Greggs in Northampton

Although cannot complain about the food, the service is bad. Slow, careless, non hygienic (food should be served with gloves on). No issues with these teenagers who work. It’s all about management and the way the facilities are run. Customer service doesn’t exist here, got lost somewhere in a bin.

Awful service. Young girl that served was rude, and really slow to heat up a toastie - I felt she sensed I was clock watching as was grabbing lunch during a lunch break. Coffee wasn’t drinkable - think they forgot the coffee - but couldn’t go back as was at place of work. Will not be returning. Sort your staff & coffee machine out

Hi" there just to let you know Gregg's In western favell Northampton " Is Open "" staff and management were absolutely amazing " and friendly " all staff members were really helpful and efficient " whole place was running like clockwork " they are doing a takeaway menu" l had a absolutely delicious and tasty breakfast baguette " really think you should give Gregg's a visit ' whole shop was spotless clean " many thanks to all the lovely staff and management for a great breakfast meal " great way to start your day " Trevor Northampton England.

Whilst visiting Greggs branch in Northampton town centre, I was served by girl who was handling my food with open bleeding cut. No need to say that after leaving shop my food went straight in bin.

Ideal if you only want a snack and a drink. Choice of hot or cold items and have a selection of meal deals

Had the breakfast deal small bottle of orange juice " in stead of coffee or tea excellence value for money " breakfast sausage and bacon in a nice roll " great way to start any morning " give it a try " you won't be disappointed. they have all the usual facilities and its nice to sit outside if one of the tables are free and its not raining

A decent branch of the famous Greggs stores, always great value, and the sausage rolls cant be beaten. Always pleased to find a store.

so a sausage roll is just that. not a sausage roll and a coffee or tea. I was made to feel entirely loopy because all I wanted was a sausage roll. Please please have what YOU want and not pay mopre for something you DO NOT.

Used to go Nero Cafe to ease my craving for something sweet, then my friend recommended Greggs hot chocolate instead. Instatly fell in love and now only go Greggs for hot chocolate and pizza!
