Fish and chips were cold Tacos had water running out of them Chips were some of the worst we’d ever had Definitely will not be back when coming through Luton airport again Did give some feedback to staff who quite clearly couldn’t care less

Decent food, decent prices, good service. Nice spot if you have the time to visit. I had the vegan breakfast as I tried the avocado for the 1st time and I liked it and the BBQ beans tasted amazing and the vegan sausage tasted a bit like quorn sausage and the hash browns tasted very good and the smoothie is very awesome. Appalling - front of house couldn’t even be bothered to look at us let alone say hello, she clearly hates being there. Sauce bottles look like they are 10+ years old, seats so badly torn they were taped up and our drinks arrived 15 minutes after 2 overpriced plates of cold, stale sourdough toast. Save your money and head further into departures where there are much better choices.

This place offers good fast service. It’s expensive, but comparable with other restaurants at the airport. You can see into the kitchen, where you can see the ingredients all stocked. I was particularly annoyed as I could see a large stack of eggs; so I could tell they were cooked fresh. I wanted poached eggs but was told that they were not available from the menu - only fried or scrambled! Simply shocking! I’ll pick somewhere else next time!

We had the vegan (= vegetarian - egg + more mushrooms) breakfast and the nachos. Quite nice. Nice ambiance too for an airport.

Staff were EXTREMELY slow and dis-interested. Luckily our flight was delayed and we had time to kill as it averaged over an hour between courses. Food was OK, usual airport prices. The table next to us were out of control. Parents were absolutely hammered, bought in their own food and were just sinking pints and shots, while their kids looted WHSmiths (yes, really) I guess that's not the restaurants fault, but we could see other tables were really uncomfortable with them too. When we did want to pay (after 3 hours) no one came, so I approached a man in the restaurants uniform who was holding a card payment machine and asked to pay "Oh I don't do the payments" he replied, tearing off a receipt and giving a card back to a customer. Absolutely dis-interested. Would not recommend. Will not visit again.

Service slow ,all day breakfast returned as over cooked and served cold .replacement was Luke warm wouldn’t recommend

Overpriced. £15.95 for a vegan breakfast, mostly mushrooms that were undercooked. Unfortunately, I had to pay extra for toast and was not served with a vegan spread. Poor quality. I would not recommend it.

Really convenient location, and whilst it was busy, it was easy to grab a table when we arrived. We were directed to order online rather than wait for someone to take our order, which wasn't a deal breaker for us, but hardly a warm welcome. Customisation options online were great, which isn't always the case at other similar locations. Food order was accurate, but seemed to take a while to arrive. We had plenty of time, so wasn't a massive inconvenience, but generally airport locations will have your food out far quicker than they did here. Even the drinks seemed to take an eternity, and only arrived after our food was delivered. Full English was pretty reasonable in terms of quality, but way over priced, but the steak and eggs was a little disappointing. Eggs were fine, but the steak cut was very stringy and leathery. Obviously I'm not expecting a prime cut of fillet, but for the price they are charging, surely there was a better middle ground? Smoothie was good, but again, not value for money. You pay a premium for airport food in general, because of overheads and the captive market, but even my that measuring stick, it's overpriced here.

This is the first place you see out of security. Don't go there, just keep going. The breakfast is over-priced and average at best. Service is slow. Nothing positive stood out.

Checked in here pre flight for a family lunch. A table was quickly cleaned and we were seated with an acknowledgment of 25 minute food wait. Drinks ordered we were later told our selection of cider x 3 was unavailable . Food arrived on time - at best ok , Luke warm and poor presentation. If there is an alternative option I will take it next time

Very friendly staff but service is so slow thankfully we had plenty of time before flight. If you are in a hurry give it a miss. 45 mins for food but good quality.

I have visited this pub many times, normally for breakfast. Many if the times, they have great staff, but sometimes the experience might be disappointing. I went in March 2024, and I was overcharged on my Loungekey. As soon as I realised, I reported it and I was promised it would be fixed. I even requested a copy of the bill as backup. It was never sorted. I went back on my next trip via Luton, to check on the overcharge, and the hostess showed indifference and avoided me. I have now emailed customer services about this.

Allover alright. Slight slip up with the brisket but our server Swetha was very helpful and polite! Thank you Swetha! :)

Morning of Friday 2nd March. Our family of five adults went to this restaurant at Gatwick. It’s in two sections, a main part and a subsidiary sort of island set up. On walking into the main part my wife was greeted with a cheery "go back to the desk behind you" (there wasn’t a queue and there were empty tables) we went back to the desk to then be told that for five we had to go to the ‘island setup" We did this to be shown to a table full of the last customers mess. This was quickly cleared away to be fair. We then waited…….and waited…..we kept on asking each of the bustling waitresses if we could order. We asked five times over a period of fifteen minutes. We then left and spent £115 elsewhere.

My friend and I ordered the Full Veggie Breakfast and the Full English Breakfast. Both meals were a decent sized portion and very good. We were served by Dione. She was welcoming, friendly, attentive and fast. Thank you, Dione, for making our short time in England special.

Savio is the best waiter. GOOD SERVICE and best in dealing with customers. Good and best service. Thank you. Nice place and relaxing.

The breakfast was lovely, and especially the beans. Dirty menus were off-putting. Eye wateringly expensive. Service was ok.

Lovely breakfast. Serome who served us was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to swap items in the menu, quick service and the food and drink was delicious.

Really had a pleasant 4 am experience here. Staff were super friendly and service was great - very attentive and meticulous, especially my waitress Sona. My steak and eggs were cooked to perfection (not oily at all) and delicious. Portion was very big. I recommend.

Great food , from ordering to getting the food was very quick. Tasty and good size portions. Our server was very helpful and friendly.

After crap service in Nolito, where one waiter literally took my order and left after not even acknowledging my girlfriend - we left and wanted dessert somewhere before our flight. Alina was very quick and understanding, very friendly as well. Felt very welcome, the sticky toffee pudding was delicious!

Quite an odd staff arrangement with large numbers (3-4) standing around looking at their colleagues serve the entire restaurant. Burgers and other fast food mixed with Mexican to make for an appealing menu. Food is distinctly average in quality - you could do much better at home. Passable for an airport meal - Yo Sushi a better bet.

Went with some friends whilst waiting for a plane. The initial server was very good. She took all our orders and was very polite. There was another two ladies who served us, one looked like the manager and she was so rude. I had asked for some more butter with my meal and a glass of water. After 20 minutes I asked again and she was rude and told me I had to wait. By the time it came my food was finished. There was also another server who brought us some meals who smelled really badly of BO it was off putting. Some of the food came out cold but they were so busy we didn’t get a chance to get it sorted. I wouldn’t revisit.

I had a great time between flights. I went in december and the Christmas Burger was amazing. I took one to go too :D . Also the service was great thanks to Swetha. She was very nice and comunicative.
