Lovely night stay, good facilities. Maria was just perfect as always! Very friendly, polite, approachable and made sure anything and everything we wanted or needed was avaliable.

Room was clean, and team were quick to respond to requests for extra towels and more coffee. Good range of food for breakfast, Maria was an excellent host and made sure everything was ok for us.

Great service from all the staff. Couldn’t do enough to help. Hotel should be congratulated on exceptional staff as best we’ve had this year. Thank you. Special word of thanks to Maria who was fantastic.

Overall, i am very satisfiedwith my stay here, the location is perfect as I am doing my pilot exams and the exam centre is across from the hotel, the staff have been very welcoming with a great attitude, specifically Maria, who has been extremely kind and supportive, I can say that I will definitely come back here for my next exams.

Stayed for 3 nights only complaint was slow service from kitchen on first night but more than made up By the friendly helpful staff special mention must go to Maria and Laura who did everything to make the stay comfortable and nothing was too much bother a credit to your hotel 👍👍👍👍

I stayed here for a weekend with my partner the hotel looked beautiful inside and out however during our stay we had 🪳 crawling through our vent i did notice they house people from the local council. So maybe they were there from them however the room was clean upon entering. The young lady who was very polite and apologised and gave the room another clean and offered a new room so it was solved immediately i know these things happen. In the morning we woke up and I noticed a manager speaking to the young lady with disrespect I felt she was being bullied I believe the lady was called agga and she was threatening the young lady about losing her job but in a way that the young lady felt she couldn't say anything and was upset. I saw this as a form of bullying. Apart from the lady disrespecting other staff members that made my experience a bit unpleasant the food was great we slept well and it was reasonably priced

We had a pleasant overnight stay. We must commend Maria for great service in the restaurant area. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We would stay there again.

The staff really made this hotel! Everyone was friendly and nice. A couple other hotels I stayed at should learn customer service from this hotel. The rooms were nice too.

Visited here for a funeral service. Checked in for parking as requested. Assumed that it would be covered for the duration of the wake. Received fine through the post for overstaying. Not happy and leaves a bad feeling of the day. Cowboy parking firm now chasing for their extortionate ticket price. Can't comment on rooms etc.

It's the Hilton very classy and staff very helpful and put you at ease very nice never had a stay but it looks very clean and good house keeping

Room is clean and well laid out. We checked in online, and sorted room key at that point. The ability to use your phone as your door key is genius. For me personally, not the most comfortable bed. But room was dark and peaceful. Be aware that you have to pay for parking. And an additional deposit for room damage is added to your bill

Very friendly staff, I was given a hello by almost all I passed by. The main reception and dining area are nice and modern. But my room and bed (specifically pillows) were such a disappointment. The room is very dated with so many marks on the carpets, walls and furnishings. It also wasn't thoroughly cleaned specifically the high and low areas as it had dust that looked like it had been there for months. And whilst the bed was firm and comfortable but the pillows were way too soft for me. They literally melted beneath my head and I was up every hour to reposition as it provided no support for me. I did ask at reception about firmer ones but what I was replaced with was exactly the same. Therefore for this reason I would not return as for all 3 nights I stayed I didn't have a good rest and I didn't think the room and breakfast was worth over £100 per night.

It's a basic hotel. I would have given 4 stars it they had a bit more water pressure in the shower and maybe complementary drinking water in the room like similar hotels do. Corridors had food smells and plates left outside the rooms. But the staff are reception were brilliant. So friendly, accommodating, and doing a brilliant job.

Don't expect the breakfast to be any good....shockingly poor for a Hilton. Reception staff were extremely good and very professional....rooms were tired, my mattress in 102 was hopeless....and I am not sure handing warm water "in a can" to guests as they arrive is a good policy. There is no air con in the room and no window to open and no fan! No air in the room meant it was a very poor nights sleep. Should do better!

All good, plenty of facilities. Comfortable, good parking. Will use again.

