Starbucks Airside in Luton

We arrived late and the bartenders refused to take our order although they closed the line after we arrived. After some negotiations they accepted to let us buy some sandwiches but refused to heat them up. Also, the sandwiches at the end of the day are not tasty.

I like going to Starbucks for coffee or tea. If I cannot go to a local shop then I will always choose a Starbucks rather than other chain stores. I had gone through security checks and had a bit of time to kill so I decided to get a cup of tea whilst I waited for my flight. Whilst I was there a lady spilt her drink and one of the members of staff - Sooraj was quick to respond when she reported it and cleaned up the mess. I believe he may have replaced the lady's drink for her well. I was very impressed with his customer service skills. The area was clean and tidy and well presented and staff were dealing with customers fairly promptly.

Very disappointing. Staff very friendly but had no idea how to make an espresso macchiato- it turned out as a small milky coffee.

I was so disappointed with everything, before flight I wanted to get my usual cold matcha tee with oat milk and vanilla syrup,the lady put too much matcha powder in the drink and it was so bitter that I couldn’t even drink it,so I gently waited and asked if she can remake it , I saw the face that she didn’t wanted to do that, I’m lactose intolerance so that’s the reason why I’m drinking with oat milk , i saw that she used normal milk this time for tee and just gave me with the attitude. I asked if that’s really with the oat milk, she looked confused but said yes , so basically she lied. But anyway I tried and of course it wasn’t oat milk. At that point I just threw drink away, because I wasn’t bothered to asked for the third time to remake,and the whole flight to Egypt was ruined, I’m not mad abotu 6£ that i spent on nothing but the whole attitude generally! 👎🏽

The coffee it was excellent, and the staff very nice and polite, I bought a ice mocha and because they saw I didn't like it , the ladies offer me a starbucks Caffè for free. Plus you have a place where you can charge your phone, witch for me it was very important having a connection flight and I had to wait 11hours..

Se chiedi latte ti danno latte con caffè. Per fortuna ho controllato prima di farlo bere alla bambina di due anni. Ho provato a farglielo notare e mi ha risposto scortesemente che la sua lingua non è l'italiano e che se volevo solo latte bianco non dovevo dire latte ma Milk in inglese. Perché usate parole italiane se poi ne cambiate anche il significato?Pessimo

Average airport Starbucks. Food is standard and service is ok. I’m not a huge fan of the franchise so judge on service and cleanliness.

Standard starbucks. Located in the middle of the departure lounge. Was fairly busy when we visited. Staff were ok as was the drinks we ordered.

Wczesnoranną porą można rodzinnie przysiąść, napić się kawy, zjeść piernika i ciastko. Ciastko całkiem średnie, piernik trochę lepszy.

I travel through Luton at least 3 times per month and the staff at the air side Starbucks (eg once you're through security and upstairs) always go out of their way to help customers, inc myself but others too.

I was served at the till by a very pleasant lady then went to the collection station. I then watched as a young man got my husbands coffee ready and then mine.. he then proceeded to wipe his nose frequently with the back of his hand but did not wash his hands after doing this. Not impressed and Starbucks needs to review its Hygiene Policy.

Visited before our flight as it was early morning, we got there at the right time as time went on the queue and seating were very long and full.They do serve mugs or paper depending if taking away and the muffins we ordered I couldn’t fault so much flavour and fresh. Good for a quick stop before a flight for a drink/ snack.

Chai Latte Oatmilk en een Flatwhite. Gewoon lekker zoals ze horen. Geen mega vlotte bediening maar dat deed aan de smaak niets af.

My grande americano arrived eventually. Normal standard of coffee, however, the wait for the simplest of beverages was inordinate. Staff seem to focus on the ‘tougher to prepare’ drinks and neglect those waiting for standard orders like americanos and even filter coffees. Waiting area becomes packed during peak times.

Very clean and good restaurant overall. Staff very quick and helpful. Ronnie was very good chatting to us

Just tried took ginger latte for my wife and myself. I went specifically for it as I tried it in Huddersfield Starbucks and loved it. But these were completely different to what I tried before. Not only the taste but also there were some small bits on the bottom. I'm really surprised how quality varies for the same network :(

for cleaning!! Can't these restaurants work together so the at least one of them is open in the wee small hours of the morning. All of them seem to shut up shop and clean at roughly the same time. None of the food outlets were open during the time we had to spend at Luton before being able to check our bags in at 07:30. The website for Luton Airport says these places are open 24hrs a day. They aren't. Starbucks was the first to open it's doors (remove the barrier of chairs at the entrances) but by the time we saw it was open all the seats had been taken up by other shattered travellers.

The assistant had to search through the cups to find a clean one without stains. Not busy and all the tables dirty. Not clean at all. Expensive too!

for some reason a colleague wanted to go for breakfast. the food options are quite limited. I had a porridge pot which was okay but not cheap

Waste of time. 7.25am and already ran out of most things. Sian served with no apology. Avoid! Go to Costa they have coffee!

Friendly staff, even in the middle of the night (I desperately needed a hot cup of coffee at 2am). Same experience going back through the same airport. To be fair, I tend to just order a standard cappuccino, not much that can go wrong with that.

The most terrible Starbucks I visit in London. They don't know that they are in the airport and the flys delayed. We are a family with two daugtherts and they aren't considerate with the children. I never come here because they don't care theirs customers and the staff are ver unfriendly.

Ordered 1 tall filter coffee and it’s dreadful! Cold and watered-down! It’s absolutely dreadful.. I don’t even have words to express.. spend your £2 elsewhere!

Run of the mill Starbucks in a nasty airport but the staff were nice and the "coffee" was the same as you'd get at any other Starbucks. Don't know why I just wrote all that?
