Madalina was super helpful and demonstrateed great hospitality to us. Decent choice of vegan options. Maybe portion size can be given more with the amount they are charging for starters/side dishes especially.

One of the customer worst service I’ve ever experienced eating out. Ordered two starters and two mains. My main came out first, then two starters?!?! Waited about 15 minutes for my guests food that never arrived. It took another 10 minutes trying to flag someone down as they appeared to be too busy with Deliveroo orders. Once we flagged them down we realised my guests food had been sitting on the counter table for a good 20 minutes or more. My food had now gone cold, and my guests food was soggy and horrible from sitting on the table for so long! No apologies, nothing. The waitress literally plotted it in front of my guest and walked off. The food was horrible, apart from the squid we had. £50 for an extremely poor meal and service!! We then spent another 10 minutes waving down the waitress again for the bill, to which we got no acknowledgement, and just handed us the bill and we asked for the card machine. We paid, and didn’t get asked how was our meal etc no thank you, nothing! Just walked off not saying a word the whole time! Melia I believe the waitress was. Missed opportunities to sell more, as I would have loved another drink, but never got asked and could not get their attention to get one! We noticed a few other couples trying to wave down the waitresses for a good 10 minutes or so. It wasn’t even busy inside. Extremely poor… would not recommend at all! Save your money and go to the other restaurants next door!

Always go wagamama, ramen increase 4 or 5 pounds within half year, the beef has changed from the steak brisket to normal brisket, the waitress was very nice girl after I say you maybe didn’t hear properly I want the udon one, but the guy next to her keep asking me so you even don’t want keep the extra ramen but want change both give me side eyes. After redoing, there is no side bowl for extra udon, the waitress also feel weird went to ask and tell me she was told the noodle is inside already, so my new point will be if this is the one with extra udon, original maybe just a empty bowl or kid portion ? It’s a quite affordable brand I’ve been for years , but this will be the last time.

Terrible, food was inedible . Definitely will not come back. We ordered bao buns, when the waitress brought them out she had very baggy long sleeves which brushed our food several times when she was setting them down on the table. Quite unhygienic. My sister’s ramen was okay, my food was cold (Katsu curry) I didn’t make a fuss and simply made my waitress aware. I was told the ‘chef was remaking it’. When it arrived the second time it was apparent that that was untrue and it had not been remade. The chef dumped the chicken back in the deep fryer (bear in mind this chicken had already been covered in katsu sauce) So it was tough and overcooked and dried up and had a weird curled up shape. Needless to say I didn’t eat any of it and just ate the rice.

Queued up with my sister who is a wheelchair user, no one was at the door so we went inside & asked if there’s a table. Family infront of us was also unsure if we were to go in, so we went to ask. A male waiter was very rude & just told us to go back & que.. so we decided to not tolerate that behaviour & eat somewhere else. We were pretty excited to eat at Wagamama today but it was a huge let down.. is there no help or assistance given to people with disabilities?

My daughters favourite place to eat. We popped in here before going to see Starlight Express. The food was hot and so tasty. They had a problem with my daughters order as the machine was playing up and it didn't place the order. When I asked about my daughters meal, they sorted the problem very quickly and they apologised. We Would definitely go back.

We are regular of wagamama restaurants so food was always delish. It's just we waited 15 mins for our bill.

Do not order pad tahi, it has nothing to do with the Pad thai in Thailand , salty , soggy , the chicken smells old, prawn soft and tasteless, and only 2 or 3 tipe of herbs , terrible( most probably a frozen bag of pad thai from Iceland tasted better than this …)

With wagamama there is never a mistake, it is always incredible. The staff was very attentive and the food was very fast.

We were served by Amy ,I have to say Amy was polite,attentive and always there if we needed anything. Wagamama are lucky to have Amy working for them. I hardly write any reviews but because of Amy’s service i received i am writing one.

