Good good but if toilets are anything to go by , hygiene bottom of the list . Throw toilet brushes away 🤢🤢, never seen such dirty ones before .

Staff member was very rude. Service was very poor and I was made to feel like they were doing me a favour by serving me. Been to loads of Greggs in the past and everything was fine but I will never go to this one again.

Come here most days. Never have any complaints staff are always very efficient and friendly. The food.is yummy and always hot. Lovely food friendly staff and reasonably priced as well.

Hot food is supposed to be served a 63c not warm as was our famous sausage rolls when I complained the young guy was offended and shrugged his shoulders saying it not a hot cabinet they are only hot when backed but will cool down. When is ask are the sausage rolls fresh I was told yes but not told yes but an hour ago Luke warm pork is not permitted under EHO guidelines Disappointing Greg’s when you can provide the same safe food guideline as you do for for Covid we may come back. Off to Costa Tomorrow

Great coffee and cheese and salad sandwich. The flat white is a good suggestion to order and it is very good.

2 lovely bacon buns with brown sauce and 1decaff coffee and 1 tea al served with a cheery smile for only £5.50 All delicious

Great cup of tea and nice baguette and hot chips .However ...the tables needed wiping and don't even think about the state of both toilets! Urine soaked flour and toilet seat .....toilet paper and tissues all over the floor .Looks like it needed a good old fashioned clean which would take 15 minutes tops .I'm seriously concerned that the eating place is so neglected in this very important place ...where customers visit and would like to be able to wash their hands after using the facilities. I dread to think the amount of bacteria lurking around! On the floor ..doors and everywhere else .Think this needs immediate attention as I consider it s hazard to public health. The staff are courteous and friendly and I feel sorry for them having to work in such a grotty environment. I will be looking when I next visit and if I find the same I will inform the authorities.

You really can't beat this place for value, freshly prepared food and fantastic service from a great team.

Everything is fresh and lovely. Service is quick. Staff friendly and its clean. Iv noticed a problem with the toilet On a couple of visits though

went to the one in spalding.the floor was filthy the table fil of rubish the chair was rubbish on it had to clean it before sitting down.was not impressed at all

Located just across the road from Specsavers. I like to drop in to Greggs for a capucino and a sausage roll. Nice quick stop for refreshments when shopping. The sausage rolls really are delicious and they sell packs of 4 to take away. I just can't resist them !

Since when did Greggs serve cold pasties?! And when did they stop using plates?! I must admit that it's been a while since I've eaten in a Greggs, now I'm reminded why. Tables cleaned with napkins, cold pasties that should be warm and food served on trays that aren't even clean. I understand the level of food they're serving and the new interior looks great but that does not mask the shortcomings of this eatery. I suppose it will be another couple of years before I eat here again! Stay clear, there are much better places to eat than Greggs in Spalding.

Pasties and pastries that come under the hot cabinet is just a holding area apparently... Cold chicken and mushroom pastries are not nice, and the service wasn't friendly either. Long live baker's oven.

popped in last thursday morning whilst waiting for the shops to open, really wished i hadnt bothered. I decided to have a Mocha which at best was lukewarm. The worst part though was the state of the toliet (there are 2 one wasnt working). I doubt it had been cleaned properly for weeks. In the corners were build ups of dirt, the pan itself was covered in dust and who knows what. No toilet roll just a pile of paper towels left on the floor. The toliet wouldnt flush properly either. Definitely wont be bothering again.

called in for a coffee last thursday due to bad weather. all tables were full of dirty crockery. an elderly lady with a wheeler ordered a drink, and then unfortunately dropped it. no replacement was offered, and they then moaned about cleaning up the mess. it would have been kinder to have carried the drink for the lady to a table. also people had problems accessing the toilets.

Went for breakfast, only to be told that we couldn't have any because their delivery hadn't arrived.

Pop in often when in town for a snack with the kids ot cakes to take home. Lovely friendly staff, value for money. Only thing i would say is the tables are pretty much always needing clearing and the napkin area is often not cleaned. But thats normally due to big ques and not many staff on.

Having visited this bakery once, I see no reason to prolong the pain. The layout was OK, but access to the return of used dishes was blocked by other customers. food tasted very bad, but the Mocca was quite nice.

Took our grandson for a cake and drink. The place had undergone a refit, so we thought we would give it a try. Can't believe how bad it was. Didn't do toasted tea cakes, didn't do tea infusions, served a mug of tea with a split teabag!! Don't have plates or cutlery. This is supposed to be a café!!! Cake was served on a sheet of paper. You can get better service at a roadside caravan.

