Amor Dessert Lounge in Luton

I have ordered from uber eats and this is hands down the worst cookie dough I have ever had in my life through delivery. It was really great value for money if the quality was actually good, but when we received the cookie doughs it was very hard and even tasted a bit burnt. I eventually had to eat with my hands as the cookie doughs were not soft enough to eat with a spoon.

To clarify I ordered through Uber eats, unfortunately I didn't experience good food for a dessert parlour. My children found the cookie dough not soft but hard. We had a signature shake which was good. A school cake that was Okay, and then a £6 mojito(non alcoholic) with a blob of ice(the size of a tennis ball) the drink lacked colour, the same as it's flavour. We were very disappointed, I will try you again in a few months, if you improve I will update my review accordingly!

Ordered milkshakes over the phone for collection and was told to collect in 20 minutes. Got there 25 mins later only to be told they’re not ready and will take another half hour extra. Pathetic service!!

Amor dessert lounge is an amazing place for not just the food but the atmosphere too! The customer service from the staff is exceptional too and the desserts are so tasty. Would recommend the cornflake tart and also the mock tails are great too. Great local dessert place and I would recommend everyone to go there!!

The person who makes the desserts is amazing at his job. His name is Asif he gave great customer service, very funny lad. The desserts are 10/10. The lotus biscoff cheese cake is one of the best iv tasted. Big up him.

Had and issue and it got resolved quick

Rubbish I ordered a crepe and received a waffle. I called in the shop and who ever was working needs to be sacked and know how to play their role absolutely disrespectful the way they use their attitude to customers. I told the staff I ordered a crepe and goes because it’s the same value u can just have the waffle or claim a £10 voucher. Mr who ever you are u work at a shop and you made a BIG mistake making a wrong order it’s your fault read the orders correct and if it’s wrong you apologise and either send another order or give a refund but no as soon as i was going to ask him a question he ended the call on me randomly. Sort out your customer service absolutely rubbish. 0/10 service and the waffle was uncooked aswell as I had to eat it but worst waffle I’ve had.

Amor Desserts is a desserts place that I would highly recommend to anyone in or visiting Luton. Over the past few months they have done nothing but provide good service, but nothing like today, as I had a few issues with a delivery driver and receiving my order, but they had went out of their way to send one of their own to deliver for me themselves. This is top tier service and I wouldn’t go to any other dessert venue other than this. Thank You Amor. Jayden B

Oreo cookie Dough for Iftar was 10/10!

Just ordered 2 oreo cookie doughs and an oreo milk cake and one chocolate mess waffle. Cookie doughs in particular were absolutely DIVINE, perfectly warm and actually fresh tasting. Thank you 😊

Placed a large order via Ubereats for Iftar and every item was perfect. All the cookie doughs, ice creams and whipped creams were individually labelled and they managed to cook and deliver all 13 desserts within a reasonable time we’ll definitely be ordering again

Quick service ordered a waffle and milkshake, milkshake was perfect and thick, lotus waffle best I had ever their not shy with there portions and tasted amazing👌🏻 Highly recommend

Received the reply from them after 5 months suggesting I am the one who is mourning for no reason basically because I am fake.really Wow, what a customer service, if you call out their bad service then customer is guilty one as I been through his replies to other customers who gave bad reviews, it seems like all of them are guilty of giving bad reviews only he is the right one... Such a shame, he needs to go for customer service course, so he can learn some manners.. anyways AVOID THIS HORRIBLE PLACE to save your time and money....👎🤮

Milkshake spilt everywhere, none was in the cup, ruined the crepes as it soaked the boxes and went in them, also they were stone cold very disappointed

Went for my anniversary, the boy serving us had no clue what he was doing. Didnt ask if we're eating in or not. Gave my mojito in a plastic takeaway cup even though we were eating in. Asked for warm chocolate cake with gelato and he says they dint have gelato... I asked how can you serve desserts and not have gelato/ice-cream then says yes we have ice-cream but no gelato! Asked for my chocolate cake to be warm and he served it cold. What a way to end my anniversary night. Dont recommend. Wont be going there again

Orded the vip milkshake and when I got it, it was fully spilled and leaked into the box that had the waffle in it. Soggy waffle isn’t nice.

