The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in East of England

Unplanned visit so I didn’t read any reviews before I went in gladly! This morning I’ve had the best coffee I’ve had in quite a while. Perfectly made flat white. I like the coffee beans they’re using and it was made so well - a genuine flat white which is hard to fine. Decor not to my taste and they need to keep on top of cleaning the facilities a bit better (passable but could be better) but next time I’m in St Albans I’ll definitely go back for another coffee. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Terrible customer service, and coffee was even worst tastes like brown water with sugar. Will never go back there again!!

Such a great service, the barista had such empathy when I was struggling with the cintactless payment today.i am 72 years old. She was so kind and supportive, if I could give her a commendation I would. I was embarrassed but she made it easy for me.

We arrived late and the bartenders refused to take our order although they closed the line after we arrived. After some negotiations they accepted to let us buy some sandwiches but refused to heat them up. Also, the sandwiches at the end of the day are not tasty.

This garden is no longer Wyevale. Owned .It has changed overpriced no good customer care or welcome even. Much money has been spent on everything BUT the toilets are still DIsgusting. I also visited last September and was astounded that only choice for Lunch was Carvery. There was nothing to inform us of this fact until I had queued at the counter so all we could have apart from this was very limited . There should have been some indication on entering and certainly from staff member who found us a table. I visited once again today and still they still persist in not supplying water in a glass.

Terrible food, disgusting oil that the food is cooked in, none of my family could eat their food It was horrendous.

The advertised wi - fi didn't exist Very noisy room needs double glazing , over priced , desperately needs redecorating, I will definitely not return

Great service.Nice food and very reasonably priced.Will definately use again on the way to Norfolk and on the way back to Essex..Well recommended folks

Visited today with my daughter I do not appreciate sitting having a quiet coffee listening to someone’s dog barking inside there.

My husband and I visited this store on Sunday 26 feb. I waited in line to be served with just one customer behind me in the queue, the young man serving decided to serve the lady behind me first, I assumed he thought I was already being served so didn’t worry - these things happen, a second member of staff came back to the till along with another customer and asked me to step back out of the way, I am now in between the customer being served by the first member of staff and the customer that has been bought back with a payment query, so a bit squashed!! I did explain that I was just waiting to be served but again I was asked to move back out of the way - his exact words “ step back please madam”. First member of staff moves off to do something else, I’m still stood there like a lemon and feeling a bit cross, but eventually served by second staff member. We wait at the end of the serving area for our names to be barked out by a young lady preparing the drinks - I know they’re busy, I know they have to use short quick commands to get the job done quickly but we went there for a “chill out” cup of coffee. My name is barked out, we retrieve one cup but can’t tell if it’s the latte or hot chocolate we ordered so as she’s doing the next cup I just ask if that’s the latte one, without looking up or any pretence of politeness she’s just barks out “yup” and walks off. Seriously the rudest shop I have ever been in, 3 members of very rude, unprofessional staff!

This spot is amazing its a perfect place to go for a time out in st ives town. Its got lovely staff they are very friendly. They work hard with a smile always help and always ready to serve. This is probaly the best coffee shop in cambridge and the coffee they serve is so nice and the food is always fresh and great. Big love to the team manager emma, the store leader eugine, the workers tammy hazel and harvey all the staff are great and welcoming. A must go if your visiting st ives.

Go in Neros for a coffee a couple of times every week, I have a small 2kg Pomeranian which will only sit on my lap as he is a very timid dog and frightened of other dogs, I was told by one of the staff for the first time that my dog had to go on the floor, there was a big dog opposite me so didn’t want to put my dog on the floor as this would have freaked him out, the lady was very rude, we had to leave and quite frankly won’t ever go in there again!!!!!!! Shame on u Neros u have lost me and all my family as customers!!!!

I have never experienced such awful food, the burger was cold, bacon inside was plastic, panini had a strange brown thing in it, was supposed to be tuna/cheese/onion and what looked like mud, salad probably two weeks old, sausages we ordered for dog he left - says it all really definitely avoid
