It's expensive, but it's really delicious. I liked the steam lobster better than the grill. Combo for 2 (80 pounds) was the right amount for a family of 3. However, I ordered 2 glasses of Lemonade, but I don't know why it was calculated as 5 pounds per glass (it was 3.5 pounds on the menu). I regret not asking carefully because I was in a hurry when paying. Since I was working when it opened on a weekday, I was given a seat right away. If it's a weekday lunch, I don't think you need to make a reservation (I didn't make a reservation because they asked for a card number when making a reservation).

Always amazing food, we went for the combo for two this time, absolutely delicious and great service. Thank you IVO for your great service!

I tried chicken burger and sweet potatoes. The potatoes was amazing I enjoyed it. The chicken burger it was not my type but I think it’s good for someone who likes thigh grilled burger. Thanks for IVO for your service and professionalism 😍🙏🏻.

Lovely place to pass by after a long day of shopping in the nearby area. Had the combo for two. The burger was delicious so was the lobster roll. The lobster was okay barely any meat found in it. Quick and friendly service.

Lobster roll is definitely a must try. Prices are a bit high. The employees are friendly. I still can't get used to the service charge thing. On 28.08.2024 lobster roll 30 hot appetizers 4-14 drinks 4 pounds.

The mix of flavours was a bit odd

My friend ordered a lobster salad .. the lobster was nowhere to be found 😳 for 28£ I would expect to find more fish meat on that plate that just vegetables.. it ain’t fair really

They added a service fee although I had to wait for my burger to be replaced.

Frankly, I went to him after many people nominated him, and when we sat down and asked him what is halal, he said, “We are careful that the pork oil does not get to him, but I think that no matter how much we clean, there will be remains of pork oil on the trays. >> Like he said, “It is not halal,” and frankly, I did that and we have not tried it.

We ate both burger and lobster and bought the option from the experience menu. It's definitely in my top 3 London dishes.

Staff are super friendly. They accepted our order at 9:50 pm. However, it is just 5 minutes before their closing time.

The Lobster roll is delicious! We ordered the lobster half steamed and half roast, both were excellent, accompanied with a prepared butter that gives it a very good flavor. The burger is very good, it is worth the extra bacon and cheese to take it to another level. Excellent service.

We went down to our usual spot. We saw online the bucket offer which we thought we would try. Host said there was only outside or bar left which was understandable however throughout our whole time there there was empty tables. I checked online and there was space to still book. We chose outside as it was a nice day. They put us right at the end so was forgotten about the whole time. When seated we asked about this bucket deal but host said they didn’t have any menu shame which at marketing tema have done well promoting this offer is a short time only. Someone finally noticed we were there and took our order. He didn’t even know what came with the bucket. He has to go instead and check. We took this bucket offer and two cokes. Cokes came warm which was a shame as was hot outside. Food came very fast we had to go inside a few times to ask for things. Given the sauce was refillable and chips were unlimited no one bother to ask if we wanted more or did a check back. Service was very poor considering usually everyone is lovely and attentive. When we needed lobster picks we had to ask inside lady even forgot where she even sat us. They kindly gave us two salads on the house as the waiter in the beginning said ours came with. We didn’t really stay long or get another drink as no one bother to ask. When we asked for the bill we asked for something to clean our hands with which is usually the given considering we just ate lobster. She totally forgot about us… we waited and gave up and left. Shame as we were really looking forward to the whole trip.

A restaurant that deserves a thousand stars. The food is flawless and delicious, fresh and balanced with salt and spices. The taste is amazing, the cleanliness and service are amazing, and the courtesy and treatment they deserve every time we come back.

The service was the best, Renzo is very kind and polite. The food it was fresh and we loved the sauce with butter, wonderful.

We ate the lobster. We had one steamed and the other grilled. It was delicious (despite its high price). The sauce had a weak flavour. The fries were excellent (similar to McDonald's ones). We had a roll sandwich once which was delicious... and we ordered Mac Cheese which I didn't like. We wanted a burger, but it turned out to be halal, so be careful.

We went for the Oyster and Spritz special and that was all fine and good. The chips were tasty. I will just comment on the service which is a bit too slow, we kept waiting for the oysters and sides and even for the bill for quite a while and we noticed other tables who were in the same situation.

I came to this establishment twice and the second experience has put me off. The first time was absolutely lovely the staff were lovely the food was so delicious I ordered the seafood linguine which was 5 stars very saucey and flavoursome the service we received from Daniella was also 5 stars she was very friendly and attentive making sure we were ok. The second time we were there staff were lovely and attentive out server was Irene (sorry if I misspelt any names) but the food was absolutely dry and flavourles. I ordered the same seafood linguine I had to pull up a picture of what it should look like as I was there a few days prior. When the food arrived it was almost as if the kitchen staff just slapped on cherry tomatoes and water and swirled it around this was now not what I had ordered the first time. The care and service seems yo go our of the window towards closing time.

Loved being downstairs, service was fab, the food was quick and delicious.

I met a colleague for lunch here. We were originally seated downstairs, which on a sunny day felt rather dark and a little tired. When we asked, we were moved upstairs, which was much better. I had the lobster bun with fries. It was delicious, and the sauce was a real treat. Will go again. Went again and sat outside. Well looked after.

Classic burger was very mediocre, service was very very slow.

We were greeted warmly and shown to a table. Our waitress was polite and friendly and explained some of the items on the menu which we asked about. She repeated our order to us. It was therefore a little disappointing for our lobster Mac and cheese to not appear and we had to ask where it was. It hadn’t been put through so it came through after the rest of the food. However the food was utterly delicious as were the drinks. I would recommend this restaurant not only for the food but for the location and the friendly staff.

We ordered a lobster roll, which consists of chopped lobster served (cold) inside brioche bread, as well as grilled shrimp. Of course, I did not like it because unfortunately it was cold, and I rate it 8/10 and the shrimp 10/10😋

Good food but overrated. It’s not what you really imagine it can be better but good if you want to take the taste of it.

It seems like the lobster burger didn't quite live up to my expectations, especially compared to a regular cheeseburger. However, I did find the lobster roll quite enjoyable. It's understandable to feel disappointed, especially when trying a famous place in London. If you decide to give it another try, I hope your next experience is more satisfying.

The food here is great! We ordered a full lobster and a roll. The garlic butter sauce was amazing with the food. We also had croquettes, with cheese and lobster, also amazing. Our waitress, Karyna, was very helpful. The place was very calm as we came earlier for dinner. Everything here is great! Would definitely recommend. Tips: There are cracks around the lobster that you can break to get the meat. You can dip your fries into the garlic butter as well.

Burger restaurant where you can combine burgers and rolls with seafood. Average quality, some things are a good product, others could be improved. Typical hamburger service. Nice decoration.
