Have not had a Costa coffee for years now and certainly will not be going to another one. Absolutely shocking coffee badly made tasted disgusting .

I order same coffee every time I go to costa (skinny Latte) so I’m confused why it tastes different from costa to costa. This one was the worst by far. Bitter coffee very watery milk. Not nice at all. But the staff were very nice.

The food and drink was fine but it was quite loud with the coffee machines and staff dropping things in the back. Also they put my brownie and mums almond slice together on same plate, unknown to them we could have had an allergy. I have autism so I found it hard to settle right away. Other than that great place for a meet up

We recently came in whilst out shopping for a coffee and a cake. It was busy and there were tables that hadn’t yet been cleared. Other than that though it was clean, staff were friendly and the lemon tarts were lovely. For a quick stop off during a shopping trip I think it’s fine but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to go for a coffee there.

You won't believe this one, visited Costa on Markham Rd, Chesterfield (at Next). Coffee has gone up ten pence a cup but here's the blow... your large coffee is now served in a medium cup and medium in a small and so on . So, you ask for a large and get a medium and it's ten pence dearer, it is a so called pilot - but pilot or not I'm not funding that nonsense - oh and by the way if you go 250 yards up the road to their other shop prices and cup sizes are unaltered!

Surprisingly busy for a Tuesday morning. Clean dinning room but a little cold. Bit pricey. Nice to have a pot of tea. They could have done with more choices on Danish pastries

Called in for a hot drinking chocolate, The service was ok the drink was very nice, but the toilets were a disgrace, dirty, unchecked, not what was expected for a food outlet, a place where you wiped your feet before coming out and going outside.

My wife and I popped in for a coffee that tasted like a cup of milk. Costa but no coffee. Wasn't very nice I like Costa usually but not from here. Will think twice before I go again.

After breakfast out and a busy morning of shopping with the kids we decided to finish off with a treat at Costa coffee. We had to cobble a couple of tables together for the four of us, as the place was already busy and it continued to get busier after we arrived. The young girl serving was friendly, the order was correct and prepared quickly ... no complaints, full five stars.

Up and about early to try to avoid the inevitable Christmas rush and after having trouble finding a parking space we took a chance on there being space in Costa to cheer us up. Thankfully, there were around six tables free which was a pleasant surprise. No queue and the staff behind the counter were friendly and quick with our order. Comfy seats, but clearly visible large cobwebs looking out across the Chesterfield skyline.

I popped into the Costa in Next whilst whizzing around the Ravenside Retail Park. As ever, Costa delivers an impressively consistent experience wherever you go.

Costa coffee is the best coffee available (and my sister is very particular), wonderfully scrumptious cakes and an assortment of savouries.

I meet up with friends on a fairly regular basis at this branch of Costa. It is convenient as parking is free. The service is good, friendly staff. The only downside is that the place sometimes resembles a cresch with children screaming and spoiling the atmosphere, with parents either unable or unwilling to control their siblings.

Having checked on the internet where the opening hours say 10am I was very frustrated to find that they don't open till 11am.........and staff weren't too pleasant when informed of this.....I waited from 10:15 till 10:30 for Next to open and then discovered the coffee shop wasn't open till 11am.......why couldn't the opening hours be shown on the doors downstairs? Doubt I'll be rushing to visit again......

Arrived about 15 mins after store opened. Coffee shop already really busy. Coffee was not overly hot which was disappointing. I normally like this coffee shop as its cosy and inviting with a good buzz of chatter.

Good friendly staff, clean and tidy and good coffee, this coffee shop is within Next just outside Chesterfield within walking distance of the town centre. If you are tired of all that shopping and fancy a break then this is the place to go for food and drink.

too expensive and it didn't even taste like strawberries, I feel like I've been mugged off, wasn't even that fast at serving customers and I waited 5 minutes even though there was only me and another person in the queue

Have been in here before and was good but today we visited just after 9-not too busy and 2 young girls doing the ordering and making. Our toast was barely toasted and the coffee not as good as other times. The lady in front of me had her order incorrectly done-no apologies or sorry.

When you turn up first thing in the morning you expect tables and seating to be clean. I have been here twice in as many weeks and tables and seating are filthy. Not good when your paying top money for a coffee.

We always go every week. And have done for some time. But the cake portions have become pitiful and for the money it’s quite disgusting the size of cake you get now. It’s frozen cake and it used to be a good size and nice for a treat. The staff aren’t always that friendly and if you ask for your drink extra hot. It’s hit or miss whether this happens So because of this I feel the need to review the cafe as we are now going elsewhere where and it’s a shame because we like it in there. The staff say the portion sizes of the cake are pre cut when it comes. (Frozen) but I’ve been going here for years and I know that they’ve made them smaller and the prices higher.

Andy and the lads provided a great lunch and a very warm welcome. I would recommend 'posh beans on toast'.

Sunday visit to Chesterfield market area, fancied a coffee We purchased a Mocha, Latte, and Cappuccino, 3 cinnamon buns and soft drink, Strangely sitting in we got paper cups, ( that smelled fusty) All buns served on cardboard trays? Mine was warm and soggy There’s was still cold? Drink was boiling Redhot and tasted horrible, Embarrassingly I handed it back to the counter on leaving with 2 other left hot drinks Total waste of money! ( she never questioned why we left all our drinks) Left and went to Caffe’ Nero

Called for a coffee, no please or thank you from either of the people working in there! Have they not heard of customer service, somebody needs to teach them some manners, my 2 year old grandson has better manners, give it a miss here😡

We visited Willow Springs cafe and soft play regularly prior to lockdown, and this was our first visit since they re-opened. The new outdoor play area is a breath of fresh air for families desperate to let their kids get back to normal - a clean, safe space for children to play whilst parents can enjoy a drink at the spaced tables. Staff were really friendly and we had a great time. Will definitely be returning!