I recently dined at Wagamama and had a disappointing experience due to extremely slow service. I ordered a mini chicken ramen, expecting a quick and satisfying meal. However, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes, and my order never arrived. Despite my patience, the ramen was nowhere to be seen. Frustrated, I finally decided to cancel my order. The long wait time was unacceptable, especially for a simple dish like ramen. The lack of communication from the staff about the delay only added to my frustration. Overall, it was a ridiculous experience, and I left the restaurant feeling very dissatisfied. I hope Wagamama improves their service to ensure a better experience for their customers in the future.

Truly the worst service I have received in a long time. Issues (1) the waiter forgot she was as meant to be clearing the table for me and left me just waiting for 10 minutes until I asked someone else for a table (2) they then forgot my drink j ordered and when I reminded them got it wrong (3) I had to ask for cutlery 2 times and when she eventually brought it just threw it on the table without even a sorry (4) waited for ages for the bill. I am a patient person normally but I was annoyed leaving that place

Went before Eras and it was obviously very busy but I was very very impressed at the efficiency and organisation! Despite being rushed off their feet all the staff were super kind and attentive which I really appreciated

Really kind and attentive waitresses. Food was delicious, I got the vegan k dogs that were good. Along side the vegan Kare buruso ramen that was delicious, but the tofu was not fully flavoured but the sauce and udon noodles were amazing. My friend got the smoky tofu and avocado tataki that was amazing and vegan roasted butternut squash coconut Kare that was amazing. Green tea was free. Great ambience and one of the biggest wagamamas I have ever been to.

The food was very good, and strawberry mojito was super refreshing. We enjoyed the chilled atmosphere and exceptional service provided by Keisha.

Though I have been here many times before the service I received yesterday was fantastic. Every member of staff who served me did so with politeness and a high standard of professionalism. They were very attentive and friendly. The food and drink was also very nice, as usual. I decided to try something new and I'm glad I did. Everything was super tasty and came out very quickly, tried the wok fried greens for the first time and they were amazing! All the staff were friendly including Eugenia who took my order 😊

An Arrogant Narcissist Manager in Wagamama: Have you ever came across a narcissist. Well there is one in this place and I think he is the manager of the wagamama. I came in inside the restaurant and he was just sitting next to the door table and told me that what you just did, I said I came in he said you are forgetting something I said what he said the door. Nevertheless I walked back to the door and closed it. Now having that big restaurant and ur reception door do not have an automatic door closer is insane. Imagine fire broke out either inside or outside and a customer have left opened that door so fire can go inside and can spread from inside to outside. Hewas sooo rude and had an attitude. And I also did not liked the tone he was talking to me. What if customer sit there and that door is left open he could easily get cold? Imagine after all this because his door had no automatic closer. I also attached a photo of that thing which i am talking about Arrogant Narcissist

Wording is great on the menu, but the chicken ramen was tasteless and nothing “rich” on the broth. I expected much more. It felt like bought packed noodles.

Very bad food, I took katsu and the chicken was spoiled. The service was totally stressful. We took mojito and that was pure water with lime juice and a single leaf of mint. Total impression - not worth the money.

Loved it here... its bigger than it looks. We went a couple of times whilst at Wembley for a concert. Always seated quickly without a booking. Food came quick. The one time we were told 30 min wait but our food arrived within 15mins. Staff were friendly and efficient. I had chicken Ramen one time and pad Thai the next , both were delicious and I cleared the bowls!

Enjoyed my meal here. Whilst on holiday from South africa, I will try other locations too.

Went on a Saturday night and it was busy as expected but service was really fast. We waited to be seated for about 5 minutes, which was not that long. The staff were kind and helped us with queries we had about the dishes.

Always a great experience. I recommend the firecracker chicken (although some will find it quite spicy!)

Awful,my thick concoction,gravy soup consist of only five little rice stick, bits of vegetables and bits of chicken floating in it, it was not nice. Not value for money. The cauliflower starter was the only thing I eat that was nice. This is my second time here. Never again.

