Our server Rafal was funny, charismatic and welcoming. The service was quick, and food was tasty. The best part was the tap water- ice cold with lemon - perfectly refreshing. Special thanks to the chefs aswell. Would recommend

Rafel is one of the loveliest waiters I’ve ever had. So friendly and smiley especially so early in the morning, nothing was too much to ask and went above and beyond to look after our little one!

At what should be the start of a enjoyable week away to be met by grumpy staff who got narked because I pointed out the seat suggested was not suitable for my mobility aid and would block the entrance (health/safety issue) to the stone cold and meagre in size bacon sandwiches which were sent back to be recooked to the tea cup arriving on a plate and told we've run out of saucers so it's all we had to the high price of this attempt to relax before flying it was a total unmitigated disaster. Never again Frankie & Benny's you should hang your head in shame. I don't mind paying higher prices at airports but do expect good service & food for it.

Henry was great today, busy in the airport but he made sure every table had what they needed and was super friendly. Food was nice 🙂 bit of a wait on drinks coming out but busy day and we weren't in a rush so no big deal.

Awful Stood patiently waiting to be seated just to be completely ignored by 2 members of staff that seemed so disinterested in being there. Went Burger King instead and had a great meal served by attentive staff.

Rafal was lovely so friendly nothing was a problem an asset to you.

I can't rate the food as we sat for nearlg 30 minutes without even being served drinks. Same for the table next to us. After we asked to be served we were informed that all their serving staff were on the toilet! Appalling for a busy airport to just not be up to scratch. The restaurant was quiet too and could tell why after. We left and went to castle rock which was much better.

Ordered a Big Breakfast which came on the biggest plate I have ever seen! 10 hours on and I'm still full. Just a pity it wasn't hot enough. Rafal who served me was friendly and efficient.

Our server Charley was excellent, she took the time to talk to us and made us feel incredibly welcome. She’s possibly the best server we’ve ever had and should definitely get a substantial pay rise, we’ve just booked another holiday so we can come back to the airport to be served by her again.

We had excellent service from Millie May at East Midlands Airport. I had lasagne, my husband had spag bol, which came out like spaghetti with dishwater. Millie May promptly sorted this for us, a new dish was delivered and looked and tasted as it should. My lasagne was lovely. I have to say Millie May was a credit to your company.

Charlotte Hancock was probably the best server I have ever experienced. Her whit and helpful nature really made a great start to our holiday. I’m sure most people don’t bother to spend the time writing a review and usually I don’t either but this girl was worth me taking 5 minutes to say how great she was.

Got seated really quickly, the service was fine - could have been a bit quicker but I think they may of been understaffed, waitors had really good personalities (adele made ordering quick, easy and she had a lovely smile for 4am!). Food was surprisingly good for a frankie and bennies

Excellent breakfast and a great start to the holiday. We had an early flight so decided to grab breakfast at Frankie's for convenience, after not going to one for years. We were all incredibly surprised at the quality of the food, especially at such an affordable price! I had the eggs benedict and ham which was to die for!!! Staff were all lovely and accommodating, and brought the food super fast (which is exactly what you want under the time pressure at an airport). The next time I pass through the airport, I'll be sure to visit again :)

We usually love F&B’s but the brunches we had here are probably some of the worst we’ve ever had. The portions were laughably small, extra/substituted items were missing and the high price was most certainly not reflected on the quality.

The service just wasn’t great. No check backs, and it took the waitress ages to get the food out that had been sat there ages. I sent mine back as it was cold and then when remade, was excellent. Atmosphere wasn’t great, staff kept dropping glasses and smashing them. Definitely not enough waiting staff. Very overpriced too, I get it’s an airport but Jesus. Kitchen was a well oiled machine and the kitchen staff were churning food out.

Rafal was brilliant, on entering F&B we advised our flight was less than an hour to take off, due to a lengthy check in we didn’t have much time. We asked how quick the food would be and he said 10 minutes from order, he was true to his word and we had both food and drinks within 10 mins of walking through the door. Great service and all with a smile 😊

A smooth, relaxing atmosphere with the staff showing great customer service. The food is bang on however the only downside would be the prices but I’m not surprised as it’s an airport.

The servers do not appear to have been trained in service. really poor.

I can't put a star for food as I gave up waiting on it. We ordered some desserts at 2.55 pm and at 3.45pm gave up and asked for a refund. The supervisor needs retraining on his customer service skills as he showed no empathy or tried to offer any solutions to solve the problem. Tables around us, who actually came after us had their food so there is clearly a floor in your kitchen system and not being able to handle desert orders only. Being based in the airport the staff should be fully aware of the time constraints of it's passengers. Very disappointed.

Amazing service from Rafal . Was lovely from the moment we sat down , was bubbly and very enthusiastic. He reminded us about the kids ice cream as we had forgotten he was also great with our children. Very bubbly and energetic personality.

Rude staff. No taste to the food at all. Staff are too busy joking around to assist the customers.

**Charged 3 times and no refund provided!!** We visited Frankie & Benny’s at East Midlands Airport before our flight to Turkey. The meal was okay, but we had major issues with payment. Our bill was £67.50, and I added a 10% tip, making it £74.25. The card payment went through on the machine but didn’t clear on their till system. We were asked to pay again, and the same issue occurred. Despite showing proof of payment on my banking app, the staff insisted the transactions hadn’t gone through. After much back and forth, we paid in cash to avoid missing our flight. The manager assured us the pending card payments would not clear, but they did, leaving us £148.50 out of pocket. I contacted the manager for a refund, provided all requested details, but received no response. After multiple follow-ups and no resolution, I had to request a chargeback from my bank. This experience was stressful and unacceptable. We won’t be returning to Frankie & Benny’s. Beware of their payment system issues and poor customer service at this location.

Entered the restaurant as it said food would be served in under 11 minutes from ordering. What they didn’t say was nobody would take our order. Waited around 20 minutes even asking one server to take our order. We were told to wait 1 minute he then must have finished his shift as we saw him walking out 2 minutes later with his bag and coat. Eventually we got bored of waiting being walked by from service staff. We went to the bar to order our food and drinks. Another 5 minutes had passed before someone came to take our order. Food then did arrive and was quite nice but the service staff need training! Poor. Will be going to Burger King if we fly from East Midlands again.
