Even though I have allergies to some seafood, I go always to it with my family and get burgers 🍔– it’s so delicious!

We had a lovely experience, the food was excellent and our waiter (Lorand) was very helpful.

I heard that this place is one of the best for burgers and lobster rolls, but I was very disappointed. My experience wasn't great, the hygiene of the place isn't that good. I understand that your menu mostly contains seafood itmes but that doesn't mean it should smell like a fish market :/ We ordered the combo burger and lobster roll, and when the waiter asked how we wanted our burgers, I told him medium well. He said it is either a medium or well done (?!) We also ordered grilled prawns as appetizers, but they had no taste at all! They were a little burnt, leaving an aftertaste that made them inedible. The only things we really enjoyed were the fries and lobster rolls. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place or visit it again :)

The food was amazing, I’ve not tried the lobster croquettes I instantly fell in love. The lobster was great, especially with the sauce it came with. Definitely will be coming back again! Lorand took care of us and is very welcoming, funny and informative, overall a lovely atmosphere. Thank you Lorand, see you again.

Amazing restaurant and great price, especially for the quality and amount of food. It’s clean and the ambience is great. Staff are incredibly friendly, especially Lorand. Lorand made the night 10x better. Definitely recommend

I went back to London after almost 12 years (I used to go frequently back in the days) and I have been fantasising about Burger & Lobster ever since. The restaurant is beautiful. The staff is very very friendly and I had a really great time. (Thank you Lorand) I asked for the lunch menu, other guests arriving after me were only presented with the regular menu. The menu has barely changed, if at all, in the past 12 years. But prices and portion sizes have! I later joked with a friend that my lobster must have been on Ozempic for quite a while. The shell was soft, it could be torn apart, no cracking needed. And the poor lobster could have fitted at least twice into it's shell. The claw was so sad. I felt sorry for eating the poor thing. I don't know if I simply had bad luck that day, but I literally felt disillusioned by returning 🙈

The waitress was great and very helpful. My friends enjoyed the burgers and prawns, but I didn’t like the lobster roll. It was too bland and creamy. Should have had some lemon dressing. The music was too loud and we couldn’t hear each other very well. I don’t think I will revisit again.

Lorand was genuinely the best server I've had potentially ever. He really made the experience great! Food was also incredible but honestly 2nd fiddle to the service.

Wagyu beef burger with was absolutely lovely, with a lovely sauce that made the burger quite lovely. There are lobster tanks as you walk in and a nice bar.

A branch near Oxford. The food is delicious. The famous lobster sandwich, as well as the smash burger, are very wonderful. The Caesar salad is wonderful. Its size is large and suitable without adding bacon because it is not halal. The price is very high.

Our experience here is brilliant! Karola served us really beyond our expectation! She is really communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. We've been here a lot of times, this one Karola really make our visit really great and lovely!

It is always a treat to come here. Food was great and the service was very welcoming. The price is a little expensive for the portion size but we did enjoy it.

Lorand was amazing, so funny, attentive, and genuinely kind, he made the whole experience even better.

This sauce is a joke. The lemon and garlic butter sauce went so well with everything that it was the sauce that made our experience 5 stars. We tried the Lobster Roll and it was simply AMAZING. We ordered mac and cheese and grilled broccoli with our main courses. The mac and cheese was very very very good but the broccoli was a disappointment for me. I would definitely recommend you to try it.

I’ve been to many burger and lobster joints, but today’s experience was truly exceptional thanks to Lorand! He was nothing short of amazing and an incredible host. I hope he eventually pursues a career in customer relations because he truly knows how to make a guest feel like royalty.

Had such a lovely experience at Burger & Lobster. The food was great but what really made the night was Lorand. He was a Wray of sunshine, so warm, friendly and genuinely great with people. His customer service was top tier and really added to the whole vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back to this branch because of him!

Absolutamente de primera clase, excelente ubicación, excelente comida, ambiente relajado agradable. Gran menú, cuando vayas necesitas probar la langosta y / o las croquetas Wagyu - tuvimos los dos y son increíbles, la hamburguesa Wagyu era perfecta y el sándwich de langosta Brioche era mejor que cualquiera que he tenido anteriormente. Buena gama de bebidas (incluso tenía Noam bávaro más grande que solo he tenido unos pocos lugares del Reino Unido ) y el personal era brillante, un saludo especial a nuestra anfitriona 'Irena' y el chico de seguridad que nos tomó fotos fuera cuando nos fuimos, gracias.

