WE HAD BOTH OUR BIRTHDAY MEALS HERE ONE ON 31TH MARCH AND 11TH APRIL. IT WAS A VERY MEAL. EVERY THE DOG LOVED HERE CHICKEN. THE STAFF WAS GREAT

Ally was very helpful and also really welcoming and polite and the food was excellent

Simple and clean environment. Wide choice of beers and a fairly rich menu. Unfortunately, there were few staff at the service on Mondays which made the waiting times long.

The Leicester Arms is a very friendly pub, ok food at a reasonable price, the two meals for £12 during the week is an especially good deal. The staff are great and always very welcoming, a special mention for Beth behind the bar as she always does her job excellently, am looking forward to their being more live bands and events on here.

Decided to go to the Leicester Arms to try their new menu. Was very disappointed. The tomahawk pork was not very nice and tasted burnt. We also asked for the starter to come out with the main meal however it came out as a starter. It then went back and came out with our mains 20 minutes later so it had been sat there all that time. I refused it and told them to cook a new one.

Hi,I ordered a medium rare steak and I received worse steak I ever had. It was chewie very hard peace of meat but waitress was very nice and given refund, I will never return

Brilliant atmosphere and very busy for the luton games! Plenty of staff serving and keeping up with the crowd! Food was good, small wait but there were lots of tables ordering. The landlady here is doing a great job and really turned this pub around! Love the drink offers to support Luton town and great entertainment being put on! Defo worth a visit! COYH New pork tomahawk is superb!!!

Excellent pub with excellent service. Good range of beers. Food is very good. Plenty of space plus TVs for sports and a pool table. Toilets were clean and well maintained. Car park at side requires patrons to record number plate in pub. Very close to M1 if stopping for a meal. Staff are brilliant.

Highly recommend this pub, lovely family friendly team, we were welcomed by the landlady Rachael who has really turned this pub around! The team are so happy and helpful and food is amazing! The side room with tv that has been done up with flowers and lights looks amazing, we love sitting here! Table 11 I think it is! So pretty! The sizzlers are brilliant and such good value for money! Kids eat for a £1 and monthly entertainment! We really enjoy coming here! Thank you for such great service!

We come regularly, the fish and chips are spectacular and my son loves the burgers. The cocktails are lovely and there are so many new good things Rachael is bringing to the pub! The juke box is back and a dart board has been put up! The pub has been brought back to life!! Staff here are one of a kind! Well done Leicester Arms! Highly recommended! And we love Table 11 and its new flower decorations! Just beautiful!

Great night at Pom Pom bingo, I won a full house so got a cash prize! Very happy! The staff were dressed up for the event and were friendly fast and professional even though it was really busy! Cocktails were lovely and all in all it was a very enjoyable evening x

Give this place a wide birth ordered a breakfast and it’s was the worst breakfast ever Sausages were burnt crispy dry and reheated Bacon was so dehydrated it would crack in pieces when it touched it cold beans warmed bread not even toasted the only thing I ate was the egg I complained to the staff and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked off Absolute rubbish reheated food and rubbish service save your money and go anywhere else

A fantastic pub for everyone. friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately there is always one who is out of place. You have one member of staff, twenties, glasses, petite who is miserable most of the time. In the garden she avoids any conversation and if passed outside the pub locally she won't even speak and ignores regulars. One greets with a 'hello' and she ignores people like a peice of dog waste. We wonder why you engage people like this who are ignorant and insoucient. We know her name but staff would and should know who the member of staff is. Surely the Leicester Arms can do better. Amazing night for the dirty dancing tribute, the bar was busy and the atmosphere brilliant. The raw divas are such a good act, everyone had a great time and the staff looked after us so well!! Had a bite to eat beforehand and enjoyed cocktails and music for the rest of the night! Such an enjoyable evening :)

Dinner with the family, a very enjoyable afternoon. The kids enjoyed the play area and reading books and even won a teddy on the grabber machine. Food was amazing, fresh and came out lovely and hot, old faithful burger and Greek burger were delicious and most of all filing. Good value for money and staff that cannot do enough for you. Will definitely be visiting again.

I had my birthday here on Friday in the function room, my food was amazing and Bonnie looked after us, she was amazing too. Would definitely come again

Was a quiet Thursday early evening when we called in for a quick bite. The food ok, but the salad I had wasn't as described on the menu, the dressing was missing completely & half the ingredients were missing too.

wasnt goin to leave a review but then read someone elses.... ive had same complaint re parking and i now have £170 debt cause of it. i went into pub twice to explain and was reassured it would be sorted. and it wasnt hence a £170 fine now. there maybe signs in car park but its pitch black and you cant read them. when i went back in after getting the 1st fine i was told there is a sign on each table. i pointed to table we had sat at.. no sign. staff member said "ohh that ones been pinched" i have been in 3 times to try and sort it but to no joy.... so be warned....put your reg number in or you'll be £170 short.

The staff were friendly and polite. When we ordered food the staff asked about allergies and explained what was in the food ordered, they also informed us of what was not on the menu. Ashleigh was also smiling and polite when she delivered our food and when she was not not too busy she would come over and ask if everything was alright with the food.

Came Friday night for karaoke, great night, the atmosphere was good and there are some good shot deals. The pub was busy but staff friendly and on point with service. Rachael always goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy and well looked after. Pub looks amazing with the flower displays. Can’t wait to see the next one x

Loving the drink deal during the Luton town games showing real support to our local team. Also Mondays drink deals and now recently a cocktail offer, between this and a great menu that even satisfy my 3 ASD children, onto a winner!! Oh my gosh! I had a breakfast today and it was AMAZING!

