Starbucks in Luton

Ordered ice latte. The tall guy at the counter had it ready after 5 seconds. It was a terrible ice latte. It came luke warm , tasteless , the portions were all wrong. It miss handled Starbucks had deteriorated with many baristas don't know or don't care There were no smiles at this branch Ice latte needs to come cold, the milk and coffee proportions matter , it's better served after shaken on its specific cup. Terrible branch

Handy place to wait for your bus. Nice espresso, stale pain au chocolat

I am a regular at this store and really love coming in and meeting the people who work there as they are always so kind. I would like to make special thanks to: -Chloe -Anna -Ileana -Klaudia -Malika -Angelika -Isabelle -Kelayna -Sadika -Cinzia -Nathan My drinks are always made to perfection, and they always take special care for my food allergies. It is nice to feel welcomed when I come into this store. Highly satisfied, great service, lovely staff and uplifting atmosphere!

This is a very bad place to have a coffee. It is always bloody freezing. Guys do something about the AC here!!! It is terrible! I came twice but same rubbish service. All the time new staff unprofessional they just don t care they serve the clients like they give something for free and treating really bad Sorry for my language! Very bad and discussing!! The staff and the AC really I have never a worse Starbucks!!

Batista was wonderful, I have to say she had amazing customer service. Her name tag said Sadika. I have to say, I don't do this often but she was amazing!!

I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks, enjoying the *Crème Brûlée* coffee. The smooth caramel and vanilla flavors were absolutely perfect. However, what truly made the visit special was Ileana, an incredibly friendly and experienced waitress. With a warm smile and a welcoming attitude, she turned my simple stop into a memorable moment. Ileana is the reason I’ll definitely be coming back!

Usually a good place for a nice coffee,but not always.When a new employee is hired,you can get a very light coffee with no proper taste. That because they use less roasted coffee beans and you can get a slightly different product!🥹🥹 And a good point: they finally swap that horrible and dirty furniture with new one.

The staff seems annoyed to be there and was not friendly at all. I ordered a pumpkin spice frap which tasted bad and didn’t have the signature orange colour. I wasn’t asked if I wanted it coffee based and pretty sure I was given a cream frappe. Won’t be going here again. Staff need training on how to be nice a friendly. Put my sandwich on the counter and then put a bin bag right next to it?

The staff here are a nice group, always ready to offer an alternative if the choice you made has become unavailable. Place looks clean all the time.

Coffee - It's the best It's a pity that the toilets are administered by the municipal office. They are cleaned only once a day. They could be taken care of by staff on a regular basis. There are only so many reservations that lower the overall rating :(

After a 40 minute wait for a bus and before my train journey, I fancied a nice black Americano and Starbucks egg, cheese and ham bites as well as a warm cheese twist. 😍😋 That definitely hit the spot and made me feel much better. Whoever decided to place that branch of Starbucks there was on to a winner. Beautiful 👌 No negative comments since my last visit. Such a nice cafe with lovely staff and trustworthy customers! I left my phone in there yesterday and somebody handed it in and then came looking for me. Faith in humanity restored! 🙏

waited over an hour for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees food was cold 🥶 and 1 coffee was the wrong order.

At Luton bus station right opposite from the train station and 2 minute walk from town Mall. Good place to grab a coffee before catching the bus or train and the stuff is doing great as well .I cant relate with all the rest of negative comments as i ve received great service at all times ! xx There was a departures screen there too, which is super helpful. Would recommend!

Rude cashier who didn't know how to make a cappuccino, one was half full so I wanted her to redo it and she refused, won't be going back as there are more coffee shops in that place who actually make a lovely coffee and staff treats customers with respect

The cup sizes were very small when I ordered a larger one. Not great size but drink was good.

Star Bucks at Luton train station Standing outside waiting for it to open from 7am - 720am and still waiting. I knocked on the window twice to see how much longer the lady will be and was just ignored. Opens at 7am apparently. Now the ladies just stuck a sign up saying We will open at 8am Sorry for the inconvenience. Starbucks- great thanks. You could have indicated that so I could have waited warmly in my car.

Starbucks have never produced a bad coffee in my opinion. The Caramel Macchiato is must have! If sweet isn't your thing, then a flat white is not a bad second choice.

Although Lativa had a little attitude when she served me first. I asked for a recommendation of a hot chocolate. And she gave me her own signature hot chocolate, which was amazing; White chocolate and toffee. If she was a bit more friendly to start with it would have been better. Overall a nice experience, however.

Driver did not listen to delivery instructions whilst on the phone to us. Told said driver post code multiple times and driver refused to come. Only after 10 minutes did the driver come whilst leaving me in the rain trying to find them and due to this delay our drinks were cold. Drinks were packed improperly with cold drinks packaged with hot drinks and cold drink having some sort of cling film on their which was not properly attached meaning the cold drink was spilt when opening. Poor quality

3 young ladies behind the counter far too busy with talking to each other. When I asked for the Hibiskus ice tea one of the ladies looked at me with big eyes, asking me if I really want the plain tea and nothing else?! The tea cost £4,25 and I gave £6! It took two ladies to do the math. A couple of Tables were dirty, empty cups etc Please make sure to train the people properly and don’t let them alone if they’re not able to provide a proper service to the customers! The prices are not cheap and then I can expect a professional service and a clean store!

Starbucks in Luton is close to the railway station and bus interchange. It is also a short walk to the Mall shopping centre. I had a bit of time to kill before my bus departed to decided to get myself a drink. There were two members of staff on duty and they seemed to be handling customer orders well and dealing with some of the complicated drinks that people want nowadays. Once I had my order I sat down on one of their comfy seats and had a read of my book. They had some nice music playing in the background which helped to make the visit very pleasant indeed.

I would not even give it stars at all if was able to, half of my order is missing! This is not acceptable! Defo would not recommend this place to anyone!

Either I got the wrong coffee or they made my coffee too small (large rather than vente) and super weak. Not happy today.

I enjoy stopping by throughout, the Ladies and Gents are aye positive, never complain, being focused and chummy, Meals are yummy and overall the Starbucks Branch is thumbs up, similar to London, for instance, I can't fault them at all and I never will be anyway. It's a very small place. It was very quite. The toilet did not work. It was very smelly in the toilet. The travel adviser person was stroppy, but we were able to take a breather from the train. Starbucks staff were friendly.

First time experienced such an exceptional service at any coffee drive through. I always goes to McDonald for a quick coffee . But McDonald’s dint have a coffee latte . So had to try Starbucks. Lady who served us . Was the best server I ever met in any coffee outlet. Only her service made us go back to Starbucks again and become a customer

Well. Not to bad , as been a lot better before , used this Starbucks sometimes before I commute to London , staff members are getting louder in their conversations, not being considerate of the paying customers who seem frustrated with the constant noise . Hopefully I can listen to the nice music than the adolescent chitchat from staff

The tables were dirty, and the floor sticky. The service was fast, we had to wait about 1 minutes for 2 coffees, one of them was comlpex, not a simple one. The shop has 2 screens with the train arrivals and departures, this is a very useful extra.

What is the point of having the facility to leave a note for restaurant if you never read it, twice now I have requested sugars in the notes section & guess what twice they haven’t been delivered!
