Undercooked gammon, chunky chips were grease laden sticklets. Broken and ripped seating. Waited ages for the bill

I gave the food a 1 star which if I could would have been none as I never received my food and my wife and father’s sandwich’s fell apart and ended up in the bin. After passing through assistance to get wheelchairs . security and duty free the 4 of us were seated and had ordered our breakfast at 0530. We were told to leave the wheel chairs outside which we thought would not be a problem. At 0545 we asked the waiter how much longer as we had been advised to meet back at assistance for 0610. He said should be any time now. My sister went up again at 0600 where she was able to pick up her eggs Benadict and bring to the table herself. The waiter then brought over my wife’s and my dads egg sandwich at 0605. Still no sign of my sausage sandwich though. I went to the manager and said I would need 2 takeaway boxes for the egg sandwich’s as they no longer had time to eat them. I also asked for a refund on my sausage sandwich at it was still not ready and too late now. 40 mins for 3 sandwiches is an absolute joke. The egg sandwich’s fell apart whist both my after and wife were trying to eat them probably due to them eating out of the boxes and were very stressed. These were only half eaten and thrown away. Then when we came out the restaurant both wheelchairs were not there. My sister and I had to rush to the assistant desk to get another 2 wheelchairs. What started as a relaxing start to our holiday became a stressful start. Order no on the refund receipt 6783 on 10/05/25. The original bill was £65 but I was refunded £8.75. So we ended up paying £56.25 for 1 breakfast and 4 drinks that was actually eaten

Service simply terrible. Order at table app failed to take payment on two devices via 4 different payment methods - wasted 25 mins, response from staff - a shrug. Luckily (sarc) our flight was delayed 20 mins and we did get to eat. Really poor for an airport restaurant where speed and ease is important. Food average. Staff... Unhelpful and defensive. Would not recommend this "restaurant" at Luton Airport. Really could do better.

The worst Spoons I have visited. Poor choice of beers compared to others, seating ripped, no table service. Other bars in the airport are so much better.

The Smithfield at Luton Airport, 7pm: - The service was very quick, - The food was hot and as expected, - Our waiter Leonel was very friendly and helpful.

Had 2 breakfasts. One big breakfast. One ‘the one’ breakfast. Incredibly pricey but worth it. Service was great and food was delicious!

The food is overpriced with what you have paid you expect mountain and get an anthill. The staff are rude beyond belief as if they're doing everything in their power to ruin the start of your holiday. Lastly my finished food sat there for soo long my mushroom started making new mushrooms and with the wait for the beers you'd believe they were brewing instead of pouring.

Nice food, English authentic atmosphere. Food was served very quick, waiter was very professional and friendly. Good job, Leonel and staff!

Food was lovely, the drinks were a little slower, but when we asked a member of staff where our drinks were Ashu was very attentive and it was rectified with a complimentary drink. Very good service

We chose this venue to eat at the airport as it showed it offered brunch breakfasts which we like. However when we went to order these were no longer available (timing - we were there at 11:30!) but we were able to order vegan breakfast and substitute the sausages. We also ordered a plain roast chicken which arrived with a hot sauce! But were happy to change. Servers extremely friendly and helpful. Spicy Chicken burger was good as were hot drinks.

Really cool spot. Great bangers and mash! Its got an eclectic collection of this and that about with wood and old leather so gives a really warm and comfortable vibe. I recommend the back where it's a bit more to-your-self and you can look out at the planes. Loads of beers on tap - you have to ask (not on the menu).

Very disappointed, jung girl with black hair was absolutely shocking, I did complain that our food it's cold she did take it back and after 2.5 min. She brings same order back telling that this should be OK. Now that was same plates as she taje it back... and was still cold Joke 😃

Shocking experience. Had a decent beer and wanted side of fries. These came soggy and rapid if that, was wondering how you can serve this quick. Went to our server and asked if they can be fried and hot and her and a chef put them as I watched them into a salamander and brought these back in like a 10 second. Her attitude was absolutely shocking. Go to other pubs in here

Morning breakfast, we got a table quickly, clean. Louise is a very nice and professional waitress. The only downside is that they don't serve toast for breakfast, it's the first time I've encountered something like that, I always got an English breakfast with toast and we waited a very long time for the bill. I recommend this restaurant, fresh food.

Food was fantastic and the service was second to none. 10/10 would recommend to anyone travelling through Luton Airport. A big thank you too, Vlad and Irum especially. Really made the moment enjoyable.

Thank u so much, Mr. Shiva!👍 I used it around 6pm to catch an evening flight. I was full after afternoon tea in the city, but wanted to have a beer🍺 for the last time in London, so I stopped by. It was goooooood memory. Shiva's service was great! Even though I only ordered one beer, he guided me to a table near the flight information board, & I had a nice chat with my family. Next time if I go to London, I will definitely stop by on my way home😁 Thank u!! Although I was full, I wanted to have one last beer before my flight back from my trip to London. Shiva, the staff member who greeted me, guided me to the bar and recommended it. His service was really good! He guided me to a seat near the flight information board, occasionally came to check on me, and we chatted a lot. They are very friendly towards Japan, so I highly recommend them especially to Japanese people. A great memory with just one beer. Next time I come to London, I'll come back from Luton and stop by for a beer before heading back!

Very rude attitude of a manager name Joanna. Lady does not know any forms of ettiquette. Not customer orientated. Food is avarage. Tables dirty. I do not recommend this place.

The Cumberland sausages were of low quality and the waitress, Katarina, was very apologetic and kind. The manager only charged us for the two coffees and chips. Took both mine and the wife's meal of the bill. Saved around £40. Maybe in the future, I'll stick to the chicken or a vegetarian meal.

Came here this morning with my husband. We ordered the Ultimate Sandwich and Smashed Avocado. Neither felt particularly significant in light of the price! I didn’t enjoy the flavour of the Smashed Avocado - it was much too tangy, and the Ultimate Sandwich looked a bit pathetic to be honest. Don’t think we would come back.

Hot food served quickly. Very pleasant waitor.

We had the sausage sandwich, bread was dry sausages were cold. The American pancake breakfast, doughy thick pancakes and we had to go up and get our own maple syrup even though we had asked for it from our server.

Everything is as you’d expect, good pub grub, good service. Attention to detail could improve. Nothing out of the ordinary though, all in all, it was pleasant.

Ordered a bacon & tomatoes sandwich the tomatoes were cut in half unable to fit in the sandwich the bacon was cold and the bread very dry

Louise who I presume is the bar manager makes the whole environment whilst getting served awkward with how rude she speaks to her staff. Talks to them like there a peace of meat in front of customers and raises her voice at them. Wouldn’t of blamed a worker for pouring a pint over her head.

Irum was my hostess and she was lovely and very helpful. The food was tasty and I really enjoyed my experience. Thank you.

Leonel was helpful and friendly with recommendations. Steak and ale pie was hot, fresh and tasty with soft pastry and good quality gravy and vegetables. Pricy koppaberg at £8 a bottle however good atmosphere and efforts made to give us a window seat results in a 5 star review .
