Normalmente les compro pan, como a mi familia le gusta mucho. Hoy fui el segundo en la cola, y vi que solo 1 persona estaba sirviendo al cliente para cenar, otras 2 estaban al lado de la máquina de café, y 1 trabajador estaba organizando la exhibición, han sido 4 empleados en el piso después de que terminó el almuerzo. Le pregunté amablemente a la señora que estaba organizando la exhibición, ya que estaba más cerca de mí para ayudarme a servir, así como tenía miedo de perder mi tren, estaba en prisa. Recibí un "NO" muy firme, ella dijo que no puedo servirle, hay que esperar a esa persona , señalando a su colega, le mencioné que tengo miedo de perder mi tren, y ella me respondió que no puede ayudarme con ello. Me ha impactado recibir esta respuesta, como siempre pensé, las personas que brindan servicio al cliente al menos necesitan hablar educadamente, ser amables, sonreír mientras nosotros como clientes venimos y gastamos dinero. Después de ser cliente en este lugar durante los últimos 5 años, ya los estaba visitando raro, ya que el personal definitivamente necesita ser re-capacitado, el servicio al cliente bajó mucho en comparación con años atrás, pero después de visitar hoy, voy a encontrar otro lugar para comprar pan. Te deseo éxito en el negocio.

This is a step up in quality and portion size in comparison to my roast dinner at the oak the previous week. The atmosphere is nice and chilled and bar staff friendly. Would definitely come back. Only down side was they only had roast dinner on the menu but then again it was a Sunday.

I've been many times and the food is always consistently excellent. Perfect for a quick stop or to spend an hour or so catching up with friends. I recommend the smoothies and juices too! Quick service, great quality food and always service with a smile.

Extremely cheeky to add 12.5% service charge to drinks that you’ve queued at the bar for, without telling you. Thought it was expensive and only realised when having a receipt for later rounds! Relies on its location and views.

Suelo pedir mi café a Nero en Curzon Street todas las mañanas, pero he notado que no todos son agradables y educados. Los últimos días, jueves 22 de agosto y viernes 23 de agosto, me dejaron bastante decepcionado. Esto ha pasado antes, pero se está volviendo inaceptable que suceda todos los días. El jueves, pedí un café usando el servicio Click and Collect y fui a recogerlo casi 30 minutos después, sabiendo por experiencias pasadas que podrían estar ocupados o podrían olvidarse de preparar el café. Cuando llegué, el café no estaba listo, y no hubo reconocimiento de que mi pedido había sido recibido. Hoy, viernes, fue aún peor. Fui a recoger mi pedido después de 15-20 minutos, y no solo no se había vuelto a acusar recibo de mi pedido, sino que el ticket para mi café se arrugó y se tiró a la papelera. Este nivel de falta de respeto y desprecio por los clientes es vergonzoso. Espero que la dirección se tome en serio estos temas y mejore su servicio. Es decepcionante ver que un lugar que visito regularmente no cumple con los estándares básicos de servicio al cliente.

Das Steak hier war fantastisch, auf den Punkt gut gegrillt. Der Burger war auch sehr gut, der Geschmack war wirklich gut. Ein Besuch lohnt sich hier.

Precious owners were amazing but sad to say it’s gone downhill now it’s changed hands, both in food and service. The previous owners can now be found at lavender kitchen which is located on Banstead high street and it’s thriving. Same as roast and ground was but a bigger restaurant

Total decepción. Mi amigo tenía la tortilla y tenía problemas digestivos después y tuvo que comprar Immodium. Pedí granola que venía sin yogur de coco. Cuando me quejé me trajeron la más pequeña de las sobras y me dijeron que ya no quedaba más, así que lo devolví. No quería comer granola seca. Sin disculpas ni reparación. La camarera rubia era horrible y no dijo perdón por arruinar nuestra experiencia. El servicio era horrible - no hay suficiente personal. He tenido algunas experiencias mejores allí, pero no volveré a ir.

Gran lugar para un brunch post parque que realmente acomoda perros y niños. El menú era bueno, el pan plano de cordero era especialmente sabroso.

¡Decepcionado! Pedí comida y una bebida. Apenas comencé a comer y me informó el servidor que tenía 20 minutos para terminar porque la mesa ahora se ha reservado a pesar de que había un montón de otras mesas disponibles. Actitud muy extraña. No recomendaría.

I asked if there were nuts in a muffin and was told no. Luckily my daughter didn’t feel comfortable eating it. I took a bite and it had nuts. It was very good, but wouldn’t go back.

Went for a family walk and come to the Elephant and Castle. Fantastic food, service and friendly Manor. Would 100% recommend to family and friends to come here. Kid friendly with a lovely play park and great selection for kids and adults on the menu. Craft ales and larger's. Thank you so much for making a great family lunch

Described as ‘dog friendly’ online but when I arrived I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable. Myself and my friend had 2 small dogs with us. They only allow dogs to drink and eat outside, which proved difficult as it was raining at the time and we were told if they make a noise then we would be asked to leave. I was on edge the entire time. It is absurd to me that somewhere with such unfriendly rules towards dogs and their owners, would even advertise themselves as dog friendly. I suggest that they change to ‘not dog friendly’ so they don’t make dog owners feel uncomfortable.

We arrived to a busy cafe, were seated and placed our order within about 10 mins. Nice. The tables surrounding us began to fill, and they received their orders before us. We politely checked in with the server (who I believe is the manager/owner) about our orders, he gaffed stepped towards our table and said that there is a cue for food, (pointed at the crowd, and to be patient, and walked away before I could respond. The staff seems kind but are clearly suffering from bad management. They also ran out of clean dishes and stopped serving food for a period of time in the midst of Brunch. Perhaps ordering take away is the better option at this place.

Se volvió a la puerta porque el pub supuestamente estaba “lleno”, a pesar de mostrarle al portero una foto del asiento vacío en nuestra mesa reservada. Dijeron que no tienen que servir a “clientes potenciales”. El personal en la puerta no tenía una radio para contactar al GM - Absolutamente ridículo.
