Quite good airport pub. Place was busy, I would say 80% full but food arrived very fast, in ten minutes. Burger was tasty, chips could have been a little better, but everything was fresh. Staff was kind and attentive, tables cleaned properly between guests.

I had the pleasure of being served by Leonel. He made what could have been an ordinary dining experience truly exceptional. Despite the bustling environment, Leonel was attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. He greeted me with a warm smile, ensured the food was delivered promptly, and even offered great recommendations from the menu. His professionalism and attention to detail made me feel well taken care of during the short stay. If you're ever passing through the Smithfields at Luton, I highly recommend asking for Leonel—he’s a true asset to the restaurant.

Popped in prior to our flight and Leonel greeted us with the most warming smile and service. His kindness and professionalism made the experience great. Food was neither here nor there. Quite stodgy.

First time here. The server named Leonel is very friendly, always checking on us and incredibly polite. If you like wetherspoons/pubs - THIS is the PLACE TO GO in Luton airport. We felt more relaxed and ready for our flight after some really good food - the Nachos is a very BIG portion. Enough for 3 people. The hummus is delicious and the burger is very filling! Good prices for drinks. Never had to wait for drinks or food.

Such a great experience before our flight to Barcelona, We had the lovely Nachos and Cesar Salad they both came super fast and they were perfectly made!! Atmosphere is really good with amazing view and brilliant service from Sonia she is very attentive, positive and great add to the perfect food!

Unwelcoming atmosphere, with awkward super high tables with short stool like chairs. 4 staff behind the bar talking rubbish whilst one person takes 5 minutes to prepare a spritz. Served me a coffee in a completely dirty mug. Sticky toffee pudding was mid, pretty tasty but rather cool to the touch would have been better warmer but definitely wasn't disappointed. One and only friendly and helpful staff member was on the floor, older gentleman with glasses he was lovely. Overall I'd give this a miss and go straight to the Italian bar next door.

Jonathan is an absolute charm. Very attentive, friendly, quick and efficient. Food is good. I love stopping here for bangers n Mash. Coffee could be better, but absolutely worth it if you seat by the window. Ask for Jonathan.

Im impressed of the lack of knowledge, training and disorganized staff environment. Is sadly to see this happening. In airports should be proper restaurants with full experience with proper waitress to create memories. Food: Bread was really dry, my coffe order got lost (the ticket order) waiters placing hot drinks in wrong tables and tables no fully set up and the funny part i had to do all the table service. Bit shout out to the Chef's at least they look busy working. The positive side was the sunrise in the window which made me realise is not worthy to come here again. What a potential location for a bad concept hope this will help.

I don't normally eat at airports but this particular outlet I am quite impressed about. Had a BBQ burger and humus with veg. Staff very friendly, service quick and the food lovely. I would like to thank Jerome and Ishwar in particular.

The worst caesar salad Ive ever had... A bowl of chopped up lettuce, no caesar dressing salad cream instead (which l hate) a few soggy croutons, no anchovies! Its a good job l ordered chicken as well otherwise it would have been just rabbit food. Terrible!! Im NOT a local guide

Disgusting. I ordered a sandwich with bacon for £8.50 and I got two slices of white bread and slices of bacon barely cook. That's it. Bread wasn't even toasted, bacon was just a couple of slices. The same product in Pret is £3.50 and you have warm bread and crispy bacon. The table were disgusting, there 3 managers but the place was literally left to itself. Tables were been cleaned while the guests were already there, so at one point there were customers leaving, customers arriving and nobody knew how to get in or out. If it wasn't because they are in airport this place would shut for a very long time.

I wasn't expecting much from an airport bar but was pleasantly surprised. Excellent service from a friendly and attentive young lady. Flatbread and side order of wedges were genuinely tasty. A pleasant way to wile away the time pre-flight.

This restaurant at Luton Airport is an absolute gem among airport eateries! Who would've thought you could feel like you're on a culinary holiday just before a flight? The service? Superb! Faster than a jet and friendlier than business-class flight attendants. I swear, if they could, they’d serve me a drink on the wing of the plane! The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for recharging before your journey. If someone can’t eat here and smile, they probably really need that vacation!

My favourite place to have breakfast at Luton Airport, with friends or when travelling alone. The staff have always been friendly and efficient to look after me despite the early hours. Today Cristina my server remembered me from a month ago which is absolutely remarkable considering the volume of people she must meet on a daily basis. Their attention to detail makes travelling so much easier, the food is consistently tasty & their playlist isn’t bad either. ☺️

wow, at least one of your team needs some customer training. I ordered my breakfast and coffee, and the meal arrived but still no coffee Tried a polite chase with the lady member of staff (dark hairn in ponytail) taking orders amd payments as I was already half way through my breakfast and she completely brushed me off with "it's coming we are busy" and carried on walking. this despite all the tables around me getting there's and they sat down amd ordered after me. coffee arrived just as I finished the breakfast. food was nice though

I had a flight today and went to the restaurant. I was served by Cristina Ioana. I ordered a caesar salad and honestly it was amazing. Lots of chicken and bread croutons, and a salad with an amazing sauce. The waitress Cristina Ioana, was great, fast service, little jokes during the order and of course quick drinks before the meal. She served the meal with a smile and asked if I needed anything else. Great woman and a smiling waitress. I will definitely go back there and I hope I will get the same waitress.