The fire alarm kept repeatedly going off while we were in there and the staff just acted like nothing was happening. It was a bit concerning. Food great as always though.

Good new dishes on menu. We like the food and atmosphere. Signed up for emails but they never seem to have any offers. I know the dishes don’t always come together but it can get a bit ridiculous- my wife had completely finished eating when mine came

Ordered from Deliveroo. Utterly disgusted at what arrived. Katsu curry had the most awful chemical and powdery taste and the chicken was like old shoe leather. And the salad was more a side garnish. It was delivered as you see it in the pictures. Won’t order again. Overpriced, portion tiny and something definitely wrong with the flavour.

3-3-2024. The food I ordered was chicken gyoza, katsu curry, prawn nori rolls, vegan k-dogs and crispy chilli mushroom. The starters and main come together for me. I didn't even get my chicken gyoza and never bothered to ask as the service was awful. What is the point of having main if they fail to deliver starters. Main should come after starters have finished but in my case it wasnt completed. Katsu curry was dry and cold compared to what I ate last week at LHR T5. I came here 2yrs ago. All the starters should come together and not one by one. Will have to eat at Nandos now. Lychee tonic.. no taste of lychee.

I have always been a fan of Wagamama’s - good food good atmosphere - I was a little disappointed by this one - I came in for dinner tonight by myself and just didn’t think the atmosphere was wonderful - the waiting staff didn’t seem interested, I even showed them a picture of a dish my friend had said was nice and they couldn’t identify it even though it was very clear - also when the food arrived - by the time I looked up when my plate hit the table she was gone - it was almost magic - no one asked if I wanted anything else (I did) so I just finished and left - first time I have not left a tip and didn’t feel guilty - perhaps the manager here should call ….. almost any other restaurant and ask for some advice. I will say - the firecracker was one of the best I have had - not too hot - perfect - congrats to the chef

Came here twice, good food, but it seems they're hiring teens to work as waiters/waitress.

Came to eat last saturday around 2 pm with my wife. the restaurant was very busy, but our server Marianne was lovely and very attentive. she recommended the beef ramen which i’ve never had before and really enjoyed. she checked in on us to see how the meal was going whilst serving lots of other customers too. great service with a smile, shoutout to her and the chef!

Food and the Service was amazing

Kids portion slightly on the small side. Food was good and high standard as expected from the chain.

Very slow service. Staff seemed to be selective about who they focused their attentions on. Food was slightly below the standard I'm used to at most Wagamamas however the restaurant itself was lovely, with a view of the stadium. Wouldn't rush back but fine if you fancy a quick yaki soba or pad Thai after spending your hard earned cash at the outlet stores.

Bad customer service. Our waitress was rude and annoyed when we tried to order as if they hated their job. I am always polite and respectful to everyone no matter how they treat me, but this waitress was either having a bad day or had a nasty attitude. I will never come back to this location. The food was okay tasting, but for the price that we were paying, I thought it would be higher quality. Nope. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this place. There are plenty of other better Asian dining for better prices.

If only he was more attentive to us, ordering, more from the menu, missing chopsticks and the bill.

We brought a dog with us shopping so seated ourselves outside. The staff were very friendly and were very attentive to our needs. We were made very welcome and they even asked if we would like some water for the dog when ordering our drinks. The food came fairly quick, even though the restaurant was full. Even though we had been served they still came over to question if our meal was to our liking and if we needed anything else several times. I recommend this Wagamama. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, very tasty and well presented, well done to your staff that went above and beyond in their job!

Food excellent as normal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Left you alone to eat but were around if you needed them and very good when interacting with them. Drinks are a little expensive in most restaurants now. Food reasonably priced.

