A handbag stolen at approx 6pm, right next to the kitchen area and near the bar. Suspicious behavior by a lot of people inside there. Someone was able to review two hours of CCTV and pin point when it happened in less than 10 minutes..but no face identified. Will never go back and have warned everyone else to avoid also.

Today we went to Covent Garden All Bar One with my friends. The service and food were fast and nice. Especially the baked eggs were great. The place is very stylish. I will definitely come again and try their dinner.

Quite empty for the time of day on a Bank Holiday weekend. Barman was great, knew his drinks and we were served quickly and got a table. If only we had time to stay for more! Bloody Mary and a Monkey 47 & tonic (my favourite).

The place was packed, as expected, but got served pretty quickly and the staff were very friendly. Lots of seating inside and some tables outside. Can get noisy outside especially with all the footfall through Covent garden, but this is expected.

Great place for cocktails, loads of atmosphere and fab location.

I felt like a sardine! The manager has clearly tried to shove in as many tables are possible without giving any thought to the dining experience or how the waiting staff are supposed to serve. As we were so close to the other tables, the waiter couldn't get to our table properly, items a tea pot were placed over my head - glad I didn't have a shower of boiling liquid! That's an accident waiting to happen. When the food came, the plates were just handed to me as I was closest. Should I go collect them from the kitchen too? Another downside to us being squeezed in is that the diners next to us were fully aware of our experience so much so we ended up discussing it with them as well as their poor experience whereby one of their meals was forgotten and the lady with the food would not start eating and so it got cold. The lady without her food after asking several times, got up went to the bar, and walked back after 5-7mins carrying her food. Maybe she did go and collect it from the kitchen! I would suggest you remove some tables so your guests will have a better experience, potentially ordering extras like desert and returning in the future. I won't be returning after that. Also vegetarians like vegetarian food - why must we be forced to eat vegan! Stop painting us all with the same brush!!!!!!

Had a great night here. Staff were lovely and very accommodating when we asked to move, due to a very loud, girl group. One member of staff even told me to take care of my bag. Thank you 😊

Fantastic time at All Bar One bottomless brunch today, food was delicious and Sam D was excellent as our server, quick to clear the table or order us more drinks as required, very pleased and will definitely be back again

Had not been back for a year as it was bad last time. Had a nice window table and we ordered five sharing plates and a bottle of wine. I chased the food which took forty minutes to arrive and was luke warm it had been sitting around. Had drunk half of our wine by this time. Did not complain as we were hungry and running late by then. This was similar to our previous experience.

The shop was pretty empty. Thought there was more going on.

Met my friends here last night. Was a small complication over a double booking on our table but Lars sorted this out with no fuss. She gave particularly good customer service and just wanted to thank her again. Some of the other staff were a little bit unfriendly by comparison which was a shame. Overall a good evening though. Thank you.

Very nice atmosphere and exceptionally friendly. For a very good price we got a lovely place setting with an Earl Grey, a hot chocolate and an “Americano” coffee.

Been before, brought different friend to experience service & food and we were not disappointed. Lady manager (from Ukraine) who I failed to ask the name of, helped me out with a problem with my Groupon voucher. All ended well & we had great time. We recommend the tapas, especially the Argentinian prawns & the Haloumi with chorizo.

I went in as a solo diner, for breakfast. The young man who seated me informed me that I would need to pre-pay for my meal in case I “ran out,” without paying. I told him I had no intention of doing so, and he said that didn’t apply just to me. I was surprised, as I have been to the All Bar One restaurants many, many times and have never been asked to pre-pay. I was on a tight schedule, hungry, and had that not been the case I would’ve walked out . I also noted that shortly after I sat down a couple came in and they were not required to do the same. I ordered the full English and the sausages were 100% inedible, burnt and I couldn’t even cut them with a knife. The eggs were also overcooked, beans were cold, and the bread not toasted. Once my food was delivered, I never saw another staff member at my table again. Definitely not the experience I have had at All Bar One restaurants in the past, and based on this one experience, I will never go back to one of their restaurants again. I will also share my experience with many friends and colleagues who travel to London on a regular basis, and always ask for recommendations for restaurants.

Would’ve been 5 stars if food was good. Apart from that Ebrahim was our server for the bottomless. Been to many bottomlesses in my time and most places really resent giving you what you’ve paid for (let’s be honest, we paid for a bottomless, so we all want our moneys worth!) but not this time. Ebrahim was on the ball, extremely attentive and friendly. He is a credit to all servers out there. Really good vibes. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate returning again one day 😊

At first when I walked in and I saw how busy it was I got super concerned that the service and drinks wouldn’t be good. However Johanna got to us right away and the service was incredible!! She made our time here great and always made sure we had drinks!! Very happy!!

Seasoning the tomatoes in the heirloom tomato and feta salad, even just with a pinch of salt, would have made the food acceptable. Bonus star for how cute the ordering of a small glass of water was in the app. Very keen description.

No servers. QR code menu only. 30-minute wait for food during non-rush time. Didn’t bring water to the table. Strong pass - do not recommend

Very nice food and drinks. Went on a Groupon dinner and drinks deal for tapas and was great value. Nice atmosphere though queues at the bar quite long. Let down a little by service, chap at bar was a little arrogant, pretty noisy in there so was complaining he couldn't hear me, but with a bit of attitude. They for my food order wrong and took me 4 attempts chasing up and a further 30 minutes to get the right dish, meaning I was almost late to theatre show. Update; went back a second time and they got my order wrong again! Also out of mint so couldn't get a Mohito.

Absolutely no service. We had booked a table for 12 got there early. Had to chase our table and it was left to us to ask other customers if we could sit at the table to have our food. Dismissed by staff when we asked for help. The food came and it was cold. We often visit the one in edinburgh and hoped this was going to be of the same standard. It wasn't!

In this establishment, you can order at the counter or with a QR code which is on your table. The food is nice, but the service (drinks and food) take some time to come (~10min for the drinks) and half an hour four the dishes. Nevertheless, we ate well.

Great atmosphere as usual in an All Bar One venue. We had 3 glasses of Moet and 2 small plates which all really tasty and all the plates were very nicely presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice clean toilets, which makes a change from some places in London.

My friend had a voucher deal - we visit ABO regularly and this occasion was as good as expected with the friendly waiter Franky taking good care of us!

Booked a table one month in advance (just because wanted to celebrate a special occasion particularly at this place, we could go to any better bar or restaurant). When we came in we said the name of the booking and lady without checking the booking showed an awful corner table by the door. When we kindly asked for a different table just because the reservation has been made ages ago and there was plenty of tables for two, she said all of them specifically booked for today. Her attitude was unbelievable rude, didn't even try to make an effort to accommodate us or solve this matter.

Stopped here for drinks, couldn't get a table inside, but managed to get one outside - under cover with heaters, which was lovely and good for people watching. QR code for ordering to table did not work so went inside to order at the bar. Service was shocking! Waitress was so rude and couldn't care less, don't know how she got a job! Asked what smoothies were available and this was too much effort! Asked for a pina colada - not available! No smiles, no apologies, no manners. Won't be returning. Shame because the location is great.

Bad customer service, cold food, rude staff, what must the tourists think of us . And more to the point why should we accept this as locals. Not cheap and even if it was why would someone pay to wait 20 minutes for there food to turn up cold.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Also sitting in the Dark because the bulbs don't work . Where is the Top man to complain to . Being served by ladies that have 0 customer service and are not interested in anything other than saying that there job does not involve working in the kitchen.
