The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in England

Called in on as we were passing and had the best bacon toasted sandwich I’ve had in an age! The coffee was aces and I bought sausage rolls and a fruit scone as a take out, absolutely spot on! What a find!

Looking for coffee stop on way back to Northumberland from Lincoln. Best coffee in years, then fantastic home made soup and bacon n brie pannini. Well worth changing your route for. Will become regular stop in lovely village which also has terrific bakery.

We booked in for 1pm on Mother’s Day, the service was the slowest I’ve ever experienced, we had the two course meal, we left at 4 pm,they knocked the price off one me off because the service was so slow, I’ve got no plans to return.

Qué lugar tan bonito. Solo llamé para un café para llevar, pero la bienvenida que recibí fue encantadora, mi servidor era amable y hablador y el café era delicioso. Espero volver muy pronto para comer aquí la próxima vez. Si usted está visitando Yeadon Tarn asegúrese de obtener su café de aquí ubicado en la calle principal justo debajo del estacionamiento de Tarn.

I enjoyed another great visit to this great place yesterday. Delicious food, lovely staff and a stunning location. Very popular and deservedly so.

Questo caffè ci ha accompagnato per tutta la nostra vacanza a Londra, siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, le colazioni proposte sono buonissime, cucinate con cura, servite con attenzione, di ottima qualità; siamo stati benissimo, ci hanno anche dato molto gentilmente indicazioni e consigli su cosa vedere, e’ passato un po’ di tempo ma ci tenevo a fare questa recensione e a ringraziare molto il ragazzo che con tanta gentilezza ci ha accolti!

I am just sat at home enjoying the a cheese and carmalised onion scone from fresco, they even gave me a little pot of chilli jam - YUM. I came in for breakfast with my nan, we both had the incredible Banana Bread Porridge and were made to feel so welcome. I often come with my family, the kids menu is perfect. I am even hesitatnt to post this shining review as i dont want everyone to know how fantastic it is here.. We are so lucky to have it in Southsea. Well done team Fresco!

I went there with two housemates from my nearby home, and had a berry fruit tea with a malt loaf tea-bread.

Siempre tener un tiempo maravilloso en este lugar, la comida es siempre hogareña y deliciosa y el personal es siempre tan amable y dar grandes recomendaciones. Siempre un placer y un lugar tan lindo!

Excellent ! Accueil très chaleureux, petit déjeuner excellent. Rien à redire. Je recommande fortement. Pensez à réserver, c'est un petit endroit.

Did an oil collection for them and they looked after me with a sandwich the food was excellent but the service from the 2 ladies was exceptional 👌

We've enjoyed the Town Arms before, but after last night, might look elsewhere. We arrived 10 minutes early for our reserved table, the bar was 3 deep, one girl serving and no-one else was on hand to help us. After 15 mins being patient at the bar I spoke up, announced our arrival to the bar lady and proceeded to order food for our family of four. The table was ready, so we sat with our first round of drinks. Half hour later, my wife ordered another round believing that food would be out soon. After an hour waiting for food I went up, the bar girl said she would check, but offered no apology. Out food arrived 10 minutes later, with a short apology from the young waiter. The food was of excellent quality, but by then we were starving and wolfed it down, rather than take our time and enjoy it. Because we'd had to pay in advance, there was no offer of any compensation for our wait, and also no indication of slow timings when we ordered. On a quieter night, I'm sure things would have been fab, but we'd choose somewhere else with more staff on busier evenings in future.

Visited Salty Dog yesterday. Not been for a few weeks (avoiding the school holidays). Greeted, as always, by friendly owner and ordered a bacon and egg roll and cheese wrap. Both as delicious as always. Thank you, we will be back again soon. I would not normally comment on other reviews but might I suggest to the person who knew they would need to take medication that they take a small bottle of water with them on their visits out and about (as we normally do). There is always the option to actually buy a drink too. Shouldn't be relying on others to provide what you can do for yourself with just a little thought beforehand.

The flavours were really nice from here, good portions and if you want something healthy instead of greasy it’s ace. Decent prices for what you get and the quality. Would go again.

Fabulous cafe, tasty good value food and excellent customer service. Would go there everytime on a visit to Canterbury
