The best takeaway Sunday dinnerr I’ve ever had. Big portion. Delivery was about 15mins late. They ring me to apologise. On delivery they put in 2 free cakes as an apologises. Good food, good quality and 1st class customer service

I’m very disappointed. We ordered at 1:20pm for delivery ASAP and our food arrived at 2:50pm when it was estimated between 2:05pm and 2:25pm. Asked for a large sausage cob with tomato sauce and instead we got a small one, and the jacket potato we ordered didn’t came with coleslaw or salad despite being advertised that all jackets came with them. I tried to call up the bakers to kindly resolve this and was unable to as they’re closed, so to me it seems like they were rushing so they could close up shop. I usually have very good expectations from Family Bakers but this is the third time in a row I’ve ordered from them and either had items incorrect or entirely missing. I’m very kind and forgiving, I understand that things don’t always go to plan but I don’t intend on ordering from here again after multiple negative experiences. I’m open to discussing the experience if Family Bakers are willing but for now I shall be taking my custom elsewhere in the future.

I hate to leave a bad review cos the dinners and service here are usually impeccable. Unfortunately the Sunday dinner was very bland and the chicken was really dry. You used to get parsnips and mashed carrot etc but none of that this time. However the delivery was on time. I definitely will order again though because as I say, the dinners are usually top notch x

Took 2 hours for delivery eggs were inedible couldn't eat then as they were really snotty and I'm pregnant was no black pudding either stale toast

The food isn't bad at all, the delivery times a bit of a joke though.

The bacon and sausage cob was large and did not surprise me. I do, however, feel that it would have seemed less dry in the mouth if a choice of sauces were included. The sauce worked well with the wrap and would have also done so here. I am likely to order from here again in the future.

Do not order from here the food is awful! It looks and smells like a microwave meal! The veg is cheap and full of water, gravy was full of bits and small salad potatoes on a Sunday roast ? Awful waste of money !

Wow wow wow wow WOW!! Over done yourselves once again on the Sunday dinner! All fresh veggies and tastes amazing. Really friendly delivery driver and quick delivery service and food was piping hot. If you're reading the reviews deciding whether to order then please do because you wont regret it. I'm such a stickler for food. Think I'm a food critic 😂😂 but honestly cannot fault it 10/10 again!! Great food love them they came early and mum enjoyed her hot food, We ordered to large bap meals this time. I think they should told us the size however it’s our own fault not there. Food was fantastic and the baps were massive well worth the price and delivery thank you.

The sweet potato fries were soggy and the scrambled eggs were rubbery. Otherwise our order was lovely. It would be nice to be given the option to choose your breakfast options as a build your own breakfast. And the cake assortment to be listed as to what they are. We recieved a lemon and a jam cake with coconut on top... but we dont like coconut so that £3 went to waste

I ordered a toasted sandwich and what i got is NOT a sandwich. No one in their right mind would call that a sandwich. The Cesar Salad is more chicken and bacon than actual salad. The sauce made the lettuce and crutons soggy and horrible. Will probably not order from here again :/

So back in march I had a bit of a rubbish experience and it put me off ordering. Ordered again today and it was nothing less than amazing. The restaurant was really friendly, the delivery was so quick and the driver really friendly and the food was absolutely amazing and I cant fault a single thing. If I could give 10 stars i would. Will definitely order again and tell my friends about it! ❤

Ordered a roast dinner and got pie, instead of meat ,wasnt very nice, veg was over cooked, very disappointing. I,ve had the dinner several times before and this was great, your standards have dropped

Our food arrived 35 minutes late, after being told it was only “minutes away”, our notes to the restaurant were ignored, so had we not luckily checked out of our window as the delivery driver arrived, we wouldn’t have received our food, and everything had leaked out of the packaging. Probably won’t bother ordering from here again.

ordered a roast lunch it was outstanding and more importantly still hot. the only downside was that we did not know what meat was being sent there was no choice. other than that fantastic
