Called for a breakfast and the cafe was dirty items on the floor not swept up tables left covered in dirty plates .when staff brought food out they just returned empty handed and left tables wit used plates previous customers had left . I walked round the cafe twice to find a clean table .whilst my wife ordered .I should of walked out .

Just had the worst breakfast of my life. I'm pretty sure the sausage was dead before it went in the fryer but it certainly was when it came out. Everything was over done especially the egg. I won't be going back

It's impossible to shop in peace in Morrison's Chapel-en-le-Frith as they play piped pop music drivel at an intolerably loud level. I find it far too difficult to concentrate on selecting items, usually leave with a headache, and suffer dreadfully from "ear-worms" for hours, sometimes days, afterwards. It's inhuman. I've had to suffer over ten years of noisy hell shopping there, as it happens to be my local store. I've raised the issue countless times but the staff have a couldn't-care-less attitude. Also, do please be vigilant at the check-out, as in my experience reduced items often go through at full price. When I complained about this I was told they don't have the staff to check the offers are as they should be. It's a shambles really.

All my life, I have lived in Chapel, and have always been going to Morrisons. I have been there for the past 3 refurbishments and it looks better after each one. In primary, my dad would take me and my sister to the cafe whenever we got a gold (yes primary was that cringy). This was a highlight of my childhood as I simply loved the food, and still do to this day. The food is easily found, with staff always around to help if you cannot find anything specific. I strongly disagree with anyone who does not enjoy their time. And anyway, if you have a complaint, you can always email or call customer service. They do listen. If anyone has any questions about Morrisons, I will happily answer them.

It is a comfortable, friendly and easygoing place to call for a cup of coffee/tea and a cake. We'd picked up the leaflet which guided you on a walk around the town and we started here with a cuppa - good.

Having just come off Gold DofE with a coach delayed 4 hours, we camped out here. Decent Food, lovely people and cheap enough for school kids!

Last year we had a very disappointing meal here. However it’s undergone a refurb and improved no end! The breakfasts are great and nothing is too much trouble if you need to amend it . Friendly staff and nice decor and great prices . Five stars . Well done .

Went to the cafe for breakfast. Ordered a small english with black pudding. When it arrived, it looked ok. However, it was the most awful breakfast i had ever had in my entire life. Dried out wasnt the word. The bacon was overcooked, the sausages well overdone. The black pudding was aptly named, it looked like it would of done better as a puck for an ice hockey game. The fried egg was greasy. The only nice things on the plate was the toast and the hash brown, oh and the beans as they were in a seperate pot. Will not have breakfast there again.

Menu has changed. Staff don't know what they are serving and how. Table was dirty had to ask for cloth to clean it. Ordered food 4 breakfasts, each one was missing items. 3 out of 4 mugs were either dirty or cracked. By the time the orders were sorted the food was cold. Not be bothering again.

Made a whimsical visit to this rather shabby provisions emporium. Both my partner and I, ordered the poached eggs with smashed avocado. The order took over 25 minutes to arrive, despite only 2 diners present. We were eventually told that the avocado was too hard to serve, so I opted for beans as a substitute, and my partner , bacon, specifically, with no fat. When it finally arrived, my poached eggs were hard boiled, my partner's bacon was dripping with fat, and she had butter on her toast, despite asking for none. I will not be visiting this grotty little hovel ever again.

Morrisons is good no nosense food. Mr Morrison was originally a farmer all his food is properly sourced When we had the horse meat scandal Morrisons was one of only 2 supermarkets who didn't have any horsemeat in any of their products. The staff at Chapel are lovely toilets are clean and cafe

Good breakfasts and hot meals throughout the day but nothing special. Value for money though and worth a visit

We use Morrisons in Chapel weekly. Never had any problems, always stocked up on everything. Staff always seem polite and helpful. Will carry on to use as our regular.

Ive eaten breakfast here a few times before going out walking or cycling. Its a morrisons cafe the food is ok and its well priced for what you get.Perfect before a days walking or cycling

As I’m here visiting family I’m over from Ireland I had a breakfast there was more grease on my plate than in the pan I had to soak all the grease up with paper it was disgusting the staff are so lazy plates and cups all over the tables no tables cleaned what a disgrace for a leading supermarket like Morrison’s I blame the manger the staff have no idea what they are doing

Myself & my partner went to the cafe at Morrisons on a bit of a wing & prayer.

Have used this branch for years and always had decent if not excellent food.

Obviously being on a self catering farm let we had to forage for food. Having prepared before our our trip with numerous postcodes we easily found the Morrisons. Did what we believed it should. Supplied us with everything we needed. Fortunately we only needed to visit twice during the week but not the fault of the store at all!!!

Creo que sería un largo camino, para llegar pescado y patatas, y tostadas, Morrison son realmente buenas en estos, pero el personal que quiero comentar, porque ellos siempre la milla extra para usted, son muy agradables, sonreír, hacer contacto visual con usted. No puedo criticar, espero que son apreciadas por el equipo directivo. De mí gracias por siempre mis visitas a un supermercado completo menos estrés

Encontramos este café por accidente mientras esté visitando una atracción local y puedo decir honestamente que el personal y la comida son muy buenos. Tenía una risa y broma con la chica en el hasta que es tan raro estos días normalmente están ocupados por este. La comida del desayuno y la comida estaba caliente y apetecible y entregado con una sonrisa.

