日本のフードコートのような雰囲気で気軽に利用できるスーパーのカフェというより食堂のような感じ。メニューなどもごくごく普通。引っ越したばかりで自宅で調理できなかった時に利用しました。

Tasted disgusting. 10 25 for a breakfast and a brew. Robbing bar stewards . They don't know how to cook mushrooms. Raw on the plate. Grease on the plate. Absolutely disgusting n an absolute rip off

Good size jacket potatoes. Lovely tuna mayo and nice selection of salad and mayo served on top. Friendly staff and professional.

Awesome all day brunch lots freshly cooked food great hash browns sausages beans set me up for the day having walked to beach and here from Park Deans great barmaid and snooker good. Selection of booze too in bar on same place

10.30am - quiet time, 3 tables and 5 customers including myself. At least 4 staff. An elderly couple had ordered drinks, when they were prepared the member of staff at the service station called the table number, no response and called a second time even though they had spotted the table! The elderly gentleman put his hand up and the staff member said 'your drinks are ready' another customer offered to take the drinks as I was on my way to do the same. I asked why they hadn't taken the drinks to the table as the customer would clearly have struggled, I was told there wasn't a procedure for it 🤔 I pointed out that the procedure should be use your common sense, there wasn't any orders being processed and there weren't busy, almost equal staff to customers, what has happened to customer service 🤨 being trained to think on your feet, read the situation and the customer who's paying your wages comes first.

Had partially given up on this branch as it is dirty and unwelcoming and staff poorly motivated. Since Costa opened a new branch in the top of town, this one has appeared to have been deliberately run down. Today's experience was a new one. Went in at 3.20 pm and the sullen member of staff told me it was takeaways only. When asked why, he said they were closing in 20 minutes. The sign on the door said closing at 4pm, which is very early for a town centre location in any case. Left and went to the warm and friendly coffee and cake shop opposite.

Have not had a Costa coffee for years now and certainly will not be going to another one. Absolutely shocking coffee badly made tasted disgusting .

Después de no haber visitado el Ángel, por casi 10 años, estaba preocupado de que no sería el mismo. Pasamos la mayoría de nuestro tiempo allí, y hacía grandes recuerdos, todos esos años. Sin embargo, parece que el viejo Angel creció justo a tiempo para convertirse en nuestro lugar favorito, todo nuevo!

The coffee was good but the cheese and ham toastie was awful. Neither the cheese nor the ham had any flavour and the bread used was’plastic’.

Lovely staff and amazing service, food is very nice just a bit overpriced, nice little cafe hidden away, me and my sister always go there when in town, almost every month!

Mi crítica está en las fotos. Me quejé y respondieron y me bloquearon. Este lugar en teoría es muy bueno y tiene potencial. Si solo el llamado jefe / propietario tuviera personas, habilidades de gestión y servicio al cliente. Realmente nunca me quejo, pero cuando puedo ver a un gerente comportarse tan atrozmente, ¡no tengo otra opción! ¿Cuándo se darán cuenta estas personas de que los clientes son su medio de vida y que tal vez necesiten ser un poco más amables y profesionales para que la gente regrese?

At times can daunting when visiting a typical local pub but the opposite nice friendly atmosphere. Gardners in Awsworth ... Great value for money at £9 for a Sunday roast it’s what we expected nothing more nothing less. Typical local boozer, friendly bar service and plenty of food on the plate, more than we expected definitely finished me off after the pudding.

USED NEW CAFE TODAY NEVER AGAIN READ ON....... Coffee advertised at 125 yet for two cups of very poor weak coffee I was charged 4 pounds Menu is poor portions are small . Prices are favorable to owners bank balance only. Which judging by cafe users it wont be open long. Why exploit a new customer base...... Corby Council or pool manager has now barred you and your children from eating or drinking in a public run building...Oh yes they have....... Why because either they are stupid or the cafe is doing so poorly....that they need to force you to use it. Thats not a good idea dont youse the cafe on principle and eat and drink until you pop.....

Este lugar no tiene sentido para sus clientes, especialmente para el beneficio de ellos hace. Se tienen que limpiar sus propias tablas, en un ajetreado día tienes que respirar sus clientes compañeros ya que no tiene sistema de aire de circulación. El personal no están capacitados en atención al cliente o higiene y pido al propietario a mirar la grabación de 17 - 12 - 16 en 11. 35 y ver lo que uno de los empleados está haciendo - Manipulación de un perro y luego servir a los clientes. En días ocupados los asientos en el lugar y también estar preparado para oler los aseos ya que abre al lado de asientos y la lista continúa.
