Staff very helpful and friendly.

The staff were all incredibly rude and blatantly laughing at people who were quite unwell. They weren't even trying to hide it. The girl on the till in particular was still laughing when serving us. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people who are in hospital and clearly not very well. If you are going to hire people to work here they should definitely be trained in sensitivity and tact.

Awful drinks, this place has benches and tables along the front which cannot be used unless you purchase so we went for coffee - they do not serve decaf! A coffee place without decaf in 2024! Hot coffee and coffee was £5.80, they had no lids, no extras offered on the hot chocolate. Go along the parade to Butlins for a lovely hot choc, with extras for less and benches a plenty with a friendly service plus you even get a biscuit. Bibby's felt unwelcoming, poor on service and customer needs. Only the front counter looked open and the prices were insane for a coastal basic snack bar. Not going back, there was horrible grain in the bottom of the cup which didn't even look like chocolate 😕 I threw it away and went to sit on the wall. Needs to up its game for 2025 and be appealing as the competition is much better.

We sat down to eat at 3pm. Staff had already begun cleaning up in preparation for closing. There were still people eating as they stacked chairs, wiped tables, sweeping and mopping floors around us. Not impressed as closing time is meant to be 4pm.

Got to be the worst cafe anywhere, disgusting ( microwaved) dried up hard cheapo burger but even worse sweet potato fries that were a soggy like warm affair with uncooked bits, couldn't eat them, hot drinks were luke warm and the worst bit flies everywhere, in November!!! Dirty grimy place

Absolutely awful service. Beyond rude staff. The main server was the most impatient girl I feel I’ve ever come across. She got my order wrong, as I asked for an iced latte. I was given a hot one and let her know it was wrong. No apology, just a roll of the eyes. The barista was shouting at them all and she also definitely was the most patient of people. I was eventually served it in completely the wrong cup and then it was just plonked on the side. No acknowledgment towards me at all. I feel they need to employ staff that actually like people. Their current staff clearly don’t!

Its location in the middle of warehouses in an industrial area makes it far from residential areas but the trip is worth it. And the number of customers who filed it late afternoon and a weekday attested to its attractiveness. I had the hot chocolate with chilli and it was a hit! And left with a box of “Serious Dark Fix” after being registered in their customer loyalty program. An experience worth repeating

Shocking place to have food last time I ordered from here I had under cooked bacon I thought today 22/04/24 I'd give it another go and I wish I didn't bother me and the Mrs had burger and chips half way eating my burger found hair wrapped around my burger taken it back to the lady at the checkout and told her what I had found she was very apologetic and I had a full refund but clearly the igene is not up to standard here

This is my local sainsburys store. Very convenient for shopping, however if I attend there at the end of a shopping trip at the retail park, I dread the thought of having to use the Ladies restroom. If I am really desperate and needs must, I have to ensure I have my own tissue due to the paper roll dispensers regularly being detached from the wall, with the paper roll often on the lower side near the floor. Toilets are often filthy with discarded paper etc on the floor. Hand dryer is often out off order. Why is there not a paper towel dispenser for hand drying as in other stores ? Its sickening to see wet disintegrated toilet paper on the side of the sink !!! Even chewing gum in the sink......... WHY ARE THE TOILETS NOT MAINTAINED AND CHECKED HOURLY LIKE IN OTHER SUPERMARKETS and Establishments!!! REPAIR YOUR TOILET TISSUE HOLDERS So paper is stored safely. MOP THE FLOORS REGULARLY!!! PUT A PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER ON THE WALL For hand drying AND FILL IT!!! This toilet is a potential Public Health, Public safety and Hygiene Risk. Paper tissue not stored appropriately could cause Urinary infection!!! This has been an ongoing issue at Kingsway for years.... Why ??? I now take a detour out of my way and go to another Sainsburys Store where the standards are way way higher. I can tolerate odd visits where the facilities aren't but its been EVERY TIME I've needed to use that restroom Come On Kingsway Housekeeping Management and maintenance. If I Don't feel safe and clean in your Restroom, I don't feel comfortable in your store. Ironically and socially I judge a Restaurant not just by their food and the ambience of the main eating areas, I judge it by how hygienic and maintained the restrooms are....

The bartenders are absolutely disgusting they’re so rude when asking what do you want didn’t feel very welcome in this pub would not recommend this pub at all

Can't do any of the kids eat for £1 Dirty tables Can't have a straw we have none Can't do hot drinks The machines broken Funny ... the asda cafe is in asda... one of rhe biggest supermarket chains in England! I wonder where they can go to buy straws? tea bags? Coffee sachets or instant? A kettle? Not really hard is it? The amount of business you've lost and a tonne of bad reviews on the way no doubt! How to further ruin the already bad reputation you have

If you pay with card/contact less please check first the amount what you have to pay. Service ladie dropped 5 times more amount and later when I come back for sorted that she's said "it's closed". Yes it's closed at 2pm when behind me sitting some people and eating. This is discusting practic to trying scam customer. The food are amazing, any time fresh and tasty.

We always go every week. And have done for some time. But the cake portions have become pitiful and for the money it’s quite disgusting the size of cake you get now. It’s frozen cake and it used to be a good size and nice for a treat. The staff aren’t always that friendly and if you ask for your drink extra hot. It’s hit or miss whether this happens So because of this I feel the need to review the cafe as we are now going elsewhere where and it’s a shame because we like it in there. The staff say the portion sizes of the cake are pre cut when it comes. (Frozen) but I’ve been going here for years and I know that they’ve made them smaller and the prices higher.

Fast efficient services Traditional Breakfast on the table in 5 minutes. Vegetarian options available. Sat awaiting our coach which arrived outside.
