaurant or on the surrounding roads, plus reliable public transport options. I'll definitely revisit Church Grill and would recommend others to visit. Crystal Palace is generally a great spot to visit. There are numerous places to eat and drink, as well as local shops and the popular park.

Church Grill is currently doing a soft opening. Decided to pay it a visit as its menu looked interesting, a mix/mash-up of Italian and Japanese dishes/flavours. I can only say how impressed my partner and I were with the quality of the food. We had as a shared starter, a salmon carpaccio, followed by the Teriyaki chicken burger + Yuan infused chicken Japanese parmesan risotto. Last but by no means least an amazing yuzu cheesecake. Great flavours in everything we eat. Church Grill is a great addition to the food scene in Crystal Palace. We wish Church Grill all the best when it fully opens. We'll be back for more!
