Toilet was disgusting, not been cleaned and no toilet paper

To long of a wait wrong milk put in drink

Absolutely terrible customer service. Prioritising drive thru over customers in store. Waited over 15 mins for our drinks. When we asked staff what was going on they were rude and dismissive. Ordered drinks at 10.30, got them at 10.48. TERRIBLE

Driver got lost again and barely spoke English. Please hire drivers that speak English, so that if they get lost they can ask for help. Also please give them sat nav’s

Visited today and coffee was good but the service was SO slow. I thought these places were supposed to be quick!! Staff not that interested in the customer!

Miserable. Got my drink wrong. Clearly said no cream (no thank you) and got given a drink with 2 inches of cream on top. Let the lady know - wow what a face I got !! Like it was my fault. No apology whatsoever. Will not go back. Miserable service - Saturday 7th September - 10.56am.

horrible I ordered a coffee frappe with caramel and I just got a plain caramel frappe with no coffee or the drizzle and half of the frappe was in the bag the bag was dripping as the driver handed it to me and he left quickly. This is unfair. I paid for extras for my drink and I did not get what I ordered. I’m so disappointed they better refund me.

Really expensive for what it is .. £28 for 3 drinks (which were mainly made of water) and 2 panini's... Bit of a rip off in my opinion and won't be visiting again!

Just popped in for some coffee beans for my dear wife. They ground the beans for ready for my wife's cafeteria.

I love spending time here with excellent Wi-Fi. Great coffee and polite and professional staff. And I love how it's open late as well.

Please be careful when ordering, cashiers offer extras for drinks without informing you about the price. When it comes to payment, it turns out that the price is different from the one on the menu. And there are mistakes when reimbursement. Please be careful and check receipts and payments.

Can never park there do to uber and just eat drivers taking up all the car park spaces and standing around in carpark making up feel uncomfortable to get out of car that's if you can park

it came there was practically no whip cream looked like it was scraped of the top as cream and caramel on the lid very dissatisfied

This was a horrible experience driver went the wrong way and made me pay for half the order 8 pound I want a refund

orderd 2 bacon rolls and a latte and only got the latte at 4.75 a bacon roll I've just been purely ripped off.

spoon missing for porridge cheese straw Rock hard but mocha nice but luke warm. added a tip delivery driver shouldn't have bothered no effort

8pm closing time on a Sunday. Stopped to collect a beverage at 7.30pm.......door was open but told they were closed for business. No explanation when I mentioned it's 8pm closing usually.

The delivery status shows as 'delivered', but I never received my order

ordered a frappachino which was ice and very little if any milk just cold water . not drinkable . yhe lady who served just seemed to be doing to much and not concentrating on what she was making sadly had more caramel on the outside of the cup than in it , horrific mess 😢 in my car

Always busy. Good coffee selection and good service. Open in the evenings which is nice if your not into pubs.

We do a drinks rotation at work on a Friday (about 8 drinks) however the baristas are always surprised by our order. Can’t fault them though, the drinks are usually correct the service it with a smile and they’re always tasty and hot.

Very expensive coffee,americano ansmd muffin nearly £7! To many long time customer in groups with only coffees very load !

Used the drive through. They were down to 1 machine and had just taken a 10 coffee order, but still got my Hot Chocolate to me in good time. Very tasty and I was happy. Staff happy and helpful.

Drinks are usually always good. Never any where nice to sit usually, it’s quite busy. It is a tad over priced too.

I ordered a hot chocolate but instead I get hot milk with a bit of chocolate powder on top ...the service is poor....

I like this branch out Starbucks. It is nice and bright from natural lighting. The seating is right by the windows so get full sun. Most of the time it's not too busy.

Staff were lovely but no attention to what they were doing. When got my drink back it was normal milk not soya as requested due to allergy.

Group of 10 foreign men sat around one big table drinking coffee- not a problem - but when one walks in & starts eating a Burger King meal (& drink) 🤷🏼! Not sure what Starbucks policy is on this but if I was the owner……😡 Other than that it was a pleasant enough visit.

