Tiempo Lounge in Sutton

We didn't have a meal so can't really comment on the food offering, ....the coffee was excellent !!

An absolute gem in Sutton! So happy to have a place with friendly staff, great atmosphere and lovely food & cocktails!

Clean and friendly and very helpful/ amenable. Part of our lunch was overcooked, they were very apologetic and replaced item with a pudding instead at our request. Thank you, excellent customer service.

I’ve been to many lounge locations in the past. This location charges the same price for 1/3 of the portion size, when I mentioned this the waitress said that every other location has “over served me” and that their portions are correct. Hard to believe when I’ve visited locations around the country that all have the same portions

I frequent here often because the food is amazing and they cater for Gluten Free and other such dietary requirements. Not just “we can make this gluten free by leaving out the bun” but providing decent gluten free produce. They have an extensive menu which caters for all tastes. The staff are always friendly, even when the restaurant is packed (which it often is). The decor is eclectic and unique and creates an easy going vibe. It’s a great meeting place - there’s a downstairs baby changing/disabled facility - and I’ve noticed all types of people visit here (mums with toddlers, families, friends, couples, work colleagues). The place can get quite noisy - those on the spectrum may need some noise cancelling headphones - but as a singleton I don’t mind this as it creates its own vibe and I don’t feel self conscious dining alone. Lots to look at and conversations to eavesdrop in! Highly recommend. Love it here.

Asked for a latte expecting a normal coffee but instead I received a work of art made by Gracie.

Had a lovely evening here with some tasty burgers and a few cocktails. Reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be back.

It is nice and cosy place I personally love the creative portraits there make you feel like in the gallery break room, the burger with avocado is my favorite one plus they serving very delicious coleslaw, my favorite one is lunch at tiempo and never will think ĺonger than 1 minute where to go and treat myself cos it is always tiempo, Kind regards ))

The service is really good: it's friendly, polite and courteous. The food is fundamentally good, too, but could be a lot hotter. It arrived warm rather than hot and so the final phase of consumption was actually not even lukewarm. The coffee was a bit bitter. You can't control your patrons, so it isn't your fault that there were multiple loud babies and toddlers emitting a lot of irritating sound, but obviously it impacted the atmosphere. Unfortunately, I also noticed that you had a table of newspapers for customers to pick up and read with their coffees and brunch, but - to my confusion - all six or seven papers available to browse were the Daily Mail. This gives the venue a tacky, down-market, feel - as the Mail is a populist right-wing tabloid. You'd be better off providing no newspapers at all, or spending a few quid extra to serve a range of papers, like the Times, FT, Telegraph and Guardian.

We go here on a regular basis. Always enjoy the food and the occasional cocktail or two. Very relaxed atmosphere and great service. Would highly recommend.

a nice space, large and well decorated for the most part. food is fairly priced with an okay portion size and service (when required as you order and pay by app) is adequate. the menu is very varied. my partner enjoyed the korean burger whilst i had a tasty tomato and mozzarella panini which was well priced but left me wanting with the portion size.

I had the regular sized vegetarian breakfast. Everything was really tasty. I loved the greens and peppers added to the meal. The hash browns were great, I don't normally eat them as they are often greasy in other places. These were great. I added Hallouni and that was delicious. I can't fault the meal. THe meat eater with me didn;t have any complaints about their meal either. Only thing I don't like is ordering via and app.

Can’t go wrong with the lounges. Great versatile menu. No booking required, unless you are coming as a big group.

Great place to meet up for a meal or just drinks, staff are friendly and have a great attitude, food is really good, menu changes sonic doesn't get boring. Highly recommend. Oh and decor is fantastic

I was there a few times and mainly for breakfast. I mean London is expensive as well as this restaurant but I have to say I really enjoyed it. It seems the personnel take their time to make you feel comfortable and ask about dietary restrictions and the service is great. By the way.. the food is f-ing delicious All in all I can recommend this place!

Went for lunch today. Food options plentiful but be prepared for a long wait for your food. Nearly 40 minutes wait today which just wasn't great - the waitress knew we were unhappy and gave us a free soft drink but food service has to be improved.

