I went to this Wagamamas today very very disappointed I have never been in such a bad Wagamamas service was the worse no table set up ! Asked for 3x sweet chilli squid for me and my kids and husband they were so bad , over cooked was like rubber I go a duck noddle big pasta with noddles also some noddles super dry could tell they was not done at the time mine and my husband’s!!! Kitchen was disgusting Loads of stuff chatting to each other and not servicing . I asked for cutlery but I had to ask twice to a diferente member of stuff as the first one didn’t even come back with it , I’m a regular Wagamama customer and this was the worse I have ever been to . Definitely won’t be back ! 90 pounds down the drain. I would like to thank to one of the girls her name is Marianne her service was brilliant , kind lovely . And Joshua for been kind to my kids and did make an effort for them to have the kids painting paper and the colours .. this was the only positive thing about this Wagamamas

I was at Wagamama yesterday with my friends and my bf before we went to an expo at the Wembley Arena next door and this was a great restaurant to go to before going to an event I had the beef brisket ramen and it was delicious as always and I also had the chance to try beef dumplings my bfs cousin had and they were delicious as well This was also one of my friends first time and this restaurant and she liked the food The service was amazing as always and manager was great as always asking about allergies when serving Overall Wagamama was a great restaurant to go before we went to expo my bf my friends and I went to next door at the Wembley arena Completely recommend Solid 5/5

Second time in as many weeks that there was no Green Tea available. My colleagues on both occasions were perplexed. They couldn't comprehend that an Asian restaurant would not be serving Green Tea. Come on Wagamama, sort it out! I tried the New Collab Spotlight dish; crispy sambal tofu fry. It was tasty but not the explosion of flavours I anticipated and the Coconut Rice was more in the topping than an infused rice. Oh well.

My food was incredibly tasty, the chefs did and always do an amazing job. The reason I have given a 1 star rating is because while waiting for my food, I watched a member of staff sneeze into his hands. Then proceed to wipe his hands on his trouser legs, then pick up plates for other customers. Honestly, what the hell. Sort this basic hygiene out please.

We have been to many Wagamamas and always had an amazing experience. We have never been to the Wembley one prior but was a complete disappointment and waste of money. Order food and wine for the table to find out they had no wine only beer and cocktails, was failed to be mentioned prior to seating, Husband ordered beer that tasted all I can describe like olive oil. The food came out warm and just didn’t have the fresh look or taste that we normally get from the other restaurants. Toilets was also disgusting, toilet paper everywhere bar the toilet and the sanitary bin overflowing to the floor. Definitely would not recommend this restaurant

One of the customer worst service I’ve ever experienced eating out. Ordered two starters and two mains. My main came out first, then two starters?!?! Waited about 15 minutes for my guests food that never arrived. It took another 10 minutes trying to flag someone down as they appeared to be too busy with Deliveroo orders. Once we flagged them down we realised my guests food had been sitting on the counter table for a good 20 minutes or more. My food had now gone cold, and my guests food was soggy and horrible from sitting on the table for so long! No apologies, nothing. The waitress literally plotted it in front of my guest and walked off. The food was horrible, apart from the squid we had. £50 for an extremely poor meal and service!! We then spent another 10 minutes waving down the waitress again for the bill, to which we got no acknowledgement, and just handed us the bill and we asked for the card machine. We paid, and didn’t get asked how was our meal etc no thank you, nothing! Just walked off not saying a word the whole time! Melia I believe the waitress was. Missed opportunities to sell more, as I would have loved another drink, but never got asked and could not get their attention to get one! We noticed a few other couples trying to wave down the waitresses for a good 10 minutes or so. It wasn’t even busy inside. Extremely poor… would not recommend at all! Save your money and go to the other restaurants next door!

I came here as a special treat for my daughter finishing her exams. The food was really lovely and as it was a treat we ordered starters and mains. Unfortunately the hygiene levels in the place were so shocking. The toilets were so dirty with full sanitary bin literally piled high with a mountain of used items on top and overflowing onto the floor. I've never seen such dirty toilets in a restaurant which really ruined the night as it says a lot about standards in all areas. Such a shame as the staff were good and food lovely, although we couldn't fully enjoy it thinking about how clean the kitchen might be! I really wish I took a photo as it was quite shocking! My daughter always chooses Wagamamas for special occasions so we come a few times a year but will go somewhere else next time.

Always go wagamama, ramen increase 4 or 5 pounds within half year, the beef has changed from the steak brisket to normal brisket, the waitress was very nice girl after I say you maybe didn’t hear properly I want the udon one, but the guy next to her keep asking me so you even don’t want keep the extra ramen but want change both give me side eyes. After redoing, there is no side bowl for extra udon, the waitress also feel weird went to ask and tell me she was told the noodle is inside already, so my new point will be if this is the one with extra udon, original maybe just a empty bowl or kid portion ? It’s a quite affordable brand I’ve been for years , but this will be the last time.