When turning up in a vehicle, you need to sign it on the screen @ Bar to cover parking. The staff friendly and the food arrived hot & full of taste. You do have Disabled access

Had a lovely meal last night. Food was top notch and service impeccable. The beef rib was beautiful and is the best I’ve had and the team are so welcoming! Football was on and the atmosphere was lively and a good crowd was in. Chef Jess and aaliyah were amazing, and akeem on bar was superb!

Food was spot on this time had steak cooked to perfection. The young lad akem was great his customer service was spot on 10 stars just for him ☺️

We utilised the function room at the Leicester Arms after the funeral of my father. Utilising their catering services as well as their bar. We pre booked and pre paid for everything and found the customer service was excellent. The food was brought out at the agreed time and was fault less, piping hot and everyone there commented on the quality. The chef deserves recognition for the work she had done ( on her own). The bar staff were super, always willing to help and satisfaction by all our guests was high. The only slight issue , the wheel chair ramp leading directly to car park needs to be looked at to make it a little more fit for purpose.there is a ramp leading directly to main bar and then 3 steps into function room. Definitely recommend the Leicester Arms if you want great value, great service and great food. Many thanks to the team on the day…..

Great food was served to me by Ashley and Elly....I would highly recommend this pub for a quick, cheap, meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very comfortable here but I must admit the Leicester Arms could do with a lick of paint.. It was also pretty quiet when I went in on a Thursday afternoon.. 😁🍺♥️

Always a great time when you visit this establishment, food is good value for money the beer always crisp and cold, but the real cherry ontop is the amazing team! Thank you everyone, we will be back again.

Very disappointed tonight, normally great service and food of kev and Ali, tonight was poor, ordered a curry, some of dish missing, got it 10 minutes after by which time rest of food cold, never ate a thing off plate, even when we left pub 30 mins later un eaten food on table, no concern by staff as to why I hadn't eaten my food and everything on table as we left, 2 star would be generous at best

Came to the bar on Sunday and had a great time. Akeem served me a sex on the beach that tasted splendid. I also ordered the Curry house feast which also tasted amazing. Will be coming again soo.

The main reason for my poor review is down to the car park. The signs weren’t visible ( other wise I have seen them). I now have a £100 fine for spending the afternoon at the pub . Staff really need to work harder to ensure customers are aware . Not all customers go to the bar so won’t see any notices and the car park seems like just a customer pub car park . I notice I am not the only customer who this has happened to - outrageous !

Had a lovely meal today with my wife.The menu is very good with loads of dishes to chose from.Fantastic value as well. The guy behind the bar was doing a great job,as he had to multitask.Well recommended place to eat.

Horrendous burnt dry food..but still a friendly place 🙃

I have been here to eat a few times. On this occasion the food wasn't the best. Three of our party had the curry and for the price I paid for them I expected more. The microwave ones at Tesco are nicer and thats saying something. The other member ordered the mixed grill as he does whenever we go out but again this time it was over cooked. Tried to say this to a member of staff and they weren't interested.

Was keen to see Diverse FM play live at the pub on Friday 27th Aug. The night was spoilt by one of there pub regulars going AWOL, the bar staff continued to serve him all night despite his drunk erratic behaviour then suddenly later on in the night he snapped in an altercation with another guest. Sad to see young bar staff trying to restrain this man.This guy when into the staff kitchen and helped himself to knives then threaten the guest again, any member of public could of got dangerously hurt. Police attended the pub to arrest this gentleman apparently goes by the name George i hope he is banned from the pub for dangerous behaviour. I hope this pub gets proper security rather than relying in young bar staff to stop fights.

My family and I ate here for the first time at The Leicester Arms today. The food was lovely, reasonably priced and the staff were very kind, approachable and welcoming. A big shout out to Kev who served us. You are a true gem to this place! Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Came in on the Friday for a pint (definitely needed with all the recent hot weather) and while the pint was good the service and attentiveness I had from the bar maid, I think her name was Kim/Kym was brilliant regardless of the hot weather ☀️ a true hard worker and credit to the team. 🍻🍻

Staffed by young 18-22 yo staff who seem to have no training or interest in the job. Food is mediocre at best, service is minimal & disinterested. Lots of flies buzzing around.

Had meals in the pub a few times was amazing the kymberley was excellent with customer service and willing to help answer any allergy questions

Waited for one and three quarters of an hour for our food. There were only 7 tables before us one 4 people one 1 person the rest 2 people . However the food and staff member were very good.

We went during the Euros semi-finals and were very happy with the speed of service and overall atmosphere. Our server Akeem was very friendly and helpful and dealt with the busy football crowd with ease and a smile on his face.

Absolutely vile burnt garlic bread, which was made again because it was still burnt then the steak was so hard to cut into and then my dad got the jerk chicken thing and then a worker came out with the same thing and it looked 100% better than my dads will never ever come back here only good thing was the atmosphere whilst watching the football

Ordered a mixed grill tonight, food that arrived was average. Missing tomatoe, onion rings and a mushroom. Asked lady behind the bar, she disappeared and didn't see her again. Took a long time for food to arrive. Tables sticky, whole place felt a bit dirty.

Came here for my partners birthday at short notice didn’t have a booking just walked in. Was able to seat our table of 8 easily. Food was lovely and service the staff/service was brilliant. Child friendly, my son loved the play corner. Couldn’t fault it, will definitely be returning.