One of the best Dessert places in Luton the desserts are spectacular and the staff are polite and respectful would recommend this place!

Avoid restaurant ordered a dessert for delivery and when it arrived both milkshakes were not sealed properly and spilt over the entire order and ruined the order. The cookie doughs ordered we stone cold and when you call the resturant for a response all they say is ‘claim a refund from Uber eats we cannot do anything’ POOR SERVICE AND POOR PACKAGING AVOID AT ALL COSTS WILL LEAVE YOU NOT IMPRESSED.

Came to this dessert parlour with my family we tried their Waffles and they were amazing the milkshakes were nice and thick, the customer service was 10/10 and so were the desserts the decor is unique and different as well would recommend to anyone!

I went to this dessert shop with my wife and it was vibes, the desserts were amazing I ordered a strawberry dream waffle absolutely demolished it we also tried there Dutch mini pancakes they were on point as well would recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth

Cookie dough is ALWAYS over cooked! Really annoying as I’ve reordered thinking it’s just a bad batch but it’s always solid as a rock! Not cookie dough but a burnt cookie!

I Came to Amor a few days ago with my family the waffles were the best and they even gave complimentary tango ice blasts to my children!

Worst dessert experience in a life time over priced for the amount you get was lied to by the shop who said at first that it was their portions but then told it was a different container witch is smaller and started shouting aggressive it was a traumatic experience will not be ordering ever again

The desserts here at Amor are amazing the waffles are probably the best waffles in town you need to try them. The staff are professional and polite and always go above and beyond

Ordered on just eat last night. Both pancakes came very overcooked to the point lf being crunchy. My friend has been put off oreos now for quite some time as the overall taste made us both feel sick. The cookie dough was tiny and horrible in flavour for the 7.50 price tag. £24 for 2 pancakes and cookie dough that went in the bin. Waste of money and horrible stomach aches after. I'm sticking to 2 bro's. Never let us down and always consistently amazing and fresh. Never again from this place.

Such a bad experience with them ordered strawberry crepe obviously comes with ice cream, haven’t got ice cream. Quality of crepe was pathetic tho, & was hard to eat as well just ring them to ask what happened the guy was being super rude & keep arguing n hang up rudely. Such a paternal service n & people. Will never order anything for them.

I ordered cookie dough, price was 7.99 and 6.99 and they came in small foil containers with barely anything inside. They did not taste great either.

Best desserts in Luton everything we ordered was absolutely tasty and the decor in the place is also unique and amazing. The staff were very respectful and nice they gave my daughter a free fudge cake what more can you ask for deffo recommend 10/10

My chocl8 Wafle was lush 😋 It had all the topngs as stated. The portns are v good sizes 👍.The cornflake tart was a reflection of this, sum places give much smaler 1ns. I got free delivery as well 😊. Luv the Amor Bag & Amor Wafle box, lovely design. Looks posh with my other Snapchats 😆. My 4mly av visited a 4ew times & evrytime av been given great service 👏. There’s plenty of parking2. Also the prices are good. Sum of the othrs u had to spend a 4ew more £s 2 bring 2 tha store minimum, here u didn’t.

This is a nice little dessert restaurant, good portion sizes, and good quality ice cream. The staff were polite and friendly. They even gave my girls a free slushy. Couldn't ask for more.

Ordered chocolate bar milkshakes of uber eats. Not very good quality, mainly milk and not enough ice cream used making the milkshakes very watery. Tried the waffles also which were fairly decent but not the best in luton. Haven't left me wishing to rush back anytime soon for a desert despite the scorching hot weather.

Really terrible! They didn’t give any ice cream with the desserts and it arrived very late. Would not reccomend.