Terrible, food was inedible . Definitely will not come back. We ordered bao buns, when the waitress brought them out she had very baggy long sleeves which brushed our food several times when she was setting them down on the table. Quite unhygienic. My sister’s ramen was okay, my food was cold (Katsu curry) I didn’t make a fuss and simply made my waitress aware. I was told the ‘chef was remaking it’. When it arrived the second time it was apparent that that was untrue and it had not been remade. The chef dumped the chicken back in the deep fryer (bear in mind this chicken had already been covered in katsu sauce) So it was tough and overcooked and dried up and had a weird curled up shape. Needless to say I didn’t eat any of it and just ate the rice.

Queued up with my sister who is a wheelchair user, no one was at the door so we went inside & asked if there’s a table. Family infront of us was also unsure if we were to go in, so we went to ask. A male waiter was very rude & just told us to go back & que.. so we decided to not tolerate that behaviour & eat somewhere else. My daughters favourite place to eat. We popped in here before going to see Starlight Express. The food was hot and so tasty. They had a problem with my daughters order as the machine was playing up and it didn't place the order. When I asked about my daughters meal, they sorted the problem very quickly and they apologised. We Would definitely go back.

I recently dined at Wagamama and had a disappointing experience due to extremely slow service. I ordered a mini chicken ramen, expecting a quick and satisfying meal. However, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes, and my order never arrived. Despite my patience, the ramen was nowhere to be seen. Frustrated, I finally decided to cancel my order. The long wait time was unacceptable, especially for a simple dish like ramen. The lack of communication from the staff about the delay only added to my frustration. Overall, it was a ridiculous experience, and I left the restaurant feeling very dissatisfied. I hope Wagamama improves their service to ensure a better experience for their customers in the future.

Truly the worst service I have received in a long time. Issues (1) the waiter forgot she was as meant to be clearing the table for me and left me just waiting for 10 minutes until I asked someone else for a table (2) they then forgot my drink j ordered and when I reminded them got it wrong (3) I had to ask for cutlery 2 times and when she eventually brought it just threw it on the table without even a sorry (4) waited for ages for the bill. Really kind and attentive waitresses. Food was delicious, I got the vegan k dogs that were good. Along side the vegan Kare buruso ramen that was delicious, but the tofu was not fully flavoured but the sauce and udon noodles were amazing. My friend got the smoky tofu and avocado tataki that was amazing and vegan roasted butternut squash coconut Kare that was amazing. Green tea was free. Great ambience and one of the biggest wagamamas I have ever been to.

An Arrogant Narcissist Manager in Wagamama: Have you ever came across a narcissist. Well there is one in this place and I think he is the manager of the wagamama. I came in inside the restaurant and he was just sitting next to the door table and told me that what you just did, I said I came in he said you are forgetting something I said what he said the door. Nevertheless I walked back to the door and closed it. Now having that big restaurant and ur reception door do not have an automatic door closer is insane. Imagine fire broke out either inside or outside and a customer have left opened that door so fire can go inside and can spread from inside to outside. Hewas sooo rude and had an attitude. And I also did not liked the tone he was talking to me. What if customer sit there and that door is left open he could easily get cold? Imagine after all this because his door had no automatic closer. I also attached a photo of that thing which i am talking about Arrogant Narcissist

Loved it here... its bigger than it looks. We went a couple of times whilst at Wembley for a concert. Always seated quickly without a booking. Food came quick. The one time we were told 30 min wait but our food arrived within 15mins. Staff were friendly and efficient. 3-3-2024. The food I ordered was chicken gyoza, katsu curry, prawn nori rolls, vegan k-dogs and crispy chilli mushroom. The starters and main come together for me. I didn't even get my chicken gyoza and never bothered to ask as the service was awful. What is the point of having main if they fail to deliver starters. Main should come after starters have finished but in my case it wasnt completed. Katsu curry was dry and cold compared to what I ate last week at LHR T5. I came here 2yrs ago. All the starters should come together and not one by one. Will have to eat at Nandos now. Lychee tonic.. no taste of lychee.

I had the beef brisket hot pot and it was a cold evening out, also has some green tea and it warmed my soul. Lovely.

Dinner here did not disappoint. The sushi master is really skilled and the quality is super high. We even ordered more when full because it was so divine. Well priced rolls and also a well priced sake flight menu. Only thing that would make it better would be slightly warmer, dimmer lighting and maybe more traditional Japanese music than the sad piano music. Loved staff and will be back.

The best Japanese take out I've ever had! Literally mouthwatering. I was sceptical initially as I don't order much Japanese, but after trying this place out, I must say, this is one of my favourite cuisines now!! Ordered the meat bento box and the chicken bento, as well as a chicken skewers starter and sushi. It certainly exceeded my expectation! Well presented, soft and succulent meat, delicious flavoured veges and soft and flavourersome chicken! Will be returning! The customer service was also spot on, with some great recommendations! 10 stars!