We like this cafe and it's much better than the Morrisons cafe where we live. Well run and food always available . Never seems busy when we go but we always have a nice meal here.

Parado aquí para un bocado rápido para comer, la comida estaba bien, pero era la pizza de niños, estoy casi seguro, una mini ciudad de Chicago Pizza molde. Todo lo demás estaba bien.

went to this branch of morrisons cafe for a change and the manager from the buxton branch had been transferred was a lovely surprise to see her as shes a very friendly young lady who likes to get the job done, she works very quickly and has a wonderful attitude to her work which she seem to enjoy, only been to this cafe a few times before and never thought much of it regarding staff but it seems to have improved since my last visit so the manager must be doing a good job, decided that ill be frequenting chapel cafe on a sunday now for my breakfast, well done to the young lady who is managing it

Two visits, 12 months apart, both bad experiences in restaurant.Under microwaved jacket potato (both occasions). Other meal was salmon with new potatoes. Salmon OK new potatoes over microwaved so that they were shriveled and inedible. I have eaten at other branches and the food was OK. This branch is to be avoided.

Most of the stuff is pre-cooked except the fish and chips: that is the one to go for.Friendly enough staff. Quick service. A quick fix!

Went to morrisons cafe for lunch with my mum and brother. Orderd a bacon and sausage butty n a portion of chips. Over half hour later and 4 tables being given food who ordered after us! We asked where our food was. A very helpful young boy went to check. He came back to tell us the order had been lost. He apologised and told us all to get a free drink. He retook our order and then we got our food 10mins later. The very helpful and polite ypung memeber of staff unfortunaly i was unable to get his name, he seemed to be the only one doin his job. I am appalled by the lack of organisation in the cafr by the rest of the staff. The young man who served us is a credit to you. The rest of your staff need some training in my opinion.

Clean, helpful staff, had everything I wanted. What more could you ask for? There was one member of staff who was very flustered on fruit and veg maybe need another member of staff there

A great supermarket ,with friendly helpful staff and full of bargains.Good to go near to end of day of trading for extra reductions

Ordered bacon butties & a kids macaroni cheese waited over 30 minutes for it to arrive when it did the bacon was mostly fat.... The Mac n cheese looked like days old pasta with a blob of white gunk on top was also dirty picked a cup up it had food ingrained in it I told Member of staff she just grunted at me will let my feet do the talking!!!

Shop in Morrisons several times throught the week. Chapel en le Frith branch.Always disappointed with empty spaces on shelves, untidiness, wrong prices or no prices displayed. Prices not changed if wrong, after bringing to staff attention. Not enough stock of special offers and some staff who look and behave in a very unprofessional manner. Will go to Buxton in future.

Don't ever go here. The useless staff watched my mum struggle around at a till whilst the staff continued an irrelevant conversation with one of their friends. When my Mum voiced her disgust, the manager came over and verbally abused her. bare in mind my Mum is in her 60's and had my 3 year old son with her. No effort to make apologies and had the cheek to call my Mum unreasonable. My mum was on crutches at the time with an infant present. n They nearly reduced her to tears.UNFORGIVEABLE Morrisions, I will NEVER be back. Period

Just what travellors need..clean toilets and a great cafe. Breakfasts are huge for under 4 quid. Great kids menu. Specials like one free kids meal with one adults meal after 3 pm. And you can do the weekly shop after eating. Lots of pensioners there...great cheap meal for them.

We visited morrison and we were very impressed with the shop and we had our breakfast in the cafe , we thoroughly recommend this supermarket 5 STAR

We enjoy nipping into Morrisons for a quick lunch. We have noticed it has a new menu which looks really good. Today we had the fish and chips this comes highly recommended. The breakfasts are always great too. I will have a go of something new on my next visit.

Morrisons were advertising Christmas lunches but when we arrived to have our first one of the season we were to,d that they couldn't do any more that day as the microwave had broken for about the third time and the staff were really struggling with poor equipment. We chose other items and they were only able to prepare one meal at a time owing to this problem. Management: get some new equipment for these poor ladies!

The full cooked breakfast here is just superb. Good quality food, hot thick toast and friendly service. Just really, really good. Thanks guys.

The Café is superb offering quality food at really reasonable prices. Toilet facilities were also very clean for a supermarket. We tend to come quite regularly especially with two children.

Supermarket cafe, so expectations were quite low. Sadly even then I wasn't really impressed. tables were left dirty and un-cleared for far to long. everything tasted pre-packed and warmed up in the back. Staff seemed uninvolved and uninterested in giving a good service, but this may have been due to lack of (experienced) staff? Plenty of much better places to eat and grab a coffee on Chapel-en-le-Frith. Try the Stocks cafe or cup N cakes.
