Costa Coffee in North Kesteven

I have to travel in for work every day and so stop off at costa to avoid being bullied by year 9’s. I’ve ordered the same coffee so much now they ask me if I want the usual when I walk in which is absolutely an invasion of my privacy. Maddy and Bonnie talk to me like they’ve known me for years which is, once again, outrageous since I’ve only been coming in daily for 5 months. The decaff black coffee I get is only rivalled in bitterness by Maddy’s jealousy that I get to leave Sleaford every day and she’s usually on close. I’d give this coffee shop 17 thumbs up, don’t know what all these Karen’s are complaining about. Will be a proper hassle to have to drive here to get a coffee every day when I don’t have to get the train anymore, but wouldn’t have it any other way. P.S write Alfie on the Cup from now on

Staff good, place clean, coffee is nice but why have you started to shut at 5pm now. IT's SPRING NEARLY....Some school kids needed a safe place to wait for there buses in here and buy hot chocolate and it's the only coffee house open. I really needed you till be open till 5.30pm or 6pm but now you close at 5pm.... Rubbish. Sleaford is hopeless.

My wife and I have been customers of Costa Coffee for many years, mainly in Kent and the London area before moving to Lincolnshire. Our local store, Sleaford, has been sub standard for some time in my view. The coffee is never made the same by various baristas, and the quality of some of the toasted sandwiches is poor. The bread is stodgy inside once it has been in the toaster. For a big chain such as this, I would have expected more from Costa. We have already started using another coffee shop when we visit Lincoln.

Just visited costa coffee, whilst in the queue for coffee I saw two flys in the cake cabinet one on the raspberry and coconut tart and one on the chocolate muffin, I told the young lad assistant and he just said ,” it’s an open cabinet it happens “ and he basically shrugged his shoulders and just carried on serving, they should not be on sale without being covered from flys The whole place needs a clean up, tables not cleared and mess on the floor.

Typical American bar. Cheap, uncomfortable furniture, huge windows through which you can see those who have plenty of money. Looks like the staff are poorly paid, as they can't even afford a smile. If course there is also the massive price of everything in the cafe. As I am sure you can tell, I am not a fan.

I do like Costa as they got nice coffee. However you would expect nice presentation from coffee place like this. I work in restaurant and I can definitely say our coffee presentation is much much better.

I like the service here. They half price some of their sandwiches and cakes so you can get a bargain in the late afternoon. They are open till 7. Drinks are always high quality. You can collect Costa points on a card, for free drinks etc. You can people watch as it is on the corner, and gives a good view of the street.

Driving through Sleaford on our way to Lincoln, stopped for a comfort break,had a lovely latte, staff friendly and helpful,spent half an hour watching the world go by.

We stopped at this coffee house for a quick drink. On arrival we struggled to find a clean table so set about cleaning one ourselves. Once we were seated a couple of use went to get our drinks. We got weak cappuccino a latte in a coffee cup and cold hot chocolate. Costa advertise and charge premium prices we could have got better out of a flask. This shop could be brilliant if they sorted out training and clean the loos more often. When we left we were told by a local that they never go in there as there is a much better coffee shop just around the corner I think that they might be a better option next time.

Stopped for a restuartive coffee, the cappuccinos are good though on the.large side, not a great selection of breakfast pastries, would like to see more croissants and Danish pastries, but the coffee is worth it.

First visit to Costa Sleaford and it was a real joy. Monday afternoon so not too busy but service was fast and very pleasant, and we enjoyed 'people watching' from comfy window seats.

I met a friend here and we had a good catch up. The shop was really and the staff worked hard to keep up with the demand. Sat in the window and all was calm and relaxed on this crisp Saturday morning. Skinny Latte x 2, Caramel Latte and Cappuccino. Next time will indulge in the cakes - resisted the temptation this time.

The food and coffee is always reasonable in all Costa's. However, I sometimes think this branch needs a good clean to make it more inviting.

Fuimos a costa sleaford actuales para una limonada de color melocotón. Después de una experiencia anterior de mi bebida no estar a mi gusto. Decidí intentar de nuevo. El gerente estaba más que dispuesto a atenderme e incluso hizo que mi copa se presentó como una clase de barista mundo. excelente ambiente y el personal está más que dispuesto a pararse y charlar con usted cuando no hay mucha gente y hacer su café. Recomendaría este Costa como lo harán sus peticiones especiales que tienen.

Para un domingo absolutamente agitada, pero personal aún logrado mantener en la cima de todo y especialmente mantener las mesas limpias! Normalmente la limpieza de mesas y sillas por todas partes parece ser un problema en estos días, pero sobresaliente al personal por todo el paquete. Sin duda será nuestra cafetería normal cuando en Sleaford.

Called in for coffee while visiting Sleaford. Everything you would expect from a Costa ! Really nice coffee, and ok service.

Todo el personal es increíble y amable no podría ser mejor que trabajan muy duro y que realmente bocado sus lenguas como algunos clientes son tan, pero tan grosero y atrapados! Actúan como en Harrods tomar té de tarde! Hay gente de empuñadura es sólo una tienda de café y no le pijo!!

El olor a humedad es insoportable tan pronto como entras por la puerta. He estado en otras Costas y sí tienes que esperar en la cola por un tiempo, pero éste es más que divertido.Cuando finalmente te sirven tratando de encontrar una mesa que es claro o limpio es casi imposible.Las sillas son asquerosa y las mesas suelta. Luego viene la limpieza de las cucharas los platillos las tazas ... ¡oh mi palabra. De ahora en adelante, se mantendrá en el Silver Spoon está a pocos minutos a pie de aquí, no te sirven en segundos el lugar es impecable y el café incluso mejor ... tomar te aconsejo que lo mismo

All the staff are fantastic ! Very welcoming and attentive which i can imagine is hard considering a lot of customers are so rude ! Well done to all the team you do a fab job 😀

Average really. Tables were left covered with the previous customers cups/saucers for a long time. Every single table I sat at had a wobbly leg, meaning it was very easy to spill my drink.

Having been disappointed with other Costa's I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff. The coffee was excellent and the blueberry muffins were delicious. A nice clean and welcoming venue.