Karola is super friendly and helpful. She made me feel welcomed and she even helped me to take the meat out of lobster cell. Thank you for her great service. The lobster was tasty as I tried 10 years ago (smaller in size though) the lobster roll was just okay. I would have chosen whole lobster instead. Still good food :)

Ivo was an absolutely exquisite server. He gave my very own personalised lobster tutorial and was extremely personable. This was my first experience at Burger & Lobster and actually eating lobster in general and I received a stellar experience. Ask for Ivo next time you're here :)

The Lobster Roll is delicious! So were the fries. No ambience: loud music and a not so great layout in the restaurant. I was by myself and it was quite an empty evening with only 2 other tables and yet they charged me 12.5% service for bringing the plate from the kitchen and then bringing the bill. Too much I think, when you’re already charging a meal at £30 which mostly consists of bread and potatoes. No idea how many grams of lobster’s in the roll. But again very delicious!

I have been before and the food was much better quality, now it was mediocre. The atmosphere is suffocating, nothing to do with the Soho store which is pleasant. I personally think it's boring

Mi marido y yo reservamos este restaurante como no habíamos estado antes y necesitábamos un reemplazo para nuestra elección original para la noche, Steak & Lobster. Después de mirar el menú de este último, nos dimos cuenta de que el artículo que nos había encantado de ese restaurante había sido eliminado del menú y estábamos buscando desesperadamente otro lugar que lo vendiera. ¡He aquí, encontramos Burger & Lobster! Llegamos un poco antes de lo que pretendíamos, sin embargo, fueron capaces de sentarnos rápidamente y en poco tiempo nuestro servidor había venido a tomar nuestro pedido de bebidas. No estoy seguro del nombre de la señora, ella era morena y tenía un acento que solo podía adivinar que era italiano o similar, pero ella era realmente encantador, amable y acogedor de principio a fin! Nuestras bebidas llegaron rápidamente y ella procedió a tomar nuestro pedido de comida. Mi marido y yo estábamos luchando para decidir si queríamos la hamburguesa Wagyu o el rollo de langosta original, así que decidimos que conseguir uno de cada uno y cortarlos por la mitad. Bueno, déjame decirlo simplemente... ¡se habían ido en menos de 5 minutos! Totalmente divino. De hecho, ambos acordamos que la hamburguesa era la mejor que habíamos probado. Mi marido tambi n consigui una guarnici n del decadente queso mac n de trufa (b sicamente era un taz n de queso derretido con la adici n de pasta! ) y pedi un poco de tierno - brcol de tallo. Si bien el sabor subyacente del brócoli era como cabría esperar, desafortunadamente fue anulado por lo que solo puedo asumir es el sabor del carbón, de ahí el título de reseña "casi perfecto". Tenía algunas piezas, pero mi marido solo tenía una, ya que el sabor ahumado era demasiado intenso, y ninguno de los dos podía terminarlas como se apagó, tristemente. También me dejó con la peor acidez estomacal que he tenido en toda la noche, ya que mi estómago no estaba totalmente de acuerdo con ella. No te preocupes, sin embargo, me comería todo de nuevo si pudiera porque el resto fue increíble! Una vez que hubiéramos terminado el resto de nuestro fabuloso plato principal, decidimos compartir el sándwich de helado de be&L de postre, esperando que fuera bastante robusto y dulce. Curiosamente, nuestro servidor, sabiendo que la comida era parte de mis celebraciones de cumpleaños temprano, nos dio el artículo gratis antes de que tuviéramos tiempo de pedirlo, y trajo dos platos y dos juegos de cubiertos como ella pensó que podríamos querer compartir! ¿Qué tan gracioso es eso? Nos reímos mucho de la gran coincidencia que fue y solo para aumentar la dulzura de toda la situación, nos dijo que el postre se omitió en la factura general. ¡Honestamente, era un ángel absoluto! We went as a party of 4 - 2 of us prefer the steamed lobster and the other 2 prefer the grilled. Both are great in fact. Lorand who served us was very helpful and friendly. Lobster roll is great too, plenty of lobster meat inside, but would appreciate if the bread could be hot/warm. Overall great experience!

Had a wonderful experience tonight! We had 2lb lobster and lobster roll combo - all food are amazing! Would be a plus if the bread could be hot (as it’s cold). We also had watermelon iced tea and passion fruit virgin mojito - both were delicious. Lorand who served us was lovely - super helpful and gave us very useful recommendation. We don’t live close but will definitely visit again when we can!

Burger & Lobster serves incredibly fresh and delicious dishes. Every menu item is well-prepared, and the salad has a great balance of flavors. The lobster is fresh, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Even though we didn’t have a reservation, the staff was very friendly and helped us find a table. The French fries were crispy and not greasy at all, while the burger buns and lobster rolls were soft and fluffy. A fantastic dining experience!
