A nice small pub in a prime location. The bar staff are friendly and there’s some more unique draught drink options which is great. It was pretty quiet on a weekday afternoon so offered a relaxing escape from the busy streets outside. Nice traditional decor and everywhere clean - I’ll be returning for a drink there again.

One of the smallest pubs I've been to - one bar area only so always seems full! Just had a quick drink before theatre but seemed to have decent range of beers

The service is extremely horrible. We ordered 4 Sunday roasts (two well done, 2 medium) and it took more than 1 hour for them to bring the dishes but they all came medium rare. We kindly ask them to recook 2 of steaks in well done, but it took 30 more minutes to bring them but again they were in medium rare!!! And other 2 dishes were cold by then! So we couldn’t eat together. Also, we asked for ketchup and mayo, but they were ran out of ketchup!!!! No ketchup in a pub??!!! Moreover, we asked for cutlery but they only brought 1 single fork for 4 people after 15 minutes!! All in all, the service was offensive and awful. The food was not good, and we didn’t touch our food! The atmosphere is nice in Mayfair but definitely not a Mayfair standard service! Save money and save time and don’t come here.

Just had lunch, it was an amazing experience with great customer service best pizza in Clapham 10/10.

Nice pub but …. Served 2 glasses of wine at 23.23 which were put into plastic cups at 23.30 and all customers abruptly told to leave at 24.40. I queried this politely with bar staff who rudely told me that I’d been TOLD this would happen. She did not serve me and the person who did had not told me this. No last bell called and staff don’t care.Won’t be back …..

Guinness was terrible and bouncer was rude. Staff bad. Go to the Devonshire instead miles better

Sambuca was 70% water and the bar tender was a right Toby about it. Beer decent.

Went on a Saturday night. It was absolutely packed but we managed to find a place to sit. Great atmosphere

Great selection of drinks...Beer well kept and negroni was really good!!!!! Staff very helpful especially a bar person in Metallica t-shirt was very helpful with direction. It is nice that finally a customer's are welcomed with smile and friendly service!!!! I will be back.

Had the most ridiculous Saturday at coach and horses.Rube services and also Ordered two large muller wines, but they claimed only one left. Okay, cool, we'll take two small ones. Little did I know, 'small' meant a half of small plastic cup and they charged £5 each! Manager insisted it's standard. Not cool.manager was also so rude to us . I know it's only a put, but please be nice to people #PubExperience #Overcharged

This is a pub you need to stop by if you're in the area and have a beer or two. The building itself is very unique with a warm interior and a lively atmosphere.

Staff were polite friendly, food excellent value 4 money, chicken tikka masala was fantastic..

I never plan to come to this pub but it's one that's nice to stop by on the way past. A surprisingly cosy and quiet little refuge along busy Charing Cross Road.

Had lunch but they did not have three of our first choices which was a bit annoying having to keep choosing again. However, what we eventually settled on was very nice and service friendly. Be careful on the stairs!!

One of my favorite places I have ever been to, thanks so much - I proposed to my girlfriend here after 10 years.. but unfortunately she said no, so I won't ever be back. This place is forever soured for me and I hope that no one ever proposes here again.

Pros: Great authentic pub experience. Super nice staff. Efficient ordering directly at the bar for food and drinks. Good location. Cons: We sat down before a few big groups at late lunch time and waited almost an hour. The burger was sub-average and seemed like it was a frozen patti. Salad contained maybe 5 small pieces of chicken with no flavor in the dressing

Lovely pub, I know this place for many years, unfortunately last night experience was absolutely awful. After spending half of the evening there, my friends and I were asked to be more quiet, the waitres or whoever she was, with that black hair mid age, she just been walking around so arrogant without even asking I we finished the drinks, she's been taking them aways anyways assuming they are empty glasses ( half left, that's not an empty glass), after being polite to her and showing her some kindness but asking her to be nice and kind too, the only what she did was loud laught In my face. People going pubs for drinks, nice experience and good time, unfortunately I didn't have anything of that because of the customer service l After spending money there for drinks, nobody's wants to be told to be quiet in a loud place !!

A lovely old pub was not that busy when we popped in for a drink before a theatre show. It's a very small pub but warm and welcoming.

The Coach and Horses is a brilliant traditional English pub, gorgeous single ground level bar, with draught Spitfire to satisfy everyone. You would expect nothing less from Shepherd Neame Brewery.

Spacious pub in a very busy road, quite traditional nothing fancy but good to have a drink and avoid the crowd especially if you haven't booked for a place.

The barman didn't know a bitter lemon was so I had to order a beer. Small pub, music too loud. Later I realised it was a chain (I don't live in London).

What a lovely little pub. It's nice to find a pub pub and one with a good atmosphere. Yes it's a bit small inside but when we arrived (10pm sat night) we could get a seat. Staff all friendly, good sing a long tunes and good beer what more could you want.

Decent central pub, would imagine would be very popular with theatre and show goers. Very small yet feels comfortable and homely, couple of real ales which were fairly good.

A lovely little pub to escape the bustling leicester Square. Good selection of high quality drinks. No food offering other than crisps and packet snacks and Unfortunately all the seating consists of high stools and the loos are down a very tight flight of stairs so not friendly to anyone with mobility issues.

Very hot day, needed a cold drink. Nothing special about this bar it is extremely small . Served its purpose for us at the time.

Absolutely lovely little square pub Staff was minimal and prices fair For a full sunny Saturday hour there was a lovely young woman running the venue/floor and bar by herself I never felt like there were dirty glasses on any table and she was so attentive to the customers she had Hats off the young lady and the venue itself Keep up your good work! Will be back
