Was contacted to let me know that an item was not available which I didn’t want changed now a refund has already been issued and I am very happy thank you so much. The food was delicious and the delivery was fast as always.

It is a Costa coffee, about the same as all the others. The hot milk shake was "disgusting" to quote my daughter, and they managed to serve a sluce of chocolate cake instead of lemon drizzle cake.

Nice clean and spacious Costa. However it should be noted that this is the most expensive Costa I have ever visited. It's more costly than London and Edinburgh where I live. I'm not sure of the rational with the pricing but surely being they are situated in a very rundown area of Cliftonville they should not be excluding many of their potential customers. A medium sized Americano and a small slice of tiffin should not be costing £6. It should be noted that when I was there ( A Monday 1130), out of the other 9 occupied tables not one table had purchased anything other than a hot drink.

If only there was ANYTHING savoury which wasn't bread! Otherwise this is a really nice spacious and light Costa and the staff were super helpful and friendly

Waited behind one customer for 20 minutes before leaving without purchasing due to time restraints, people behind me in the queue also walked out. Have Used them frequently over the years and usually enjoy good but slow service, sadly the place needs to be more organized and/or more staff, as the slow service is becoming tedious. Pity because their coffee and pastries are excellent.

Polite staff and very attentive. Atmosphere in this Costa was relaxing, able to take your time with your drink. Very clean and welcoming, would certainly recommend it.

Bit annoying to pay money and get the wrong drink I asked for a caramel frappe without coffee and it's just strong coffee in there now my friend doesn't have a drink that's been paid for what a joke he hates coffee this is why we ordered it without

Went in with a friend for coffee November 4th. Served by 2 lovely youngsters . Very friendly and polite and the coffee was perfect. I think their names were Dante and Lilly. An asset to Costa

Tried the hazelnut latte for the first time and asked for a large. Tastes great......and the large is a small bucket full, so very happy.

The meal and drink were fine apart from the straws for our frappes

Its a good area if you want to chill and relax

I haven’t received my order, I have been waiting at the main doors for 15 minutes and no one has delivered my food. I was standing outside my building when I had a notification that it was delivered. Either the driver has taken my food or he has delivered it elsewhere.

If you ask for your drink ‘extra hot’, it’s often just lukewarm. Why don’t they serve ‘hot’ drinks hot by default? Who would object to that?

The 2 ladies at the counter were very helpful today, helped me with a couple of things and also how to work the app to get a free drink Customer service was on point and will definitely be the reason many others come back to this one

I didn't even get my coffee. It wasn't the wait as such, but watching the two ladies plod around the place so apathetically with a whole queue of people to serve. No smile or greeting from either. Stood watching a toastie machine rather than taking orders. It was painful.

The food was not very good and in the same bag so my brownie and chocolate was melted what a stupid idea

My favourite Costa in Thanet by far. The staff here are polire, friendly and helpful. The shop is always clean and tidy. I've ordered delivery from here too and it's always superb.

Enjoying a lovely Sunday coffee with my fiancée and noticed how much attention to detail and with how much care Kristina the barista made to not only provide the best coffee in town, but went about the outlet we were in making sure it was spotless and not crumb city like some other outlets. Also provided the best veggie sausage baps unlike other outlets who only provide the egg and spinach splat in a bap.

As with all costa's perfect drinks every time. They have a table in the middle for 'community' chat where you can have a conversation with 'strangers' when you sit here. The staff are always professional and helpful.

Parking is convenient either right outside on the main street or round the corner in Harold Road car park. The cafe is airy and well laid out. A little pricey, but most places are getting that way these days. Clean tables and chairs, Huge widows to people watch and separate facilities for ladies, gentlemen and those that require assistance.

Costa coffee are a madmssive chain and not much difference from one shop to another. This one is pretty huge with plenty of seats. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Driver would not listen to my instructions when directing him to my address

I ordered a hot chocolate at the store and the customer service was terrible. There was no queue only one customer after me, and the staff wasn’t attentive. While the receipt was been printed she quickly moved on to the next customer, I waited few minutes and proceeded to take my receipt then she said that is not your receipt and asked if I wanted a receipt. She did not tell me when my drink was ready, and I had to ask her if my drink was ready. She didn’t even confirm with me. I am not sure if race has anything to do with this.

Tried the healthy option, porridge, it was disgusting slop! Hoped a chocolate twist would offset, but it was tasteless. Kids running around screaming, unchecked, not the relaxing experience you need first thing on a Saturday morning! Coffee ok though. Go to the small patisserie opposite, much better!

the driver called me and could not understand a word he said i think he wanted me to go to his car to get it . i could walk i would go out and get it myself.

Purveyors of hot milk, like most Costa outlets excluding Westwood. Cant even detect a coffee flavour, " No problem Sir we can fix that for an additional charge. " What ever happened to just making excellent coffee. Please put the coffee back in Costa. The place smells moldy.

Wasn't too happy with inconsiderate parents letting their children run around screeching and banging on the windows. The staff didn't even address it and the cafe was busy with customers in meetings or having a quiet coffee. Disappointed as otherwise the orders were fine

Costa's are much the same wherever you go, but I will say that on the whole this ones staff are friendly and out going. A nice relaxing atmosphere to meet friends.

My favourite Costa by far! The team there are amazing, super friendly and very professional. Esp Jay and Kristina. Perfect for business meetings, catch up with friends or just a lovely take out coffee. Keep up the good work 💪🏼 Scott

Don't do blue light card anymore the coffee is expensive as are the snacks Coffee and A sausage Roll over £6 😖😪

Pretty average, spacious Costa. Coffee is good, lots of cakes, plenty of seats. WiFi is available but you're not allowed to use the electric sockets, so not ideal if you want to use your laptop or charge your phone.

All the staff are nice but Jay is really the shining star of the shop always remembers orders and is always so on the ball and efficient ✨

Nothing was delivered waited over 2 hours for it to change to delivered when it was not. The restaurant is 5 minutes away from me so why?

My drinks never turned up. I called costa who had my drinks but just eat never turned Up. I waited two hours.’

I have not received any sugar that was ordered so I cannot drink the coffee, please can you redeliver a fresh cup of hot coffee with the six sugars as requested

Poor customer service with the increase in just eat and takeaway orders. Had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee when I was the only one in the queue.

Needed a puncture sorted at quick fit, we walked down to costa coffee and enjoyed a coffee while we waited. The service was good and the staff were good and polite.

Gave me a small pot of caramel thinking i ordered a load when i thought 3 shots meant 3 pumps in my cappuccino didnt realise all this extra carmel lol. was very kind to send me it all this extra carmel anyways coffee is lovely and tuna panini is delicious 😊

Good service most of the time, but they need more staff. Every time I go in there there's just one person serving and wait times are high. Today though the young boy with glasses serving was horrendously rude. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but that's no excuse to take it out on people.

Walked in this morning for a coffee. Saw two customers waiting, both in early twenties, both looked like builders, both not wearing masks, walked back out and spent my money in an independent coffee shop wear they were wearing masks

Nice place to have a drink, the sun comes right in the front window in the afternoon, so if the front shades are not down you can get blinded by the light coming through, service is quite good tho

Manager very rude I understand about covid precautions however shouting and pointing at customers, "put your mask on if you do not have one I cannot serve you," before they have even put a foot through the door is not good Track and trace is optional yet she managed to get one customer flustered and very worried when they didn't understand how to do it spoke to the elderly gentleman like he was stupid. Will avoid in the future
