Total discrimination against men, not only is there a men's department the size of a women's section for just bras, but also the discounts on men's clothes compared to women's are a joke... in women's from 20 to 3 and in men's from 26 to 20....

Tonight my dumbass wife somehow managed to leave her phone in the toilets at the services. The phone is quite expensive and a legend of a teacher (forgot the school) handed it in to the staff at costa. They held the phone and only gave it back to my wife when she returned. Very unfriendly welcome came in as said dog friendly came in with a small dog, barked once as he tried to get on the filthy chairs so lifted him to the floor. Was told to move him , fair enough, bar staff then said oh and no barking! We had our grandson with us who's 6 and we left as never felt so unwelcome and he was crying because he couldn't understand why so rude! You should be ashamed of yourselves. I respect your rules but there is a way of talking to your customers.

Today I had a Nutella milkshake it was really nice and made by Savannah the best person ever the place looks really nice inside would definitely recommend going the desserts look insane 10 out of ten lovely customer service aswell they are really lovely people

The place looked like it hadn't seen a feather duster or a bottle of bleach for years. The tables and highchair were sticky. Look past this, though, and you will get a reasonable priced meal with a good helping of food. The place isn't pretentious. It is what it is. It's never going to be anything better, though. The staff seemed friendly enough, however they were sat on their phones for most of our visit.

Well I’m lost for words. We opted for: 1 Tomato & Basil soup 1 Toastie Cheese & Onion. Soup was very acidic to eat accompanying bap was ok. The toastie .. I’m speechless “Revolting springs to mind” inedible very dry and flaky yuck This was a quick sit down lunch, with a hasty quick escape. Never again!

Go in every day for a coffee on my morning stroll staff always chatty and polite, served with a smile, never had a problem, double choc donuts are delicious

always the same a long wait to get served, one person serving most of the time. hot chocolate and sausage rolls good. its a shame i often see young men walking out without paying. they have told me that they cannot do anything. i suppose it costs to much to have a door person.

Spent 4 days in chapel last week . Not many pubs open after 10 o’clock in September. But this place was open till half past. Beer expensive . Gin and lemonade served in a wine glass . Bar staff rude especially one that looked like she was duty manager. Dark hair . Ordered my drink asking for a gin and lemonade . To be asked again what with ? No fruit or I’ve just gin and lemonade . Windows were dirty the whole visit . Doesn’t look inviting . No wonder it’s only got a 3 on the door .

Nice bar, service awful really awful - will not go again spoilt my weekend away! Music also not good

Although cannot complain about the food, the service is bad. Slow, careless, non hygienic (food should be served with gloves on). No issues with these teenagers who work. It’s all about management and the way the facilities are run. Customer service doesn’t exist here, got lost somewhere in a bin.

Great value coffee but please get someone to clear the tables. There's about 5 covered in crumbs & on the floor too. Surely a 5min job
