Venchi in Richmond upon Thames

I was there last Saturday. And I tried the cremino and the pistachio chocolates. I loved it both of them. I love to come back soon. Dhrumit was very helpful and knowledgeable with chocolate. Main thing is that their all chocolates are gluten free. 😋😋

The ice creams were great tasting, although the portions were on the small side as was the cup it came in. Tastes better than Daneli which is also in Richmond.

Very charming. Spacious. Sweet staff. Very friendly and inviting. It is ultimately the service that brings people back over and over again. Thank you to the amazing staff who never endingly makes us come back.

Venchi s chocolates and gelatos are always the best and also the staff in Richmond are really nice too.

I visited with my wife and child a couple of weeks ago. Service was lovely . We had left our loyalty card details at home but they looked up our details on the system and made sure that we got a reduction. It was really appreciated.

I visited last Sunday. I tried gelato and chocolate both of them are delicious. Mainly I want say thanks to Dhrumit. Who helped me a lot. And he is very friendly with me and my children. They want to meet him again and again. Very friendly staff.

I’ve been regularly visiting this branch since 2015, however in the last year all the original Italian staff have all left. Now it’s run but untrained Indian staff who don’t have a clue about gelato. They are always giving ice cream only on the top and reducing the size as there isn’t any gelato inside the cone. I’ve mentioned this to this to the staff but they don’t take any action. After visiting for the last time yesterday, I had the same issue. Please employ staff who know how to present and serve your product. What a shame! A good loyal customer now very disappointed with this store in particular.

Rude, unhelpful staff. I ended up putting my purchase back and walking out as they told me the card machine wasn't working and I had to go to another till. Instead, they started serving someone else who came in after me. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Amazing as always. Only 1 thing was the lack of the large 3/4 scoop cones. Unsure why this is the case in the middle of the day. Nevertheless, great ice cream.

Really disappointed with the icecream I had today at Venchi Richmond. Most of the time I have large at Venchi Sloane Square and I receive proper scoops. Today I had in Richmond probably same quantity as a small icecream. I even asked the employee why is so small compared with the usual Large and I even show the picture from menu and he started to laugh and said that the icecream is inside the cone and started to laugh… I don’t recommend this shop at all, I am totally disappointed!!!

I have been served by Samuele and Luca, great customer service from both, love the energy and the friendly way they approached - Gelato was just amazing and it doesn’t melt at all. Grazie guys!!

Terrible staff attitude,delicious gelato range though, Lovely shop ,shame such arrogant slipshod service. Money rules over service,they forget your table order that you have paid for already with no apologies for their error ,just a blase remark 'oh well' do you still want it then. ,and that was the chap in charge!!!

I tried the hazelnut and pistachio fl both were incredibly rich and authenticrecently visited Venchi and was utterly impressed by the exquisite quality of their chocolates.