Ordered a waffle and a chocolate brownie sundae. Was sent a brownie instead of the sundae. Rang the restaurant and they quickly responded and dropped the sundae off and a free cake. Unfortunately the sundae was awful, I could barely bite through the brownie. Also the original brownie they sent was practically rock solid. Thankfully they sent the free cake because that was lovely and I didn’t have to eat half of my partners waffle! Really appreciate the restaurant trying to make amends but unfortunately the quality just wasn’t great today. The chocolate brownie sundae is what I normally order and love. And after all the cafuffle with the brownie, once the sundae arrived we then noticed my partners waffle didn’t have the white chocolate sauce we ordered which is also his favourite. Will defo be ordering again because of past experiences which were good but if this was my first time ordering I wouldn’t be ordering again

Cookies doughs were amazing, comes hot and chewy with generous drizzling of chocolate sauce paired with soft vanilla ice cream, I found the Milkshakes were thick and tasteful too. Good environment to enjoy desserts with friends or family.

Always get friendly welcome from the staff. They have plenty of tasteful sections of desserts to choose from. Some desserts have choice of serving with custard or ice cream combination. I love their Ferro Roche Milk Shakes 💯

Giving it a 1 because it was edible. Just visited the dessert lounge for the first time and unfortunately will not be returning for the following reasons - - Customer service was non existent - Dessert had taken over 30 mins to arrive (the desserts were brought over to us individually and therefore the ones who got theirs first were left with cardboard waffles) - The place seemed like a social gathering for the staff’s friends as they kept drifting in and out of the kitchen area behind the counter which was very unprofessional and not necessarily hygienic. As mentioned above the food was eaten and so wasn’t the worst but we had travelled a long way and were expecting a better experience similar to what we usually receive i.e at Creams.

With the Ferrero Rocher milkshake priced at £6 I thought it must be something special. It was absolutely sub standard. Got Aero mint added and I genuinely could not tell the Aero Mint apart from the Ferrero Rocher. Same size milkshakes from other places so not sure why it costs more?! The ice cream scoop as you can see from the pictures don't even fill up the tub. These were taken immediately upon delivery so they were not eaten/melted. I don't think this experience is enough for me not to eat from here again, but next time I will probably eat in and choose different desserts; but never ever in a million years will I order for delivery again.

Absolutely wonderful, cannot fault the food and staff. The Deliveroo rider lost part of my order and said nothing. I called the restaurant and the lovely staff apologised, made me the missing order and the one that was spilt too. They also reported the rider on my behalf as consumers can't do that. Food was AMAZING as was the milkshake

I ain't really on the desert ting like dat but I mess with amor because the deserts are always made fresh to your order with fresh ingredients. The man der seem calm and the interior looks solid and unique from other desert lounges. I enjoyed it so I'm giving it a 4

The staff are also friendly and provide the best customer service from a dessert shop in Luton , while always taking that step further to make sure the desserts are consistently amazing!!! I dont care what anyone says about amor.They are one of the best and underrated dessert & shisha lounges in Luton. I remember going there when they first opened and seeing how much they've grown, from selling a limited number of desserts to now growing in customers and adding more desserts. They provide a great selection of desserts and drinks for a decent price. Staff are very friendly and kind and interior is very beautiful. Defo recommend Amor to anyone living or visiting Luton. 👍

Decided to have dessert delivered to my home. You would actually think a dessert parlour whos sole purpose is desserts, would be better equipped to give similar experience of dining in to take away. Very disappointed, the package had the dessert stuck to the box and presenting/care to the dessert was not there. I have had dessert delivered to me before so I know this take away experience could have been much better Gave it a 2 as you'd probably get a better experience eating in. But I doubt I'd be doing another take away from here... little brown box you was a disappointment in calories

Probably the best desserts in Luton compared to treats and creams in my opinion, only thing is it's a small place and the wait can get a bit long but food always comes out tasting good

Went in yesterday for lotus biscoff milkshake. I was a little late and got there after closing time but the guy (with glasses) at the counter was amazing and still made my milkshakes for me. I didn't get his name but he is a very good worker. He was doing a million jobs at once but was very professional and nice and still paid attention to my milkshakes. The milkshakes were lovely 😍 and I really love the decor of the place. I really look forward to going again. This is the best milkshake parlour in town.