Had bacon baguette and husband had sausage and bacon baguette and we both had lattes. Good value for money, good food and decent quality coffee. Very clean and the staff are friendly and polite.

Had coffee and of course a lovely cake. Polite staff very helpful. Enough places to sit handy for a short pit stop. Prices ok would visit again.

Popped into Greggs for a breakfast roll as I was super early for work. Such friendly and smiley staff! Great service and can't fault the food or cleanliness of the store!

How amazingly friendly, polite, and helpful the Greggs staff are. They were lovely to my 3 year old, and equally lovely to my elderly mum. The lady serving brought all our food over to where we was sitting, and even fetched some sugar. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

nice place good for snacks and fresh food pies ect made daily on premosses good hot and cold food and drink very clean lots of room for sitting on a table they also have a take away as well so you can sit in or have a take away

Food is poor. Service is terrible. Drinks are weak. AND LOOS WERE TERRIBLE. No one seems to clean tables at all. You should be ashamed Greggs

we call i n for breakfast roll and coffee or pasty and a coffee always clean friendley and very helpful as im disabled food and drinks are good value for mony

Not a fan I preferred bakers oven. Looks good now it's had a revamp but still not a fan of the food wish they would change the recipe of the cheese and onion pasty

Called into Greggs for a quick snack with my friend before Christmas. We had a lovely wrap each tea & cappuccino for less than £6. Got chatting to people next to us which made the snack break more enjoyable. Very festive pleasant staff.

Diffucult to find anything wrong with Greggs...food great, and delicous mouth watering cakes!!!!! Theyve recently had a refurb, moving the counter from the right hand side to the back of the cafe, this gives better space for waiting.

The company has decided to go for the fast food and go since being revamped. In my opinion it's spoilt it. Food out of the hot show stand. One woman near me asked that her food could be reheated and was told they are not allowed. Coffee in paper cups.

I always like the iced Belgian buns at Greggs and the coffee is good The Greggs in Spalding is a nice environment so I recommend it.

Town centre bakery, eat in or takeaway. Much cheaper than the posh chains and good, hot coffee and a decent choice of pastries, sandwiches both hot and cold and cakes.

Where to start went in this week asked for 2 sausage rolls and 1 cheese and onion 1 when give to me on same plate was shocked as vegetarian and touching saus meat said I didn't won't it on same plate as vegetarian so she got another plate and give me same 1 back again. And asked for mayo don't fo it no more dont u put mayo in the tuna and egg baguettes stay away I am never going back again and management need to make staff more fridley as bad atmosphere. I work in catering and by god u need to sort it out as not gud for businesses

Griggs has been refurbished it now has no hot food no plates no queu and now you can sit where you like, gone is the problem of trying to find a seat gone is the queuing outside to get served. Now it is a coffee shop with seats just like Costa two doors away. Had a chicken slice on a tray and a piece of paper took one bit it was cold I was told we do not do hot food if you want a hot one you must wait nineteen minutes to get one out of the oven. Market day one o clock the place was empty.

let me just say i love greggs but theres allways one is there not, i have a complaint, i am not a morning person three times recently bi have gone into greggs at spalding and ask for a steak slice only to told there are none i am sorry but this is not good enough,i buy your other products regularly but at 3-30 in the afternoon when i want a steak slice it is never available this is not good enough,also i need a potatoe product on the menu be it hash browns or wedges it matters not.

Quick snack at lunchtime, not a long wait at the counter. Busy and tables not cleared so cleaned our own. Ok for a quick bite on the go, nothing fancy.

Used to enjoy going in for a cuppa and toastie or cake. However it seems to have really gone downhill and on our last visit we walked out - appeared filthy. It's strange, when there were few coffee shops in town they were good and now there's lots of competition and you'd expect them to up their game, they have done the opposite and gone downhill.

So sorry to say Greggs, I think you need to go back to the drawing board because your pies and I mean all your pies are burnet, your bread is more chewy than a pice of wriggles gum, your Restaurant was dirty, I think the table staff should be cleaning the table not standing there updating there Facebook account, toilets are, well all I can say the public toilet in the square is better and that includes the can of tenants. I think you need to re-train or just get adults with a brain working for you . However my freshly prepared sandwich and sandwiches from the chiller where very nice. Thanks