Delicious breakfast/brunch place in the heart of Sutton. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors for the sunny days! The staff are very attentive and the service is quick. I would come here again if I was in the area.

Went here for my birthday with my parents to grab lunch, the food and drinks here were lovely. The waitress was nice and the atmosphere and decor were tasteful. Highly recommend dining here.

Mi niño y yo vinimos para una pequeña cita de almuerzo hoy y me quedé muy gratamente sorprendido por el servicio atento que recibimos. Tan pronto como cruzamos la puerta nos recibió una encantadora señora sonriente que de inmediato nos preguntó sobre cualquier alergia y nos dejó elegir un gran asiento junto a la ventana. Luego pedimos algo de comida y bebidas en el bar - el gerente Chloe era muy amable y servicial y de nuevo preguntando sobre cualquier alergia, etc. Estaba muy contento con esto, ya que mi hijo es alérgico al diario y al huevo. Un restaurante muy servicial con un gran, amable piso y personal del bar. ¡Espero que les paguen bien porque están haciendo un trabajo fabuloso!

Bit over priced we had 2 breakfast vegi ones and 2 coffee service was great place is good but food over priced for the taste which is not that that great

I thought the atmosphere and decoration was very pleasing. The staff were friendly and precise, asking if we had allergies. The drinks were very good as was the main dish I ordered. I had a chilli brisket that was presented extremely well and tasted equally good. So I have been positive and thought my food was cooked and prepared to a high standard. My wife ordered a fish finger sandwich. Unfortunately it tipped up in 2 thin slices of brown Kingsmill with some leafy addition to the fish finger. We were both surprised of the choice of bread. My wife was hoping for a soda or artisan bread not 2 thin slices of Kingsmill. Upon inspection my wife noticed what looked like dirt on the grean leaf garnish. That's my review, I found it very pleasant but the fish finger sandwich was poor which was a real shame.

Really lovely time at Tiempo Lounge tonight. Libby & Chloe looked after us really well. Really enjoyed the cocktails. We had some tapas which was also great - especially recommend the prawns and whipped feta. Thanks so much, had a great time! :)

Great place for breakfast and brunch

We enjoy visits to the tempo lounge fairly often. The food is good, but we mainly enjoy the atmosphere here and it's a great place to come with your family and children. It is a bit dark inside and we have had food come out at different times but over all a good place for lunch or early dinner with the little ones.

Positives: fun colourful atmosphere music not too loud, friendly attentive staff, good value, tasty fresh food, good vegan menu Negatives: very small portions like for a child, we had to eat again as soon we got home

I have been a few times to the Sutton Tiempo lounge and have found to have different experiences on each visit. I really love their breakfast/ brunch menu, especially in summer. There is a lot of outdoor seating, and it’s very nice to sit out in the sun and have breakfast. I have been for work drinks etc in the evening, the cocktails are reasonably priced and are presented nicely. The use of the QR code/ order at the table makes the ease of ordering and service really quick. Last night I came for dinner, and I was really disappointed. I ordered 3 different dishes from the tapas board menu, when the food arrived, I’m unsure how each dish was worth £5.20, the hummus/pita I had to leave. Ended up spending £48 and I had to go to the fish and chip shop on the way home from dinner, to get something to eat..

Great place to have brunch or lunch. Food was fantastic

I order the chicken sandwich without mango sauce but arrived with mango sauce.The chicken burger was filling with too much cheese and mango sauce with make you feeling sick. Also I find long hair in my chicken burger at that point I spotted eating .Chips was very nice .Place is warm ,I like it but too noise because music loud and people talk too louder and basically you cannot have a conversation with someone in that lounge. Staff very polite but the serving girls are not dressed in a decent way I suppose I for attract male customers .

You order the big one you pay the big one but you eat the small one...

My meal was pretty tasty though not much broth, my partners meal was a bit overcooked and our cocktails were not good. Nice place though a bit loud (terrible acoustics).

