The lady working behind the bar at the Tiki room was extremely rude. We had booked a table for my friend's birthday, hoping to enjoy the cocktails and have a lovely experience, however the bartender was very rude and upset all of us, even causing two of my friends to cry. She had accused my friend of not paying, when she had previously said that she could put it on a bar tab. She approached our table and was being verbally aggressive towards us. She then accused another friend of calling her a 'bitch,' which did not happen. She approached this friend and started shouting in her face, demanding an apology. We drank the cocktails we had bought and immediately left. I was really looking forward to spending the evening at the Tiki Room but sadly, this lady ruined our experience.

Second time of visiting - came before - service was dreadful - gave it a second chance - will never return. Coffee and pastries pretty good so if you don’t mind paying £8 for 1 coffee and 1 pastry and collecting it yourself from the counter (even when you are on your own and have to either abandon your belongings to collect your coffee whilst 2 staff are standing watching you and not serving - or carry all your belongings up to the counter and risk losing your seat) then go ahead and enjoy!

I haven't been to this branch before. Like the one that used to be in the West End it is small and a bit spartan but it does have a toilet downstairs. There is seating for maybe 8 at the rear and tiny tables. The coffee was very nice.

Unbelievable BAD!, we had pre booked our meals and paid a deposit for 5.30pm. The first starters came out at 6.15 with no apology then after this a waiter asked us if we want to order food! The main meals came out at 6.50. We had the sunday lunch platters which was basically 2 lunches served on a block of wood similar to a cheese board. The food was luke warm then with it being on a cold block of wood went cold very quickly, they also gave us cold plates to take it off the wooden board.We complained to a manager who looked like a rabbit in the headlights totally out of his depth. We were offered free drinks. We then had to clear our own plates and empty glasses on to the next table. Another party of 6 people had been waiting for half an hour for their desserts they just got off we followed suit and didn't have our desserts. We were given 30% discount but this the worst restaurant I have ever been in and I'm 66! Avoid at all costs!

Tuvimos nuestras hijas 40a fiesta sorpresa aquí estaba muy organizado el buffet era encantador y el personal era amable y servicial. Todo el mundo disfrutó de la noche lo recomendaría altamente

This is the most inefficient coffee shop I have ever been in . Take your order give you your coffee then stand in line whilst they take other orders on one till . Honestly learn some customer service and do not be complacent just because its a busy day. It amazes me people except this sub standard service.

…this place was the least busy so we popped in and really enjoyed the chocolate ice cream, which was cheaper than we were expecting: £3 a scoop. Friendly, quick service too.

Necesitaba un bocadillo antes de una reunión local. Pub de la esquina parecía bien desde fuera. Salieron dos chicos cuando entré pero aparte de eso, este pub de tamaño moderado y bien equipado con comida no tenía otros clientes, incluso a las 1315. Barman amable que se encogió de hombros - ‘Londres en un lunes a la hora del almuerzo’. Examinó el menú, pero terminó con solo la mitad de sidra.

This place is quirky and the idea behind it is really nice, full of interesting events and activities, selling art, craft and music. However, there are a few flaws: staff could be more welcoming (they seem so busy running around without smiling even when they don’t have many clients), but more importantly the place is not clean enough. Every time I went tables were sticky and had left over crumbles and food from previous customer, you pick up one of the free books on display and they are all dusty, same as the table games… it doesn’t give you much trust on the state of the kitchen. Menu is varied enough with an eye for intolerances and vegan/vegetarian which is great however quality of the food is just ok, a bit bland and coffee very substandard even compared to a chain like Costa. The place has surely potential, the idea is great, but there is surely room for improvement.

Así que tuvimos una noche perversa en este lugar el viernes, llegamos alrededor de las 7, 30 se quedaron mucho más tarde de lo que estábamos planeando. La comida era un poco normal también fría y tomó un tiempo solo queja, el portero era de primera categoría, la chica en forma Djing mantuvo las melodías fluidas y el personal también fue amable. El área de pinball era demasiado ruidosa a veces, los chicos gritaban y mimaban un poco nuestra noche. Pero no lo suficiente como para evitar que regresemos, ¿alguien sabe de alguna promoción de bebidas por favor?

Absolutely fantastic food, really helpful staff & just a lovely place to enjoy some time with the family. Will definitely return on a regular basis 😁

Servicio de comida y bar excelente. Buena selección de vinos y licores. Comida preparada a pedido y muy bien presentada

Came here for a friend's birthday, felt so welcome as soon as we walked through the door, highly recommend the place, landlady goes above and beyond, definitely go check it out 😀

Called in for a breakfast on route to visit relatives. Breakfast was spot on great service and friendly staff.

Posiblemente la peor envoltura de pudín de Yorkshire que he tenido. Vegetariana de aspecto miserable (sobre cocida) y carne asada muy cocida masticable. ¡No gastes tu dinero en uno si vas!
