The spot is in the middle of Ipswich. It is a cozy spot with a warm atmosphere. One problem was you had to get up to order, and there was a bit of a queue, but there was a major football game that day, so I would put it down to that. The food was very good. I had pancakes with maple syrup, bacon and a dollop of cream, which was very filling but very delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Very quick, friendly service and I thought reasonably priced but then I had come from Cambridge! Delicious avocado and fried egg bap and a nice cuppa. Surprised to see such mixed reviews, I really enjoyed my visit.

We came here for a bottomless brunch with friends and have been a couple times now and each time the stuff have absolutely no idea how bottomless brunch works for example 1: we were told the 90 minutes starts from when your first drink gets to your table so we all set a timer when that first cocktail arrived. 2. We was then told we couldn’t order another cocktails until the cocktail was half finished and that by the time the cocktail gets to your table it needed to be finished, to which we was told by one of the stuff that, that actually wasn’t the case and that the cocktail needed to be finished first before the next cocktail was ordered. 3. Then when we went to order another drink to which we had 9 minutes remaining on the 90minutes with 5 minutes remaining someone came over and said our time was up and that round wasn’t allowed.. now I get all of this but what we didn’t appreciate is that NONE of the staff had absolutely any idea how the bottomless brunch works nor was this the first time, we all left feeling confused..

Amazing coffee, good food but this is the third time I’ve been served in a dirty/less than clean cup & saucer. Sterilisers only work to a point, a proper wash is essential! Baked goods are always burnt/over-cooked, it’s a H+H theme. Such a shame when the rest of the food is so good!

I hired a Rug Doctor and the motor died on it. Staff were helpful to quickly provide another machine. On the second machine the detergent spray malfunctioned to never turn off. Again, the staff were helpful. This time to provide a refund of the hire cost, minus the consumables. In Trump speak. Range good. Rug Doctor bad.

Crazy pricing - £7.30 for a pint. They apparently raise prices by £2 per pint on a match day - heard from multiple sources. Ludicrous policies too - making fans walk down the road to enter via the car park and up the fire escape to get in when the door to the bar is a matter of a few steps. Idiotic security staff who exacerbated the situation. First time going to Ipswich away. Hope it’s the last if this is how pubs in Ipswich behave with away fans.