Ordered 2 cappuccinos to take away. When picked them up to noticed they were really light in weight. Mentioned that they both seemed to be more froth than coffee and asked for them to be redone. No apology and just dumped in front of me. What a miserable load of staff! McDonalds in future and half the price!!!!

Ordered a drink through the drive thru this morning and the person taking the orders was incredibly friendly, happy and cheered my morning up!

This is my favourite Starbucks in Ipswich. The staff are SO nice and I have never had a negative experience with them. If I order online they always write lovely things or draw little pictures on the bag, they are super sweet and really hard working. The drinks are always spot on and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is packaged safely. I appreciate you all so much!!

replacement food due to poor inventory upkeep, gave out an iced drink instead of a hot drink, poor taste for the price.

I am very disappointed to say that when I last went in there I was actually sworn at and called names by a worker (Ella bagley) Infront of 4 customers, it was absolutely vile and I do NOT recommend coming to this Starbucks.

Didn’t receive my order, got two random drinks wasted £35 to receive £10 worth of drinks and send proof/evidence to just eat and they refused to refund!

Burnt, bitter coffee....undrinkable. Microwaved 'toastie'.....inedible. Truly atrocious.

Friendly and quick however they still had no coconut milk I'm stock and they sold out of the vegan breakfast

Delivery driver was quick and polite, items are missing off the drink orders - don't offer whipped cream if you aren't going to add it.

Roll was very hard I couldn’t eat Half of it however the coffee was lovely. Delivery service fantastic.

Really like it here. Nice place, sunny, friendly staff, and a decent place to open up a laptop and get some work done. One of the few coffee places open till a decent time on a Sunday, which is when I tend to get a bit done. Wi-Fi is good. Lots of decent height tables and work spots. Would recommend.

Filthy is an understatement, toilets haven't been cleaned properly for weeks. Very poorly managed to allow standards to be this low.

Three stars are for the friendly staff. It’s almost always out of something you want which is really frustrating and they never tell you what your bill is till you get to the window. Probably a Starbucks upselling tactic. But food and drink is always good.

Drinking in but was given a take away cup. Had to ask twice for my drink as the young lady got it wrong. No cakes, I’ve never been to a coffee shop early morning and only had five cakes to choose from. Another customer asked for sugar and was told they didn’t have any.

No food options that were gluten and lactose free (allergens), so just ordered a caramel mac with soya milk. They asked if this was a preference or an allergy, advised that this is an allergy. I was then advised (for the first time ever) and (barring in mind as someone who has previously worked for starbucks), that they use the same jugs for both dairy and non dairy, expressed my surprise and explained that I've never been advised of this before.... I'm sure QUASA and the other boards won't be impressed with your consideration of health and safety and cross contamination... you would think staff would put 2 and 2 together as for the cold drinks there are 3 separate jugs for Dairy, Non Dairy and Soy.... its the same for hot drinks, one jug for each. Anyway, was not asked what size I would like and no name taken for the order... you're giving Starbucks a bad image. Atmosphere very dull and not very busy given the time is 6-6:30pm. I was going to sit in but after entering, almost instantly decided to take away and sit in my car instead. Not very impressed with this Starbucks..

Does this store get deliveries? I don't think they ever have anything in stock, they're always out of something! Disappointed every time.

Friendly service when we eventually got served at the drive through this Mon morning. Their Google page says that they open at 05-30, they do not, they open at 6am.

Regular taste coffee, huge portions, no napkins on the tables.

Waited ages for a driver to be assigned then received a call from the restaurant saying an item was out of stock. Many items were out of stock so ended up with a completely different drink that we didn’t really want, and that was actually of less value than the item I ordered in the first place. The driver then took 45 minutes to get to our house after picking up the order, looked like he was stationary for most of the time according to the tracking so no idea what he was doing with my drinks. And the drinks were cold on arrival. Spent nearly £15 on two drinks and the service was terrible.
