Had a lovely afternoon for my birthday brunch. Food & atmosphere was great. A special shout out to Jaidehi whose service was excellent. I had let Jaidehi know I was early along in my pregnancy and my party wasn’t aware as yet and all my drinks were served non-alcoholic discreetly. Her service to the whole table was wonderful, couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Jaidehi :)

Atmosphere was great good was fantastic. And Leakna our server was extremely nice and attentive and definitely made us want to come back.

3 of us went to this restaurant on Saturday, seemed a nice ambience until we were taken to our table downstairs which was by an open window opposite outside fire escape staircase (not a nice view) and hot air blowing in on us. We asked to be moved and were able to change tables We were asked if we would like some table water for the table which we accepted, when it arrived it was luke warm (we asked for ice) we ordered our food and drink. The food was lack lustre and not worth the money, there was a waitress that hovered close by our table and seemed to be watching our every mouthful. As soon as myself and one of the group had put our knifes and forks down she pounced and took the plates before waiting for the third person to finish her meal leaning across her eating her food to collect the other plate - very rude. We must have sat chatting for about an hour before anyone came over and asked if we wanted anything else which we declined. After a short while we decided to get the bill and leave, low and behold no sign of anyone so I went to the loo hoping someone would appear by then - and was just about to call from my phone (to upstairs) and say we wanted to pay or we would be leaving when finally someone appeared, I asked for the bill and she put her hand up and said one minute, she then proceeded to go to the kitchen and get herself a plate of food (which looked more wholesome than what we had) and take her break. Eventually someone came with the bill (by which time my friends were away from the table using the facility) and said are you ready to pay .... I mean having waited so long we were then being hurried. I looked at the bill and was shocked to see that we had been charged £1.50 each for tap water. I checked the menu again and under the title unlimited tap water for the table was "chargeable at £1.50 per person for charity". This was not pointed out to us and had it been we would have chosen to pay for bottled water. This felt very underhand and then they put a service charge on the bill as well. We all agreed it was good to try somewhere new but we would'nt be rushing back

Super friendly staff and good cakes. The place has lots of different sitting options which are quite intimately arranged.

Very nice food, bit pricey but tasty.

We had the best time at Megan's in Richmond. The food was excellent, the staff are all charming and our dog was made to feel very welcome!

We were served by Rafael who I think is thr manager. Unbelievably amazing service from him and he helped with our gluten and dairy free order.

This is our 2nd time at Megan’s and it doesn’t disappoint! Great food, tasty! Beautiful relaxing place! And we have the best server, called Sophie, to look after us. I haven’t been served that well in a long time! Thanks and we will be back!

The service was amazing the staff were extremely accommodating, Janhavi and Molly were so perfect and allowed us to pray downstairs when we needed. Would definitely come back even for the staff alone who were very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome.

The service at Meghans was amazing we received such great hospitality from the servers especially Janhavi and Molly where extremely accommodating to religious and personal needs. They welcomed us with a smile and such kind words.

The restaurant is really beautiful, the service was great. However, the price is a little too high, plus you have to pay for water in a carafe...

Lovely relaxing lunch on a Monday afternoon. We had the double chicken posh kebab and was delicious, moist and full of flavour. Our waitress was Zsanehe was wonderful and went the extra mile to speak Spanish to my parents to make them as welcome as possible

Hi We had a great late lunch today, made especially wonderful by the fantastic service that we recieved from Leakna. She was attentive, smiley, excellent communication and just generally a delight to be looked after by. She’s a real asset to your restaurant. PS: you could definitely improve your WC facilities, 2 were not operational including the disabled one - a bit of feedback for senior management. Please pass our thanks on to Leakna. Hugo

Part cold bacon , literally half and half, Informed the waitress, who wasn't very friendly , who informed the manageress, who was lovely and helpful. Brought up extra bacon , which I let the dogs have. Twickenham branch much more helpful and friendly, they brought treats for our two dogs straight away and was made to feel welcome by all the team. Unlike Richmond.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Had a fantastic evening. Food was excellent and good portions. Booked a table at 7pm and was in the restaurant till close. Wide range of cocktails on offer, took advantage of the £5 cocktail deal. The waitress Janhavi was so welcoming and friendly and attended to all our needs. Was attentive to the table and we didn’t wait long between rounds of drinks. She recommended favourites from the menu. The manager on shift also came to our table and introduced herself asking if there was anything else we needed. We were given two complementary dessert and had a fantastic evening. Will 100% return to this restaurant for dinner and cocktails. Brilliant service, food and drinks.

Massive shout out to Kevin & his fabulous team of lovely ladies who served us yesterday. No easy task with 20 ladies but they did with a smile on their faces throughout, they were fun & nothing was too much trouble. We had the set party menu, Food beautifully prepared & delicious. Decor lovely too & I highly recommend the 90 minute bottomless option.

The most amazing restaurant - feels like you’ve been transported on holiday! Went for a girly dinner and cocktails. The staff were so attentive, and even let us know when it was 9pm for the £5 cocktails. We were served by Janhavi who was a star - she was so bubbly and really added to the wonderful atmosphere. We had the table all night, with no pressure to rush, and the food was just amazing. One of the best nights in a long while! Thank you so much to all the staff at megans!

Our server Niamh was absolutely amazing, food and atmosphere was excellent! The half baked cookie dough was incredible, I’ll definitely come here again!

Zsanett looked after us incredible well. She was attentive and friendly and efficient too! We were seated quickly by the friendly manager, despite the restaurant being busy - and we didn’t have a booking. The food was delicious - all 3 meals - the French Sauvignon was tasty and we had a great lunch.

Nice food, many vegetarians options, happy hour (4-7pm) and the service was the best, they are really professional and attentive. Stumbled across this place and we are so happy we did. The food was to die for, I especially liked their fondue it was so tasty. The place is dog friendly and our dog was greeted with treats and water as soon as we came in.

Meghan’s in Richmond has stunning interiors, a faultless menu and incredible service. This is my second time visiting Megan’s. Joshua our waiter has incredible professionalism and great warmth. He gave us great recommendations for our starters and mains (halloumi and calamari starters were delicious recommendations - the halloumi was actually exquisite), checked in on us throughout the meal. We were never in need. He was great! The open doner lamb is what I came for. It never disappoints. It’s a solid staple to Megan’s menu. Thank you Joshua thank you Megan’s!

I took a friend as a birthday treat and we were not disappointed. I introduced her to to gooey cookie dough .... she'll be back for more of that! I had a children's portion to begin with (knowing the cookie dough was coming), and I did feel children's portions could be a little more exciting.

Exceptional dining at Megan's! Delicious open chicken kebab, eggs royale, and a good Baklava ice cream. Our waitress, Tameka was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed. Kudos to the chef and our wonderful waitress for making our meal enjoyable. Highly recommend!
