I want to like this place, good vibe, good range of drinks, not bad food and a great karaoke on a Thursday night but for gods sake give it a clean, its minging. The toilets, the windows, everywhere just needs a bit of care and attention and then you’ll have a great venue.

The most amazing Starbucks I’ve ever been too, the location is lovely and the store itself has so much character to it, my drink was made perfect by the friendly and helpful staff! The lady helped me pick out a coffee and she was so knowledgeable about coffee, it was so nice to actually talk to someone who not only knows everything about what they are selling but so passionate too! The store was clean and tidy, couldn’t fault it! I really enjoyed my coffee and reading my book here, made me feel like I was sitting at home! Will definitely be back when I’m in Saffron Walden next!

The spot is in the middle of Ipswich. It is a cozy spot with a warm atmosphere. One problem was you had to get up to order, and there was a bit of a queue, but there was a major football game that day, so I would put it down to that. The food was very good. I had pancakes with maple syrup, bacon and a dollop of cream, which was very filling but very delicious. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve been to The Watering Place a few times for breakfast and lunch and always been blown away by the quality of experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is exceptional and the setting is relaxed and beautiful in all seasons.

I booked a table ages ago for my boyfriends birthday as he loved it there. We turned up and it was closed! No one bothered to tell us that they were not open. I checked their business hours and looks like they are only open Fridays now. Tried to call them and it says the number is not recognised and no reply to my email either. Don’t waste your time!! Awful customer service with no communication.

Not a great experience, as the shelves were largely empty and everything I asked for wasn't available. No belgian buns AGAIN, blamed on a delivery that hadn't arrived. They used that excuse the last time, and the time before that, and the time before that. The guy behind the counter seemed quite pleased with himself and was more interested in chatting to his colleague than actually wanting to do any work. I won't be back.

One of the best Costas in the country. Excellent Lattes produced. Special mention to Demetrius, what a very friendly hard working guy, a real credit to the business, & no, I’m not related!

I would recommend making your own food, the food isn't very nice and it's expensive and maybe I got unlucky but the staff that served me were quite rude. It's a shame as the actual snow centre staff are lovely, but whoever runs the cafe upstairs let's the place down