First, I would like to say that we are great advocates of the Hilton group and stay with them many times. We had a pre-flight stay and park and returned with a booking for 28-29 March arriving early hours of 29 March. Pre flight was very good, however, on returning and arriving at 03.30 hours my booking price had increased by £10 from £137 which had been booked on the app and confirmed. The reception staff were charging us for the night of the 29th. The room was most uncomfortable, beds very hard and the pillows should have been discarded. They were so thin and as any housekeeper would know that a pillow which hangs over your arm is useless and unhygienic. Having got to bed at approximately 04.15 hrs we were woken by people banging on doors in our corridor at 06.30. The most disconcerting was the breakfast area and food. Whilst we were met by a very nice host and advised to order our eggs, and help ourselves to the buffet. The eggs were fried very hard for which we made a comment. The chef told us that we should have asked for them soft, so it seems it was our fault. More disturbing were the 'guests'. One man slouched over his drink was asleep and looked very dirty. He left the room a couple of times to have a cigarette outside only to fall asleep again. His t-shirt stated that he was Ukrainian. Other families had children, one who ran around the restaurant and constantly filled their table with food. There were two other families who behaved in a similar fashion. Had I not had such an awful stay and overcharged I would not have felt put out that these families were non-paying guests. Whilst I'm sympathetic to their causes I did feel uncomfortable. When I asked the reception who they were they said they "did not know what to call them". To conclude, the stay was abysmal, the worst. I have emailed the hotel twice and asked for the general managers name but to no avail. Last week I emailed Hilton Head Office and am still awaiting a response. My advice is do not stay here it is woefully below standard.

Undecorated corridors. Almost all drink in the bar unavailable. Shockingly poor cooking. Worst Fish & Chips I’ve ever had. Creaky bed. They’ve been closed for a year, only reopened 3 weeks ago. They really shouldn’t be open yet. Next time we’ll go to the Courtyard up the road.

The company i work for has organised a 2 days event at this hotel and everything was lovely and Mrs. Maria was extremely helpful. Because we liked the location so much, we came back today for a team meeting, drinks and food.

The hotel is outdated and the cleaning is below Hilton standard. Not even the tissues of the previous guest was removed in my room. On the other hand, the personal is very friendly.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience at this hotel, we stayed for 2 nights in a family room. The food we had on the first night was over cooked, and the portions are not that great for what you are paying for. The 2nd night there was a function on and the music was so loud that the room we were staying in was vibrating and very loud, we might as well have had a party in our room, it was the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had, my son was kept awake through it all, the staff the next day were very rude on the desk and said it was only till midnight! Not great when you have children staying with you! We were charged for 2 x upgraded breakfasts that should have been included anyway (no idea what an upgraded breakfast is) Very disappointed!!

A reasonable hotel but feels (& smells!) a bit tired for a Hilton. Generally all very good but let down by a perception of not keeping it up to scratch and no EV chargers in 2022 is a bit poor and reason enough to go elsewhere.

After paying a fortune for the room I wasn't impressed. It wasn't the cleanest abd very small for what we were led to bekueve was a family room. My daughter spent her wedding night there and was promised they would make it look special. This didn't happen ! There were no clean towels either. All in all a very disappointing stay and woykd not recommend to others

Good for the airport,front desk service was attentive. Room service food was quick good quality chilli although no chicken available ! Rooms were large but poorly cleaned which was a shame a sheets were good quality. Good value.

Gym isn’t 24 hours. It’s an aircrew hotel for Pete’s sake. Crews are flying in and out 24/7. Super rude staff and attitudes. Won’t go back and won’t recommend to other flight crews.

Meh. Food could be better. Rooms with a view on a big pile of dirt don’t help as well. Nice staff and well equipped conf rooms are a plus.

The staff are lovely, the room was fine, was very pleased with my stay until my husband saw the multiple transactions they had taken off our debit card and the unfathonable bill. We ended up paying double what our bill was. They tell me i will get half back in 10 days (so i cannot spend that money for 10 days). They also offered us a £40 voucher for £30. They say we got it but impossible to see on bill. Will never stay here again but as an ex hotel owner i have a simple Excel spreadsheet they can borrow!

After saying goodbye to a member of our family we had a wake in remembrance of him. The service was very very good, clean and tidy throughout, food layed on was perfect.

Enjoy your £26 frozen microwaved steak! chef observed complaining it was his day off then using his bare hands to put food on to plates. This morning 3 members of our party have food poisoning symptoms. In addition the entire 1st floor smells like raw sewage! I didn't bother with breakfast but I was informed this was also of a shameful standard and served cold! The bed was clean and comfy. But that's the only posative.

