Costa in North West Leicestershire

Great Costa, good seating area and the usual excellent coffee. The food is alwyas good and a reasonable view from the seating area.

I have used this Costa many times, staff are always friendly and there is plenty of seating. Would recommend.

Super long line at 10am on a Saturday because of what looked like staff training. Appreciate new people need to be trained but when the queue has over 20 people surely the more experienced staff should take over to bring the line down?? Then the lady making our coffees stops half way and goes to ask other people what they want to drink!! How about you finish making my drink before serving others? Won't be stopping here again.

I'd had a few bad experiences here (slow service, filthy tables) so I stopped visiting for a while. I thought I'd give it another go in case it had improved but no luck. It took 3 people to serve me and they still got it wrong! You shouldn't have to ask more than once for an order but this lot seem to have no idea what service is. Their attitude could do with an overhaul too. Very disappointing all round.

The team were quick and kept the area clean and tidy. Gave service with a smile. Could sit outside and it was very pleasant.

I was slightly reluctant to risk a flat white coffee here when collecting two of our young granddaughters halfway between their home in Hull and our place for a two night stay. However I needed a caffeine boost for the drive home - and was very pleasantly surprised with the product (and the friendly accompanying service). I’ll certainly be happy to try out another flat white on the return trip.

Called in for a coffee at the 24hr Costa, in fact there are two! Half past ten at night and both are shut!!!!!!! So are the other outlets, services, really!🤔

We just called in for x 2 regular lattes en-route to the Airport. A standard Costa really, the coffee was good and hot.

Great staff. Friendly Good seating area. Pleasant. 2 hot chocolates. Really good 2 almond croissant. Poor. Not good at all £11.00

Usual good standard at the main shop or the kiosk, even in the middle of the night! Can't fault it really.

There's actually two costa coffees here, one is a kiosk at the entrance of the service centre and the other is a unit at the back. Both benefit from a large and comfortable seating area in the centre. Good place to stop for a coffee and a bite while on the road.

Stopped for a coffee as I'd missed breakfast and thought I'd have a toasted teacake as well. I waited 15 mins for the teacake and had almost given up! Looks to me like there's no one in charge so it happens when it happens, if it happens!!! Shame because it could be much better.

Dirty tables and a long wait to be served, even when it wasn't that busy! I asked for a Green Tea and was told that I couldn't have this because the Barista hadn't been trained. Really - how difficult is it to add hot water to a teabag?!!!

Called here on the way to MACH 2016 at Birmingham NEC. Ten of us decided to have a coffee, one lady serving managed really well. Pretty fast service, all orders correct. Looked clean, friendly staff. Recommended for a coffee break!

Been here 4 or 5 times depending what staff are on duty it can be reasonalble other time it is not very nice at all the staff are not very sociable at all and they seem not to want you to be there it also...