Amazing food, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Ordering was really easy at the table with a qr code and the food came really quickly. My friend had the Lounge Eggs with Smoked Salmon which is her firm favourite and I had the Lounge Bacon Cheeseburger which is the best burger I have had in ages! I highly recommend Tiempo Lounge and can’t wait to go back

It is a lovely cafe with very special atmosphere. I love the drawings on the wall. It made here unique. The service was quite slow, I tried to reach out to the waitress many times but seems they are very busy with their works than seeing tables. At then end I went to them personally to ask for a spoon. Ive been there before as I live locally, and the same thing happened in case of service. I tried brunch every time I went there. Shakshuka is aromatic and nice. The poached egg are quite hard yolk when they come but it tastes good. Does come either flat bread on the side which nice with the sauce . Very good portion and smells very good. The Miami breakfast was next level I think. I recommend that for those who love spicy, grainy, yet protein packed breakfast. It has all the good stuff in there and comes with two perfect poached eggs. Very aromatic and tastes heaven. The cheddar and sweetcorn frittata is a good blend with avocado and eggs. Also, you can order and pay by a QR code at your table, and they are quick in preparing your order. Its very good if you are a group of friend and you want to pay separately. The transaction is smooth and hassle free.

Food was not good atall and made me completely lose my appetite as well as being priced pretty steeply for the portion size

We've visited Tiempo Lounge many times, at different times of the day, and always had a good experience. The staff are friendly, the place is clean and the food is nice. Food and drink is reasonably priced. Main meals are between £10 and £15. Cocktails are around a tenner. Pretty standard prices. Really pleased with the food options - I'm vegan but the husband isn't, so it's nice to go somewhere with decent vegan options while the husband has his usual cheese loaded garlic bread and juicy burger. Vegan options range from veggie curries and salads, to mock meat burgers (which I'm grateful for!) It's never usually too busy which is handy when you've done a big shop in the high street and fancy an unplanned break!

I ordered using the online service, which asked me if I wanted to leave a tip before I had even been served. I have 10% but our food took so long to arrive I wish I hadn't. We won't be going back.

Really poor portion, 10 fries in my plate, avocado very hard, ciabatta not toasted ... Really disappointed. The waitress had an old wrinkled sweater, poorly styled. Never come back..

The whole atmosphere of this place is amazing! The staff are friendly and look happy to be there, which makes the overall experience and feel so much better. The restaurant serves some of the best food I’ve ever had, with such a large dedicated gluten free menu, which is why I keep coming back!

It's okay when you are hungry, the food and service will be okay, not 5 star, but that is not what you can from the place

Went with my friends for Lunch. The food and drink is quite expensive, but I would say it's worth it! The atmosphere was great and the people serving us were very kind and helpful. Would definitely go back there again!

Nice venue and breakfast eas OK but only really didn't enjoy the flat white. £3.65 and it wasn't very hot and very milky. Like a milky latte more than a flat white! Disappointed as was looking forward to a nice coffee!!!

Food was pretty good, service not so much. Erica was incredibly unfriendly and just rude. We have been to other Lounges in the past and had great customer service. This one however, we unfortunately will not be going back too.

Love the vibes. Whether a work lunch or a romantic dinner out.. amazing food each time with a very creative menu that gets updated regularly with new thngs to explore.. very aware in providing service for possible allergies customers may have and provide well...

Had dinner with my daughter. We both had tapas which was lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful and it looked very cosy in there when the candles were lit. Didn't want to leave!

Been here so so many times and still enjoying the place. Great value if you don’t want to spend more than £15 eating out. Lovely decor, friendly staff and good tasty food. The place isn’t pretentious in any way. You can order at the table using their App. Toilets are clean but you have to walk up more than 2 sets of stairs, not good for the elderly.

Good is great really tasty, service is prompt and friendly. Can’t book for under 6 people, wait time to be seated wasn’t too long. Good choice for gluten free

Nice atmosphere to celebrate mother's day brunch

First time eating here. As a ceolic got to say choice of meals was amazing. When arriving was greeted at door by member of staff who gave me a gluten free menu and the chose was amazing. Food was apsolutly amazing will definitely return