Stayed here recently for my brothers wedding so was a large booking. There was no real issues and what little ones popped up was sorted out quickly and efficiently. The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating especially the 2 lads on nights.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Specifically the lady at the breakfast buffet, who made sure all guests had the best possible start to the day. Overall the hotel feels a little tired. Personally not a big fan of carpet in the room, that said room was nice and tidy. At dinner we warned by the staff that the kitchen was starting a new menu and it showed.

Excellent hotel, I stayed here for two nights, I was greeted on arrival with a friendly smile by very competent reception staff, my room was very clean and well laid out with a fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, iron and ironing board & hairdryer. Room service was available if required and on each floor there was a microwave room if you wanted to heat something yourself. My room was cleaned while I was out on the second day, quite impressed. The restaurant menu was a little more cafe food rather than what I would expect from a hotel menu but the food provided from the menu was served well and enjoyable, also a quiet bar area for a drink and socialising. The staff and management were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive in all departments. Overall I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

We stayed here for a couple of nights whilst working nearby. There is a good sized car park and the hotel is easy to reach. Check in was excellent and professional. Our rooms were large and nicely decorated with plenty of power sockets and good wifi speeds. Service throughout was friendly and efficient. We had breakfast and dinner each day and lunch on one day too - portions were good and prices were better value than most hotels. A nice stay and bargain price for what we received.

Bit disappointed with this hotel. Looks great on the outside but felt like a travelodge or inferior Premier Inn internally. It's a Hilton! I expected more! Rooms are small, the decor felt like hadn't been updated since 50's, not soundproofed, beds were tiny. A double and a three quater for a family of 4. I couldn't sleep. And to charge for parking when it has so much space and its not that near to airport is wrong. Sorry Hilton, maybe I have high standards of maybe you should step in your game!

Good size hotel with plenty of parking and also has fridges in the room. This hotel also looks to have a microwaving room on every floor, that has a also has a stash of plates and cutlery. And downside is they still charge you for parking If you declare it. Shame as if you are actually staying in the hotel room it should be free.

Great food, Great staff and a good nights sleep. Yayung (i have terrible spelling sorry) was especially helpful with checking out and dealing with my luggage as I had flying exams.

Attended a course here. Didn't have time use any of the facilities. The dining area looked just like a Premier Inn

Check in could not have been easier. Staff are very pleasant and take care of everything you need. Great English breakfast, dinner was delicious but not too many options available if you are staying long, so you eat the same favorite one of your choice. Gym facility was good. Building is dated it shows in the painting in the room, bathroom and the bed. They charge your card during your stay without asking, before your checkout which was a downfall. But I will definitely stay there again. Watiress Maria Pop was so lovely, she has a great personality and is great at what she does.

Staff pleasant, windows and curtains could have done with a clean, room was dusty, no heat In the bathroom, breakfast good.

Great size room, comfortable and spacious. Bed had a bit of a squeak but was comfortable. TV and facilities were more than adequate. Cooked breakfast wasn't great; bacon very fatty and sausages quite hard but other than that the breakfast offering was good and comprehensive. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay there again.

We had an early flight, so reception arranged a takeaway breakfast for us, including one gluten free. You'll need your own spoon for the yoghurt though 🤣

Lovely place. The room was space less and there was no menu in the room.

Limited food menu, which was even more limited following food not available. Over priced for the quality. Staff advised to go to a local curry house instead. £50 taken as a deposit - 3 days later after one night stay it still hasn’t been returned! Bathrooms out of date and appear tired and old. Room was clean on the upside. Staff generally didn’t go out there way. Stayed in other hotels during the pandemic which still offer an excellent service and quality on food. Will avoid in future.

The service at the Hilton was very good from reception to the restaurant. The room I had was neat and clean but is in need of a revamp. The disappointment came from the restaurant, the food I found overpriced for a hotel and the quality is not reflected in the price.

By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Charged me £7 extra for parking when I'm a hotel guest, surely parking should be free for guests? The room was old and tatty. And there was really loud music coming from the function room that made my bed shake. I asked them about it and was told it would continue until midnight, so I had to lay there for 2 hours waiting for it to stop before I had any chance of sleeping. The bass was literally shaking the room! I think that playing loud music until midnight and sleep depriving guests is a terrible thing to do. It was also uncomfortably hot in there, and there was no way of getting it cooler. The bed wasn't nice either, I had an awful nights sleep. The hotel's response was just to give a standard apology, clearly they don't care that I paid for a night's sleep and didn't get what I paid for. I ended up exhausted the next day, I will never use this hotel again.

