Very nice coffee, the place is warm.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a café. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of respect and customer service. From the moment I walked in, it was clear they didn’t care about providing a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was unfriendly, and my requests were either ignored or met with attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and would give zero stars if I could. Truly a disappointing and frustrating experience.

I am a food vlogger in instagram i got more than 30 thousand followers in instagram and 80 thousand in youtube i ate food from different restaurants and cafe from different countries but from here i got the worst experience in customer service in my entire life. on last tuesday i had faced worst customer service from on of your staffs. She shouldnt behave like that to a customer. I am giving minus star for customer service.

Why close the toilet before the store closes.

I had a cookie with a mango, passion fruit coolay. It was the most best drink and cookie I have ever had. 🍪❤️😗😜😍😁😁❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💕🤍🤎🖤💯.loved it.

I love Costa Coffee's laid-back atmosphere. It's my go-to spot to unwind and catch up on a book or work.

Nice little Costa coffee. Staff very polite and helpful, service very fast. Comfortable tables and chairs. Even though it was busy it was still comfortable. Tables cleared well. Nice outside chairs too. 10/10 for a Costa!

Arrogant behavior of the baristas,disrespectful and raising her arrogant voice when she asked if I wanted chocolate with my coffee:-( She's didn't say good morning, not even words like thank you and welcome! Shame on Costa, the staff is nice everywhere else!👍 (if it was open so early in the morning elsewhere, I won't go here,before I going to work). The staff is obviously not interested in customer service😁 I gave this place a chance 3 times, but always the same behavior.. (learn behave, we are in the Uk..) The croissant was not even a bit fresh:-(

Having hearing loss and using hearing aids the place was a little noisy for me to really concentrate on my meeting. Being in a wheelchair I wasn't able to move to a quieter area. It wasn't really that busy time either. The drinks were really nice maybe the best think is to find another premise a little out of town maybe that will be better.

Coffee ok, but the place was filthy! Tables dirty, nobody clearing up. I expect the place to be clean when paying £7 for two coffees!

Overall can't beat Costa Coffee at any branch. Coffee is always hot and good taste and everything else is a bonus. The main woman who serves is extremely pleasant and happy 5* The shop is situated on a area which is good for people watching very entertaining.

Good clean standard Costa, chained yes but you still get your caffeine’s dosage needs.

This is for Costa at Tesco store. Sign saying due to staff shortages only serving take away, but people were sitting down. The person who served us was too busy looking at friends photos on her phone and talking rather than paying attention. Another member of staff asked a lady to leave and was extremely rude about it!

An excellent Costa outlet with well mannered baristas and fast service. The coffee was a bit Luke warm rather than hot though!

Excellent customer service, excellent food and the hard working ladies are always so lovely especially Aneta which I always have a positive experience with. She makes my drink the way I like it and always remembers my order which makes me feel special haha.

Great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, I come to this Costa every morning and Michelle and Aneta are two lovely ladies who are very helpful always bring my food to the table so I don’t have to wait and always handle stress well even if there is a queue. The drinks are really nice and service is quick.

Excellent food. Terrible cappuccino (very commercial coffee). Poor service. Laptop (macAir) couldn't connect to WiFi. Staff said it should be automatic but weren't willing to help when I couldn't connect as they're very busy. No point in going back if I can't sit and get some work done on laptop

The town centre was in utter chaos today due to a bombscare. The girls in there did an AMAZING job serving us all and it was VERY busy! Just wanted to say a big thank you for how well you managed and for keeping all us retail workers spirits up!

Everything is very delicious, the staff is friendly and concerned, but the toilet was very bad, I couldn't use it.

Not the best, but I think I'm spoilt by independent coffee shops in Northampton, frappe wasn't blended, just came with big chunks of Ice, café Nero used to ask if you wanted it blended, when we asked we were greeted with a blank look 😂

Brilliant staff very efficient even though it was really busy. Very friendly, food was lovely. Really important too, the toilet was very clean!

