Its location in the middle of warehouses in an industrial area makes it far from residential areas but the trip is worth it. And the number of customers who filed it late afternoon and a weekday attested to its attractiveness. I had the hot chocolate with chilli and it was a hit! And left with a box of “Serious Dark Fix” after being registered in their customer loyalty program. An experience worth repeating

Just a factory outlet shop next to the factory itself which is on an industrial estate. Plenty of free parking but the shop itself didn’t have much that was cheaper than on an ordinary shop or the Hotel Chocolat app. Some short dated boxes of chocolates and I did buy 4 slabs for a bit less (£14) than the usual 3 slabs for £15. It’s a shame that you can’t do a tour of the factory but we were lucky in as much as we were visiting family nearby so it wasn’t out of our way. I’ll probably pop in again next time we’re in the area but certainly wouldn’t go out of my way to visit the shop.

I visited the Hotel Chocolat distributor shop expecting to find some good bargains, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. This isn’t a factory shop, just a regular shop at the distributor. I thought there might be a few deals here and there, but the only items reduced were coffee and chocolate, and even then, only if you have a membership card. It feels like they’re simply taking advantage of their location by the M1, rather than offering any real discounts. Overall, quite a letdown if you’re hoping for a bargain.

Same price as local stores, only a couple of discounted items, don't waste your time going out of your way to visit. They have the same stock

Not factory shop ! Just a shop at the distributor. Disappointing as thought the odd bargain may be had. Coffee and chocolate reduced if you have a membership card. Think they are just taking advantage of the M1 location.

Amazing pub.amazing staff but only one problem that Ann new barstaff. Small with black hair. Nothing but trouble. Saturday she kept ignoring me when I wanted a drink or asked for change for the pool table. She used to work at jekly and hyde but was sacked from there due to her lies.and trouble. Now she brings it to a new place. Not very professional. She needs to get over herself she gets paid to serve customers so she should be professional and do it. The manager is a amazing and lovely lady I hope under the circumstances I can change my review and get the service I am paying for. But other then that thanks for the night well worth going.

Service always excellent, thanks to Yaz and Matthew. Food was delicious, I went for the Chorizo & Jalapeño stack burger & apple pie afterwards.

– Cup Recycling: A Noble Effort, But at What Cost? I appreciate the idea of recycling my cup—truly, I do. But the emotional turmoil I endured during the process was all too much. First, I approached the bin, only to be faced with three different holes labeled with symbols that might as well have been ancient runes. Do I put the lid in with the cup? What about the sleeve? I hesitated, staring into the abyss. People behind me sighed. A child pointed and laughed. Flustered, I panicked and shoved everything into one slot, only to hear a judgmental clunk. A barista appeared out of nowhere, shaking their head in disappointment. I had failed. The guilt lingers. I wake up at night, haunted by the sound of incorrectly recycled cardboard.

I look forward to meeting friends for a coffee at Weston Favell for a catch up and am never disappointed with service received from Wendy. As always, she is very efficient taking our orders, tempting us with the delicious cakes and friendly banter. Well done Costa
