Lorand was amazing, so funny, attentive, and genuinely kind, he made the whole experience even better.

This sauce is a joke. The lemon and garlic butter sauce went so well with everything that it was the sauce that made our experience 5 stars. We tried the Lobster Roll and it was simply AMAZING. We ordered mac and cheese and grilled broccoli with our main courses. The mac and cheese was very very very good but the broccoli was a disappointment for me. I would definitely recommend you to try it.

Had such a lovely experience at Burger & Lobster. The food was great but what really made the night was Lorand. He was a Wray of sunshine, so warm, friendly and genuinely great with people. His customer service was top tier and really added to the whole vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back to this branch because of him!

I’ve been to many burger and lobster joints, but today’s experience was truly exceptional thanks to Lorand! He was nothing short of amazing and an incredible host. I hope he eventually pursues a career in customer relations because he truly knows how to make a guest feel like royalty.

Karola was a lovely server, great food and atmosphere!

Karola is super friendly and helpful. She made me feel welcomed and she even helped me to take the meat out of lobster cell. Thank you for her great service. The lobster was tasty as I tried 10 years ago (smaller in size though) the lobster roll was just okay. I would have chosen whole lobster instead. Still good food :)

Ivo was an absolutely exquisite server. He gave my very own personalised lobster tutorial and was extremely personable. This was my first experience at Burger & Lobster and actually eating lobster in general and I received a stellar experience. Ask for Ivo next time you're here :)

Excellent and delicious food as usual. Have been here many times during my visits to London and never disappointed. Ivo was very helpful and chatty, responding to many queries from my wife about the food, recipe etc. Highly recommended and will definitely comeback again next time in London

The Lobster Roll is delicious! So were the fries. No ambience: loud music and a not so great layout in the restaurant. I was by myself and it was quite an empty evening with only 2 other tables and yet they charged me 12.5% service for bringing the plate from the kitchen and then bringing the bill. Too much I think, when you’re already charging a meal at £30 which mostly consists of bread and potatoes. No idea how many grams of lobster’s in the roll. But again very delicious!

Hanging out with ladies and Ivo provided good services, wonderful time at Burgers and Lobsters! We will definitely come again!

I have been before and the food was much better quality, now it was mediocre. The atmosphere is suffocating, nothing to do with the Soho store which is pleasant. I personally think it's boring

We went as a party of 4 - 2 of us prefer the steamed lobster and the other 2 prefer the grilled. Both are great in fact. Lorand who served us was very helpful and friendly. Lobster roll is great too, plenty of lobster meat inside, but would appreciate if the bread could be hot/warm. Overall great experience!

Had a wonderful experience tonight! We had 2lb lobster and lobster roll combo - all food are amazing! Would be a plus if the bread could be hot (as it’s cold). We also had watermelon iced tea and passion fruit virgin mojito - both were delicious. Lorand who served us was lovely - super helpful and gave us very useful recommendation. We don’t live close but will definitely visit again when we can!

Burger & Lobster serves incredibly fresh and delicious dishes. Every menu item is well-prepared, and the salad has a great balance of flavors. The lobster is fresh, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Even though we didn’t have a reservation, the staff was very friendly and helped us find a table. The French fries were crispy and not greasy at all, while the burger buns and lobster rolls were soft and fluffy. A fantastic dining experience!

After listening to LORAND's suggestion, I ordered the +SHARING COMBO+ combo for two. It's really worth the money, and every meal is finger-licking satisfying! Also, LORAND’s service was great and humorous, and they made us laugh. The recommendations are also great! A very happy dinner!

We just came there for lunch on Saturday at 12 and wanted to highlight how amazing our waitress was Irena . Such a lovely person and so professional , we both felt she must of worked at a Michelin star restaurant before, or in high end service industries . Very unique and special and really stands and we really appreciated it . Thankyou for making our lunch special today .

Exceptional! Really fantastic food and service. We ate excellently and drank delicious cocktails! There were 14 of us, without a reservation. They welcomed us with a smile. 6 adults and 8 children. They handled the situation with great professionalism and we enjoyed the evening. Very very kind staff, even with children. Lorand is a fantastic guy. he looked after us from the welcome to the final greeting. A very knowledgeable guy, he recommended dishes and cocktails without making mistakes. I recommend everyone to spend an evening in this restaurant, it will not disappoint expectations!

Excellent ! Company of 7 adults and 7 children, on Sunday evening at 9.00pm we came across this little place not far from our hotel! They welcomed us with enthusiasm and turned out to be wonderful The manager Loran was very nice with the children and advised us on every choice! Delicious cocktails! Excellent food, impeccable service, very nice location! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Burger & Lobster with our two children. Lorand, our waiter, made us feel so at home and was lovely with the kids - very patient and showing real interest in them and that they got exactly what they wanted. We will definitely be back.

Lorand was absolutely wonderful in providing service for us this evening. He suggested sharing lobsters for us initially but it was a shame that someone ordered them a little before we did. Nevertheless the classic lobster was still very delicious.

A good friend is traveling to London, so of course I want to take her to eat at this restaurant. The lobster claws are very large, and the meat is very plump and fresh. It tastes like the sweetness of the shrimp itself. The lobster sandwich is also stuffed with lobster meat. The patty of the burger is juicy, but girls still recommend sharing it with friends because the burger is huge.

Absolutely enjoyed this place. I had mussels, lobster crochets, baked oysters and pistol punch. Lorand was amazing, he should be the manager or definitely have a raise! His service was business class luxury service. I loved his energy! He is a superstar!

Where do I start? We got the roll combo, it comes with a to die for burger, a lobster roll, fries, salad, and garlic butter sauce. I can go on an on about the flavours. Everything was 10/10, including the service! Lorend was so hospitable and friendly, and gave us amazing reccomendations! Looking forward to coming back again.

I recently dined at Burger & Lobster on Bond Street, and overall, it was a great experience. The wagyu beef burger was simply amazing! It was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavour. The lobster mac & cheese, which is offered as a side, was phenomenal and definitely a standout dish that I would highly recommend. However, I have to say that charging over £20 for a side is a bit absurd. While the truffle chips were priced decently, the taste just didn’t hit the mark for me. Additionally, the croquettes were not great and could use some improvement. The host was fantastic, providing a warm welcome and making us feel right at home. However, the service after that was just average. Despite this, the food was good enough for me to give a solid four stars. I’ll definitely be back for that amazing burger and the lobster mac & cheese!

Esta fue una visita de regreso para nosotros porque nos gustó tanto en enero de este año. La calidad de la comida y los precios son excelentes, así como las opciones de menú. El punto de esta crítica en particular es destacar nuestro fantástico camarero en esta ocasión. Olvido su nombre pero recuerdo que al hablar con él viene de Bulgaira. Estaba más que atento y servicial, ofreciéndonos mostrarnos la mejor manera de extraer la carne de langosta y terminó haciendo eso por los tres. Nunca tuve que llenar mi propia copa de vino o walter una vez. Un gran don de estar atento pero todavía en el fondo, amable y servicial sin estar en el camino. Bastante habilidad y espero que esta revisión le consiga algo de crédito de su equipo directivo ya que tienen mucha suerte de tenerlo