1 is too high for this dump. if you question why your order is wrong or request anything specific they get bloody rude and not welcoming at all. ruined our experience and destroyed our expectations. really wish they were better trained. it’s only this branch that is so rubbish. she said she was the manager and hid her name tag looked like mera lina. really not fit for the job disgrace to costa

2.45pm ordered Cappuccino, noticed a t/a cup being prepared so asked for a proper cup. I was told they were closing soon so only providing t/a cups. When I asked what time they closed, I was told 5pm!! WT*. Tables were uncleared, customers having to clear them themselves. 3.55pm customers waiting to be served, no staff out front. Very poor service, won't be going there again

Absolutely useless in this store I am a Costa member so I get rewards I had a pound offer the other day I told the lady I had the voucher to redeem a pound so instead she took my free drinks off me I always finding this store staff never listens to what you are I also asked for a white millionaire shortbread which was on Cheshire gave me the normal caramel one at double the price what I wanted not realising the mistake until it was too late to go back also I was standing in a queue and a bloke jump to the front of the queue when me and another lady confronted the staff she said he's deliveroo without being disrespectful the customers are paying your the delivery driver should have waited until the lady in front of me was served it's very poor customer services in this store I have no other problems with any of the Costa I go in

Came with my 10 year old to have some mum n daughter time in town. A guy took Order, we paid and ask lady in 2’nd counter if we wait her or take a seat. We were advised to take a seat. We took a seat n after few mins this guy who took order came looking for us and put tary on table rudely and left saying he was calling us so many times. We didn’t hear anything, there wasn’t any bell or call System where customers know if their food is ready to collect. Very rude. Kind of spoiled our day

I've ordered by the app for collection.... waited for a while in store for girl to even realize there's an order to be made. Luckily I wasn't in a rush. She was very polite and apologetic.

Really long queues the Costa in the Grosvenor Centre is better run.

Sub standard,hot chocolate Luke warm,ordered the Black Forest hot chocolate looked nothing like the advertisement for it!! Served in a cardboard cup as no glasses due to dishwasher broken,toilets out of order,tea cake over cooked burnt on the bottom.not a good Costa

Ordered Costa from Deliveroo. The panini and flap jack were not delivered. Tried to call them, twice, no answer. Yet, I still have to pay Deliveroo £3.99 for delivery and wait up to 10 days for a refund!!! It's really simple, I ordered 3 things, please deliver 3 things. I'm not ordering from this Costa again - I doubt management will even read this. I am so pi**ed off. Edit - Stupidly ordered on the 10th November. Again they didn't send the panini. They just sent the 2 coffee's. So, I've paid £2.99 plus Deliveroo's service fee for 2 coffee's. They don't pick up their phone either. It's just lazy service. They could have called me and asked me if I wanted a different panini. Now, I have to wait 10 days for a refund. I'm never ordering again ever!!! They don't care about their customers. I was charged in total £15.12 for 2 coffees and have to wait 10 days for some sort of refund. Rubbish.

Ive ben there Just today on3rdoctober 2021 before i checked online opening Times showed me 8am on the door as well showed 8am but one lady was inside (staff) she told me very ruud "Not we not open at 8 Just 9am cause i came to work right now and i have to set up all caffe shop to open 😵😵😵😵lovelly sunday morning but not for evryone hope some Can do something or maybe Just open from 12 o lock so staff Can sleep longer

Orders from Ubereats they did not sent full order but charged me for full order. No one from Costa or Ubereats picking up my complaint nor giving me refund. Be careful if you order through Ubereats

I order inside and I can drink my cofee outside on a table that are cleaning after every client and I fel safe. I enjoy the Best coffee.

Charged £1.50 for two slices of toast and had to pay 50p for the butter to put on it!!! Asked twice for a spoon to stir my coffee, was not asked if I wanted sugar (would probably be charged for that to) will certainly tell friends to avoid the place

I couldn't see if something was suitable for my dietary requirements so staff looked it up for me

Good, quick service. The shop is following current restrictions well and has both NHS Track and Trace and Costa Track and Trace posters available. The hand sanitiser is the cheap and sticky kind, but toilets are available with soap on the ground and first floor.

Costa coffee is always good however, with the current pandemic going on there were way too many people being served without face masks and nothing was being said. It makes it hard to enjoy your lunch.