Really very poor. Room drab, bathroom mouldy and breakfast absolutely dreadful. Having worked for Hilton, it pains me to see buildings like this flying the flag.

couldn't sleep, work, concentrate, or relax. they operate a nightclub on the ground floor that you can hear through the walls. super frustrating

I found this Hilton a bit rough on the edges and not to the standard I expect from a Hilton. Hilton staff are normally friendly and helpful. The Luton staff where officiant and what I'd expect from a budget hotel chain but I expected the Hilton touch from Hilton not Premier Inn. I've eaten at a number of Hiltons but unfortunately this again was what I'd expect from a Budget hotel chain.

Rooms are nice, and spacious and the grounds are very nice too.

I am extremely disappointed. Came to stay for convenience of work. A party was being held in a neighbouring room. After complaining to reception, I was told they were told to be quiet from midnight. I will not be returning here again. People who travel for work (nhs service) and get told they might be able to get to sleep past midnight due to a party going on a few doors up is beyond upsetting. I will be making a legal complaint to follow on from this

This hotel is breathtaking Amazing staff, had a lovely experience The room is spacious It was our anniversary so we got all we asked for The only thing that was missing is a view from the room but other than that The breakfast was delicious and the stay was over calming

I was initially at a funeral tea at this hotel and can highly recommend this to anyone looking for a suitable establishment for this purpose. I then stayed over and cannot fault the staff, room or quality of breakfast.

Clean, very comfortable and quiet

Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable and the guest room I stayed in was immaculately clean. However, there was room for improvement with the quality of the food for both evening meal and breakfast, the breakfast was in my opinion very poor and neither myself or my colleagues could eat it. Having a Self service breakfast buffet is not a great thing at the moment and I believe this could have been improved on.

The hotel was very welcoming. Night manager Mr Pavel was a great help. Adriana and Hannah from the breakfast team always polite and helpful.

Business meeting, well catered for, watch for the parking controls, remember to check with reception on arrival. Convenient location polite staff and service.

I used this hotel before and it did not reach 4 stars expectation.I booked a room and the day before my mother started feeling unwell with Covid and I had to cancel the trip to Moorfields Hospital London.I also requested to cancel the hotel booking and I was charged full amount .This is just ridiculous in these times to behave like this.we will never use them again.

Fine as a stop before the getting an early flight. Breakfast from 6am was useful, but cooked english wasn't great.

Nice hotel in the Luton area close to the airport. It has a restaurant in place which makes it very convenient. Facilities are clean and organized. I would give them a try if in the area.

I was little worried after reading mixed reviews… but… I am glad that I booked this at last minute… so far this is one of the Hilton brand I stayed worth the Hilton name… the house keeping is doing a great job keeping the place super clean!!! I am very fussy with my barefoot on the carpet floor but this room carpet not only feels clean it does not smell at all! No strange smell like other certain Hilton hotels I stayed in. Shower curtains are clean too, no smell at all!!! Also very happy with the baby cot already made up and also the sofa bed… they are good! Unlike some other Hilton brand I stayed before. Reception was helpful and in a very long time I have not heard of thanking me as a gold member… so customer service and housekeeping are both 5 stars… why am I giving a 3 star??? Well, it was from the party noise and it did not stop after midnight, my 2yo and 5yo couldn’t sleep with the noise and neither did I… we tried to sleep from 9pm… as I thought I had found the perfect Hilton then comes the party noise. I was told by the reception at check in there will be a party that night and it will end at 12 midnight, she said she has allocated me further to the party and in room 244. Clearly not far enough… or maybe the whole hotel can hear the noise. Will I stay again? Yes I would for the cleanliness and comfortable bed. Hopefully no party again when I stay. One important thing to note, do not step on the bridge thing between the bathroom as some of the nails sticking out from carpet… I found this at Doncaster garden inn as well… I guess most people will step over the bridge part and will not notice. Just be careful. Oh breakfast was busy as hotel was fully booked as there were some swimming competition near by.

Pay £50 deposit on arrival but how do you know there’s no damage already in your room without seeing it first???