I had a bad experience at another branch and got a complimentary voucher so came back but to a different branch. This was much better. Service was good. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Nice branch. Clean. You know the menu! I had a soft drink and decided to try something different. The spicy miso mackerel was so good. Basically, mackerel fillets glazed with a spicy kimchee and miso sauce served on a bed of kimchee-fried brown rice, sweet potato, tenderstem broccoli, bok choi and shiitake mushrooms. This was topped with red chilli, fresh ginger and coriander cress. The food was not great on my previous visit to another branch but this was so much better and good. Well presented, freshly made and bursting with flavour. Piping hot and so comforting on a cold evening. I gladly finished my food. Satisfying and a nice combination of protein, carbs and vegetables. I sat for a while after enjoying my food and drink. Would recommend for sure. Busy but not too bad on a Tuesday evening.

Unprofessional staff towards to delivery driver.

We ordered a chili squid , yaki soba and ramen, The chili squid is not crispy (normally we had in BMH is crispy and nice) Yaki soba is taste less and quite oilyyyyyy, the ramen is over cook so the ramen noodle is become muschy😢 But TBH all the staff were very friendly and helpful 🫡🫡

I do not understand food places like this. I have been to Wagamamas in Cardiff and London and the process is the same. If you go as a couple or a group you DO NOT get to eat at the same time. It is absolutely ridiculous. One persons food always comes so much faster and the other person is always left eating alone because of how long you have to wait in between. Why are they simply not able to make meals arrive together for tables at the same time?! I had to get up to ask where my food was twice after waiting about 20 minutes. I hate this place and will never come here again. How people eat here literally baffles me. Food is also very mediocre. We also had staff come to our table 3 times with incorrect things we did not order.

Wonderful place to dine out when your out in Wembley! Plenty of space to cater for big families and the food is great

We love wagamamas normally but sorry had the worst experience ever Young staff with no customer skills my food arrived with starters arriving here there and everywhere my husband meal a soup arrived after I had eaten nine which was greasy and cold no one came to see if we were OK or did we want another drink. Will never use wagamamas again. Pho is always 100% suggest that if you want soups and noodles go to a Pho .. looking at getting my money back ...food wasn't good at all. Staff to Young and unprofessional need a yo ne trained.

I had a bad experience from Deliveroo as they were unable to fulfill my order as no one would deliver my food. I rang wagamamas and spoke to Kumar, and asked him if I could come and collect myself. He apologised for the service from Deliveroo and offered to make my food again as it had been over 30 minutes on the shelf waiting to be delivered. Thanks Kumar for great service

Seated quickly - ordered quickly. That was all that was quick. Once initial order was placed basically was ignored the rest of the time. Asked 3 different people to check up on a dish for me not one came back to communicate anything. I don’t mind waiting for good food when I know what’s going up but service was crap and good cold

Visited here around 4pm on a Friday before a concert at the nearby Ovo Wembley arena. Not too busy at the time although a queue was forming at the door nearer to 5pm. Food was good but it wasn't as fresh or delicious as that served at a different Wagamama I've recently been to. Service was slightly lacking - I had to get the attention of the servers a few times, and some of them didn't feel particularly welcoming or motivated to want to help. The steak teriyaki soba was great, as was the tofu raisukaree, but the chicken donburi wasn't the best (didn't taste fresh & presentation was lacking).

Had a nice meal here a few weeks ago. Marianne was very nice and welcoming and made the experience very pleasant. Definitely deserves recognition

Found this Wagamama still open after a concert (open until 11pm), and we were seated swiftly, and the food came very quick. Food and service were good, portions were a bit smaller than other restaurants for some reason but could be due to last orders. All in all, it was a nice place to eat n have a beer

Service wasn't great, my daughter waited ages for her cola, I got my drink, I had to.ask someone 3 times about my daughters drink, My daughter had her food served first, but time I had got.mine my daughter had finished i was told the beef ranenbtakes longer,,,, no it doesn't I have been wagamama loads of times, this was overcooked and just tasted like egg, couldn't taste the broth and the noodles were stodgy,,,, Prob worst wagamama I have been 2
