Costa Coffee in Corby

Always enjoy my coffee in here, but one niggle is that they don't have white toast only seeded. Have been to various Costa and they always have white bread. A bit odd.

The staff here are always helpful and friendly even during busy periods. The food is always good. The cleanliness is good.

Superb team that work very well delivering superb service. The atmosphere was great and the problem that arose was swiftly resolved.

Service is ok and non vegan food is good, however they rarely have any vegan food and it's getting less than less and on my last (as of writing) visit the only option was cakes, no actual food options at all. Coffee is good however. The place was not clean with multiple tables covered in empty cups and rubbish. It's currently 11am and quiet in the place so not as if it's busy (though they might be short staffed, I don't know). Overall, not great.

I always find the staff to be generally happy, always reading your order back to you to make sure they have it correct. The coffee always tastes great. At busier times (such as weekends) you can understand delays, the staff ALWAYS do their best to accommodate each customer and any special requirements they may have, even when they do have staff shortages.

Me and my husband went in to get a coffee and when we got in there, their was 2 customers in front of us in the que and thought it won't take too long. 15 minutes later we still weren't served. We saw the 2 staff that were on were doing a click and collect aswell as the other 2 people in the ques order. I got to the front of the que and still was waiting for them to take my order. In the end I walked off and the woman said I will serve you now but after over 15 minutes I lost my patience. I don't think you should have to wait that long with the amount of people in front of you 2 customers and 2 staff working!! Also there was no apology for waiting and seemed like we were ignored.

The manager was SO rude, no respect for customers and when I asked about the points system on the app she was very snappy!! Won’t be going here again…

Staff unwelcoming and dismissive. I don’t think they want to be at work after furlough! Tray was very dirty, needed a good clean. I hope they find their mojo again because this used to be a lovely place to have a coffee in Corby.

I am a regular customer at Costa Corby (for many years) and I’ve had nothing but exceptional customer service. The staff (especially Cory) are very friendly and always seem pleased to see their customers. It was very sad to see today selfish, self - centered customers giving the staff abuse when they are politely asked for covid compliance. They are always busy which speaks volumes and don't deserve that kind of treatment. I hope the management thank them personally as they all definitely deserve it !!!!!!! Thank you Cory and the team for doing an excellent job throughout these difficult times !

Corby Costa used to be a friendly place to enjoy a coffee, sadly this has changed. The manager is rude and regularly shouts at customers.Usually when we go in we are told (shouted at) that understandably only one person can stand at the counter. Today, my elderly mum popped in to see if there was any seats. The manager rudely hollered at my elderly mum telling her not to get a seat because there was other people in the queue. So which rule are we supposed to follow when one condraticts the other?We left and went to Bewiched where we saw a man who we often meet in Costa. He told my mum he no longer visits Costa as the manager once asked, "can you not count?". Apparently it was his job, not the staff's, to check whether there was 25 people in the store or not.Not only has the service gone downhill but so has the level of cleanliness. Tables are rarely cleaned and often filled with dirty cups and plates. Recently I visited 20 minutes after opening and found there was no soap or handsanitiser. Surely during a global pandemic cleanliness should be of greater importance?My family used to spend a lot of money each week in this Costa, we won't be back!

Since the last manager changed, this place has gone downhill. I used to go in with my baby but now they stopped serving tea cakes, croissants or toast (everything a breastfeeding mum and toddler need!) and kept getting my order wrong/ making babycino scalding hot so I haven’t been back. I hope they make some changes soon, I miss going.

On a recent visit to Costa. The toilets were in a terrible state , very unclean , no soap or toilet roll in the dispenser

This coffee shop has a great selection of coffees from basic Americans to flavoured lattes etc. On entering the shop you are met with an extremely tempting array of cakes and light bites, very hard to resist. The entrance in front of the main counter is a little snug but opens up to a decent sized seating area beyond. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze for a pushchair though, but well worth a visit to have a coffee and a cake with a friend or a mum and daughter shopping stop!!

When my wife spends an age clothes shopping, a quick trip to costa helps me keep going. Great service and even better latte.

Small Costa venue. I ordered a Mocha. Love the coffee, but disappointed that I didn’t get the nice chocolate powder decor on top. The chocolate was just sprinkled Costa is always rather pricey. They had a small selection of cakes

We popped in on a late Saturday afternoon after a shopping trip. It took a long time to get served but we found a seat in the window. We both enjoyed our coffee and had a catch up.

I went to costa today to use my £15 pound voucher and they told me they don't accept the voucher at this branch even tho the voucher had a costa symbol on it. i asked them why and they said they don't accept this voucher at corby costa. Which i don't think is correct.

Food and drink at Costa is much the same anywhere. However this place has a very tired feel. The decor is dark and crockery is often left on tables for a long time before they are cleared. Not a particularly pleasant place to relax.

The service has changed and the the way the latte is made. I had just warmed up milk and added coffee. That’s not a latte at all. There were no effort made to make a proper latte. Costa latte from machines is 10 times better than here made by so called “barista”

Nice friendly staff, enjoyed my 3 mint tea. Visited with my friend who ordered a scone with clotted cream and jam. They didn’t have clotted cream and never mentioned it until we asked, oh we don’t have that sorry!

Went for quick lunch. The shop is a strange shaped building with 2 floors. The counter is straight ahead as you walk in.The young lady who served us was very friendly and professional. All products we wanted were available.The sandwiches took a bit longer than should've but they were busy.

Toilets are mingin. Really disappointed 😞 not pleasant at all. Food was ok, service mediocre .bewitched is much better wish we had gone there instead

The queue in here was so slow, and no apparent reason why as there was lots of people behind the counter, which incidentally, was filthy. I'm not talking just a busy shifts worth of dirt, but crusted on dirt. The coffee tasted burnt, I assume the water was too hot for the beans

Escaped being dragged around Primark and went for a coffee.

