My wife and I popped in for a drink as it looked nice from the outside. Really good social distancing, bar maid was very friendly, two cask ales on and the half of Timothy Taylors was really good. My wife had an ok glass of white wine. £3.50 for the two so cheap as chips.Screens on for racing and hopefully football soon. Not a date pub but I wouldnt knock the place at all.

Bad manners would be an improvement, customer service skills WHERE??, THEY thought that by serving me a drink they were going above and beyond what is expected from bar staff. Rudeness, and im paying for this, maybe she's had difficult customers before me , but dont treat us all the same.QUALITY PRICES; BUT BAD MANNERS?? Sunday evening 19.30 ish ........????

Recently popped in here to watch the football as it was advertising BT sports. From the outside the pub looked nice and fits in well with the rest of Broadstairs.Inside though was a pub with probably lower standards than a Wetherspoons.Bit grubby and poor selection of beer.Only redeeming quality was the barman who was friendly.Much nicer places to visit for a pint.

Visited but not really for me, pub is dull and on the day I visited, no word of a lie the music was so blistering loud you could hear it from the traffic lights at the top of the hill. Appreciate you might like a bit of music but it's far too loud, you couldn't hear anyone else speak and it's not exactly a fun experience having to shout to be heard.

From the exterior this establishment looks amazing, but step inside and you'll immediatley be hit by an overpowering bleachy smell and lack-lustre atmosphere. In its heyday this place must have been wonderful, but now its in a sorry state. Someone needs to breathe life back into this boozer....

We were walking by at 5pm on a Sunday and the sound of live music enticed us in.We had a couple of excellent real ales and were entertained by a band who played a mixture of covers and their own songs. The atmosphere was very friendly and strangers were welcomed.Worth a visit!

On a trip to Broadstairs for Xmas lunch. Arrived before 12.00 so few places open for a drink, but The Prince Albert was.Good service at reasonable price which in hindsight to other places was a great price. Not sure why the beer is so expensive in Broadstairs compared to Ramsgate.

The pub is a fantastic period property. Very clean and tidy. By the look of their advertising board's they have loads of up coming acts.....Defo worth a revisit.

We always used the Albert as it was a lovely pub with friendly staff and great food. Having been away for a couple of months we went back in to see the locals that we always chatted to and we were surprised not a soul in sight. Rude unwelcoming staff awful beer and told if we didn’t like the new regime we could leave which we promptly did. Go anywhere in Broadstairs but there.

Just popped into this venue for a quick drink. Couldn’t believe that they don’t take any cards, just cash.....lucky I had some on me, as we had already ordered. Great venue with much potential, but as soon as you walk in you are hit with a very stale smell and very tired / old decor with strange artefacts all over the pub. The toilets also smelt, which kinda puts you off your beer!

Volveremos :)

Have visited The Prince Albert many times when visiting Broadstairs. Its a traditional pub, with a regular clientele. Its a small pub. I last visited on Sunday 20th Sept. They had a band playing, which was good entertainment. One thing spoilt it, the ale. It wasn't off but being an ale drinker I could tell it wasn't looked after properly. A couple sitting at the same table as me also said the ale wasn't enjoyable so they were going to another pub. With so many pubs around it The Prince Albert should and can do better. Will I go back, only if I have to!

visited this pub with 8 friends, we were part of a group totalling over 100 people in broadstairs for 4 days. The ham off the bone (as per menu) had come straight out of a packet, not carved and wafer thin. two people in our group who ordered scampi, chips and either peas or salad, got the scampi the salad, but no chips.three out of the eight asked -for and got refunds. Not one other person out of our group of over 100 frequented the pub again. The beer was good , the service was terrible. How do you kill the trade? leave your staff in charge on a holiday weekend.
