I usually order my coffee from Nero on Curzon Street every morning, but I have noticed that not everyone there is nice and polite. The past couple of days, Thursday, 22nd August and Friday, 23rd August, left me quite disappointed. This has happened before, but it's becoming unacceptable for it to happen every day. On Thursday, I ordered a coffee using the Click and Collect service and went to pick it up nearly 30 minutes later, knowing from past experiences that they might be busy or could forget to prepare the coffee. When I arrived, the coffee wasn't ready, and there was no acknowledgment that my order had even been received. Today, Friday, was even worse. I went to collect my order after 15-20 minutes, and not only had my order not been acknowledged again, but the ticket for my coffee was crumpled up and thrown in the bin. This level of disrespect and disregard for customers is disgraceful. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their service. It's disappointing to see a place I visit regularly fail to meet basic customer service standards.

Les café et cappuccino étaient sympa. Nos enfants ont prit des pâtisseries. Nous découvrons cette enseigne, nous ne voulions pas aller à Starbucks.

My friend and I visited your Curzon Street, Mayfair, London cafe on Sunday morning, 17th September. I ordered two Americano's from a very unfriendly, dismissive employee. She treated me with such disdain like my order was a total inconvenience. After she had 'served' me and my friend, I asked for her name as I was so disgusted. It began with 'S', I couldn't quite make it out, she was the one with a head scarf on. She asked if I had an issue and I said "yes, you are extremely rude!". I would also like to point out that whilst one was serving, the other was crouched down on her phone behind the counter and vice versa. I won't be visiting this branch ever again.

Good croissant, not sure about the coffee. Staff were responsive, seeing as it was early on a Sunday. Scenic location especially if you can get a window seat.

Ordered one cappuccino and a carrot cake on 26 of July 2023. The cappuccino tasted like hot milk, the carrot cake first fork crushed like cookies, i van tell it was left over. Went to the young lady who serves me(her name was Alexandra). Gave it back, no refund went to nearest pret.

We stopped in here yesterday evening on a visit to London. A nice place to sit and watch the world go by. A good choice of teas.

ヒースロー空港ターミナル２へレンタカーを借りるためにハイドパークコーナー駅からチューブを使って向かった。大きな切符の自動販売機に面食らったが日本語対応もしており、切符は無事ゲットできた。小一時間余りを用しヒースロー到着。予約時間まで時間があるのでネロにてコーヒーとサンドイッチをいただいた。コーヒーはアメリカーノをオーダーしたがわりとしっかりしたコーヒーが出てきた。サンドイッチもまずまずの味付けだった。時間を潰さなければならないので店内のソファーに深々と座り観光の疲れを癒した。その後向かいのパーキングの地下のバスターミナルエレベーターを降りて直ぐ右奥へ。レンタカー会社のピックアップバスがやってくる。

Este café está ubicado en la zona de Green Park, llena de bufetes de abogados y oficinas. Muy buena calidad del producto.

カフェネロは、ロンドンの市街地だったらどこでもあります。グリーンパーク駅から徒歩５分程度のところにあります。コーヒーショップですが、日本人にとってロンドンの硬水で作ったコーヒーは、違和感があると思います。ゆっくり、観光の合間に休みには、良い場所です。

Una tienda de café a menudo parece similar a la siguiente. El personal de la recepción son normalmente trabajando muy duro tan poco compromiso con los clientes. tome un orden - cambiar de lugar. La experiencia de Estados Unidos bienvenido - os habla y demorar el día - está ausente aquí - y para ser sincero en muchas tiendas de café del Reino Unido. British no te gusta mucha conversación. Deficiente liderazgo, este lugar es un mero cruce de productos - quiero un poco de café y pasteles - proporcionan. Aburrida pero puedo obtener lo que quiero. Podría ser mejor.

Cafe nero serverer en rigtig god kop kaffe og deres chokolader er skønne, det virker lidt mere personligt end så mange andre kaffe kæder.

Visité la Gloucester Road, sucursal de Londres mientras está cerca. Para ser sincero, siempre voy a Caffe Nero específicamente para la misma cosa - una taza de café y un trozo de su deliciosa tarta chocolate blanco y oscuro. Esto nunca decepciona, ya que pueden estar razonablemente seguro para esperar el mismo nivel de estos productos sea el rama I visita (por lo menos, tan lejos de todos modos). Visité más de una sucursal en Londres, pero una mención especial a Gloucester Road ya que la señorita que sirve también fue muy amable y nos llevó un tiempo para dar indicaciones a un lugar que estaba buscando.

Great place for coffee. Staff is very friendly and the coffee choices are great. Good internet and great place to relax and meet friends.

Sándwiches son de primera categoría pero la camarera es un poco demasiado impaciente. Mi sandwich de ensalada de pollo era excelente y es Inglaterra inglés para pollo con lechuga y tomate (se refieren a lechuga y tomate como la ensalada en el sándwich) y mi padre me encantó su jamón y queso en un croissant panini. Bueno Americano, buen café capuchino. Lo suficientemente agradable y dispuesto a volver a comer en el restaurante o para llevar.

Excellent location for this chain which has very many cafés all across London. This one is a good example, with large windows and outdoor seating.

Fuimos allí 3 veces para el desayuno ya que nos hospedamos en el hotel en frente. La espera es un poco largo, ya que creo que es muy escaso. yogur griego grosella negra que me hizo volver. sándwich de queso de cabra es bastante sabrosa. Y tienen mi favorito raisin au pain. Estancia de café hecho muy bien en bonitas tazas blancas. Volvería totalmente.

Popped in for cake and tea on way to tube. The place was wrecked. Tables needed clearing/dirty, shelves empty....staff minimal. I needed the loo and dare not go for fear of what I might find! Very disappointing.

3 Personal, no había mucha gente, casi todas las mesas necesitaba limpiar, algunos muy necesitada y claros. El baño estaba sucio, el lavabo no había visto ningún material de limpieza por Dios sabe cuánto tiempo. Me esperaba mucho mejor en Mayfair, aunque diciendo que cualquier outlet que sirve comida debería ser impecable. Gestión regional debería visitar más regularmente y sin aviso previo y esta cafetería.

Acabo de patadas de café Nero para tener comida exterior aunque conseguimos café desde aquí. ¿Cuál es la diferencia entre tener dos cafés y tener una conversación versus 2 cafés y comer algo desde fuera? Hubiera tomado la misma cantidad de tiempo. Y sin embargo hay un chico dentro de la cafetería para dormir y no hay nada de su mesa. Nunca viniendo a Cafe Nero otra vez.

Very reasonable to drop in for coffee, sandwich & some pastry or snack. Counter people are efficient and prepare your café au lait or American Coffee swiftly. The tables are convenient but quickly fill up w/ tourists & their young children who stay in the many hotels in the area. No complaints - just a slight change from Pret a Manger or Starbucks.

Perfect for a reasonably priced breakfast and a lovely cappuccino. The yogurt parfait was just what we needed after over-indulging in too many calories the night before. Nice atmosphere -- seats outside too.