The staff at the Corby store are excellent, however, there is constantly issues with their equipment and the building. Today, neither the disabled or upstairs toilets were open/working. Today one grill was out of order therefore we were told it would be a 16 minute wait for a toastie, no wonder they had a huge amount of items reduced in price by 50%! On several occassions the drinks have been served in paper plates because their dishwasher is broken. We are constantly told that they are waiting for a plumber to fix the toilets and the store often has leaks/flooding. I really feel sorry for the staff who have to face the customers when the owner clearly isn't prepared to spend money on the building or equipment.

We visit Costa in Corby regularly with family, and the staff are always approachable and friendly. However they constantly feel the need to apologise for the faulty equipment and for the toilets which are frequently out of order. I have watched very disabled customers trying to negotiate stairs to go to the upstairs toilet. Today when we visited only one grill was working and we were told that there would be a 15 minute wait for our sandwiches and panetones to be toasted. Our granddaughter who is 9 years old needed the toilet and BOTH were out of order. Surely the coffee shop should have been closed.

All credit to the staff at the Costa. I sporadically visit this coffee shop as it means I can get a hot drink while feeding my 8 week old baby. Each time I have visited whilst heavily pregnant & with my newborn the staff have spotted that I have my hands full and have offered (without prompting) to bring my drink over for me. This simple gesture goes a long way when you are already juggling and putting yourself last. Well done, excellent customer service!

Visited today , my coffee tasted burned and bitter , asked for a new one , tastes exactly the same . Has happened a few times and the service is pretty slow and smile-less , going to start using bewitched instead

I've come into this costa every week for the past few months and have always received excellent customer service even during busy periods. The tea and coffee is decent, and the toasties are always fab.

When you go to a Costa coffee house you go knowing that there coffee is not good value and the cakes cost a fortune ,you wait in a long line to get serverd

Costa is one of the best coffee chains in UK and in Corby you can also taste all delicious coffees prepared in Costa. Good service and coffee makes me wanna come back there again and again

I love the coffee however this cafe is always very busy so if you are in a hurry you may have to wait but it is worth it Good choice of snacks and cakes The coffee is alwys good

Ser un empleado anterior, costa puedo entender que a veces hay períodos de mucho y puede ser estresante. Sin embargo, esta Costa me astounds. Usted esperaría que en un ajetreado periodo tales como fiebre del mediodía un sábado por la tarde en el medio de Diciembre que la tienda utilizaría todos los recursos posibles al servicio de alta velocidad.

Overpriced drinks, the coffee quality and taste are very poor. Also the muffins and cookies are rock hard, tasteless so definitely not fresh. Pointless place, the space should be turned into something else.

Good coffee, as usual at Costa. And we tried the new Gingerbread muffins, which were excellent - highly recmmended.

Mientras que normalmente no tengo más que alabanzas para Costa, esta mañana fue horrible. Esperé afuera con el perro mientras mi marido fue a conseguir nuestro café. La cola era casi por la puerta, pero después de esperar casi 20 minutos, fui a comprobar qué estaba sucediendo, y encontramos que aunque habia pagado por nuestras bebidas, todavía no había sido hecho.

staff are friendly and helpful drinks are overpriced as is the snacks but they are nice and a little treat. I often find it very cold in here they seem have ar con on most the year - regards access an automatic door should be put in place doors hard and heavy for carerss of disabled users.

I like Costa Coffee houses a lot great coffee and nice selection of treats

This is the best coffee shop in corby. I go here at least twice a week. They are very polite and helpful. They have a big selection of hot and cold drinks. They also do a selection of food.

As far as I am concerned this is the worlds best coffee. Delicious desserts too A little expensive, but the coffee is worth it

Quality of food and drinks is same as in the other branches. Staff in unbelievably slow. There is always at least 4 staff and you need to wait 30 minutes to be served at the lunch time.

Como un cliente habitual en Costa nunca estoy decepcionado con la comida ni con su servicio. El personal es siempre amable y servirle de manera oportuna. Cualquier comida caliente se sirve siempre caliente y sabe muy bien. La selección de tartas varía y cambia, lo cual es fantástico, ya que añade mucha variedad.

Como una gran corporación esta Costa en Corby no está demasiado mal.

Like all other Costa's I've been to, coffee good and at reasonable price, staff ok, but seemed fed up. Not the best advert for this national chain.

Costa ganancias mucho de la zona de negocios de la reputación y posición. Las bebidas son de la media y la comida es cara. Siempre hay un largo, lenta cola conmovedora en hora punta (sábados por la mañana son un ejemplo clásico). Hay un montón de opciones de asientos - arriba y abajo, y te dan una mejor vista del mundo exterior que en algunas de las otras casas de café.

El personal es amable, muy limpio, bebidas bien. cola estaba a la puerta, así que casi caminamos lejos pero pronto se desplazan y yo estaba en el recibo en ningún momento. Pedir, bebida estaba en mis manos a un minuto y medio.

He estado en muchos costa restaurantes, kettering, Londres, Leicester, birmingham (te dan el punto) y muchos de algunos son iguales, restaurantes bog-estándar. Pero la verdad es que creo que Corby Costa es diferente. La decoración es refrescante y modernas y el personal es muy amable. Dicho siempre bienvenida una preciosa sonrisa y siempre adiós.

Costa Coffee es Costa Coffee! La mayoría de la gente sabe qué esperar cuando quieren ir a una Costa; el menú es prácticamente igual dondequiera que visitar uno de sus tiendas de café.
