Tiegan was wonderful in service and helping us decide what to have for a hearty lunch. I highly recommend this pub!

I made a point of phoning and checking if Dottys was open on easter Monday knowing it fell on a bank holiday. I was assured it was open and I made a booking for my 11 year old daughters birthday which I was made to pay for at the time of booking. Only to be phoned up 2 weeks later to be told oh no we're closed and trying to blame the booking system for letting me book..although I actually spoke to someone to place the booking, and I have photographic evidence that it was open. Anyway I moved the booking to yesterday, was promised prosecco for the adults upon arrival and extra goodies for the kids due to the mistake with the initial booking. I also had to add another child on as my friend had no childcare for him. Now the food was lovely as expected but the customer service not so good. Knowing it was a birthday treat for my daughter I had expected a bit of acknowledgement it was her birthday..but no nothing. I had to ask for the prosecco twice which they then tried to charge us for until we had to point out it was complementary, to which the response was oh yeah i remember now. There's was no extras and no acknowledgement that there had been a problem. Just brushed under the carpet and forgotten about. Having worked in customer service myself I definitely know that if something has gone wrong, you go above and beyond to make it right. This didn't happen at Dottys and I left with a very sour taste in my mouth.

Slightly confusing when you first go in. You pay first ordering small, medium or large in a tub or cone and then you choose your flavours. Choice of flavours was excellent and ice cream generally very good although I can't comment fully as most of mine landed on the pavement about 100 yards down the road! You choose 3 flavours for a medium and maybe mine wasn't as well balanced as I thought. Note to myself. Perhaps go for a tub next time!

It was our 1st time and omg so delicious so fresh so proper Spanish tapas food we will be back 100% for sure! A real delight thank you ☺️

Really good food, reasonably priced and such welcoming staff! I had the shish combo and the meat was cooked to absolute perfection—so juicy and flavorful. I've also had drinks here in the past, and they’re just as delicious. Deli Nene definitely is a go-to spot for Turkish food in Beckenham. Highly recommend! 🥰

A poca distancia de Madame Tussauds y la tienda de los Beatles. Tenía algunas hamburguesas veganas (en realidad una, no tenían más en el inventario) y pollo. La comida era buena, el servicio era genial. Todos los productos están basados en plantas.

We arrived at Langley's (Sat 6th July @ 7:30pm) to find it closed. Enquiries at the local pub advised that they had closed abruptly on Tuesday 2nd July.

Great food and affordable prices. Loved the vegetarian breakfast and every component tasted great. Highly recommend if you are in the vicinity.

Sunday Roast was disappointing I'm sorry to say. Wasn't roast chicken, just an overcooked chicken breast and potatoes were not even freshly prepped, probably frozen and heated up in the oven. Perfectly nice place for a drink but the kitchen is key to those wanting a proper traditional Sunday Roast.....

The food was amazing and the service was incredible the bartender chloe was really polite and helpful. I would definitely come again
