The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in England

Popped in for a coffee and a cake while exploring Alston and we must say that the cakes were absolutely amazing. My partner is coeliac and he said the GF brownie was the most moist cake he has had. Great service, top quality food at a great price.

Quería probar un lugar diferente y a un precio razonable, así que me dirigí hacia la cafetería Ngopi en Dale End. Fue un poco de una carrera de obstáculos para llegar allí debido al edificio y el mantenimiento / obras de carretera, que fue un poco fuera de lugar. Pero miramos y vimos a una sola persona en el restaurante. No estaba seguro de qué esperar, ya que no hay señales que indiquen qué tipo de comida se sirve. Sólo me enteré cuando miré el menú. El lugar es simplemente amueblado, y me recordó a una vieja escuela comedor. ¿O es ese el estilo minimalista de la vida moderna? No estoy seguro. Pedí un café con leche normal y café con leche de plátano rosa helado. A pesar de pedir que el café con leche estuviera muy caliente, para mi pareja, era tibio. Mi café con leche helado, aunque era sabroso. Entonces decidí comer algo. Pedí un Ayam Penyet - pollo frito tierno servido con sambal. Una vez más, estaba sabroso, pero 3 rodajas de pepino no hace una ensalada. Habría apreciado un poco más de artículos en la ensalada. Sobre el estilo, creo que el lugar carecía de ambiente y el personal necesita ser un poco más amable / agradable, especialmente a los primerizos. La decoración necesita tener alguna forma de identidad / tema, pero no para crear un clichés. No es una joya escondida en la ciudad, solo necesita para ser publicitados/promocionados más. Pero en general, la comida sabía bien. ¡Dale una oportunidad!

We went to the Burns night bash, absolutely brilliant. Cullen Skink, haggis Neeeps and Tatties then Cranachan. All washed down with an excellent craft ale.

¡El mejor egipcio! Un personal encantador, se siente como en casa! Y la comida es simplemente INCREÍBLE. El pollo suave perfecto con puré de patatas y las chuletas de cordero era una locura.

Before making the hike up to High Cup Nick (must do!), we stopped in at the Pantry and Janice made up sandwiches to take with us. Lovely. Then when we came back down, a little weary, perfect coffee and home made sponge cake was waiting for us. Thanks for looking after us Janice.

For mum s birthday was delicious and after being diagnosed gluten free with the dr the week before this was not a problem the cafe catered for myself and it was delicious my only sadness is I don’t live closer it’s a hour away out worth the drive and I’ll be back

In London for work and the best breakfast we could have asked for! We both ordered the breakfast bagel deal and it was clear it was cooked fresh - very balanced breakfast which is rare when working away really helped set us up for the day. Friendly staff and great atmosphere- 100% will be back whenever in the area.

Es un lugar absolutamente increíble, y siempre vengo aquí por mi manzana Strudel, la mejor Personal amable, excelente servicio y buena comida.

Mi hija y yo vimos tal vez en línea y tuvimos que irnos. Oh wow nos quedamos boquiabiertos. El personal amable nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. Subestimamos el tamaño de las tortitas. Cada porción podría haber alimentado a 3 personas! Eran esponjosos, sabrosos y estaban cubiertos con masas de deliciosas bayas, galletas y crema. Las bebidas eran sabrosas y había mucho para elegir. Llevamos a casa nuestras sobras en una caja. Volveremos.

This is a great place for lunch! The staff are very friendly. When we arrived there were no tables free so we waited about 5 minutes and got a table. Even the customers are friendly, one lady was trying to get our attention about the free table, pointing over to it, in case we missed it. I had the vegetarian breakfast and my partner had the house burger, both were very good. They also had a lady celebrating her birthday at one of the tables. Country Crust still welcomes other customers when they have these celebrations. Not all places do, some places in Hinckley close their premises to hold a private event. The atmosphere at Country Crust is very homely and welcoming. They do close at 3.00pm though, we would probably be there more often if they opened for a bit longer. Still, I would recommend this place.
