One of the best places to shop and get a variety of items. Staff are so helpful too.

Cooked food was poor. Sausages and bacin appeared rehheated

Much more selection of items than some stores. Also liked they give you a ticket if you are wanting curtains or fabric etc to collect when you go to the tills. Saves waiting.

I was really disappointed today. I go to the Range in Broadstairs regularly and normally the staff are friendly and welcoming. However after today's experience of meeting the Assistant Store Manager, who was rude and aggressive. She did not listen to me when I needed help. She spoke over me, and was rude. The exchange meant I walked away without buying anything. If this person thinks it is ok to treat customers in such a rude and aggressive manner, I would hate to be one of the team members she deals with. Very disappointing.

Great store, huge variety of products at great prices

Amazing amount of 'stuff', everything from clocks, paintings/prints, mirrors, gardening, keep fit, arts and crafts and kitchen. Perfect as my better half put it "for a Sunday shop". We can spend hours in here just looking and have this weekend (again). Place is fully geared up for summer now. The cafe served up a really nice pizza and i had a lovely cup of coffee to keep us shopping ! 🙂

Great selection of goods, but having to wait for 20 minutes to pay for good is crazy. They definitely need to have more check out open during busy periods

Depending on what you want, most items available, good selection, prices on some things slightly elevated, quality not bad, well worth a visit. Kind,helpful, happy staff and you can stop of in their restaurant if feeling dry and peckish, suitable for pple with disabilities as a lift to take you to another floor.

Our first time here. A good store and we found a few things that we haven't seen at other stores. Picked a lot of Christmas decorations for the end of this year. Roll on 2024 mostly we'll be here again.

Used the cafe. Never again. Breakfast is cheap but fairly awful. Cafe and toilets clean.

On the whole pretty good selection of all round products, unfortunately advertising does overpromise with suggesting you won't have to go anywhere else to find what you want, resulting in disappointment when what you do want isn't there! However don't let stop you shopping here.

I have lived near Deal for the last 10 years and have always used The Range at Westwood Cross for all sorts of items. Very comprehensive range of products sold and also very helpful staff

Great shop and as the name of the shop says a good RANGE of items to buy. It is clean though the ladies toilets need updating especially the floor. The shop floor may not always be tidy but it is plain to see there are not enough staff but the staff they do have are grafters and are helpful. Coffee shop brings people in for sure especially since the menu has been changed. Had a good meal at a good price will be going back again.

Some good bargains on occasions

Great little place to find all sorts of bits. The Christmas decoration section is good this year i found some good deals. Good for cheap pet bits, dog toys/treats etc. Use this place a lot just don't always find the staff overly helpful

Often come into The Range to get bits for the house, they usually have everything we're looking for. Great for Halloween and Christmas decorations. It's all reasonably priced. Sometimes there are queues but they go down very quickly. Friendly and polite staff. Everywhere is wheelchair accessible, including the cafe, which there is a lift to. And also an accessible toilet. Cafe does lovely food from Sandwiches, paninis to burgers and chips and pizza. And also a delicious range of cake. Good choice of hot and cold drink, changing through the seasons.

Was looking for a biscuit tin. Didn't disappoint, I found a glass biscuit barrel to match my kitchen

Great variety of items here queues are prety non existent so if your in a hurry you can go in get your goods pay and leave quite quickly. Good prices in cokparison to specialist suppliers with things like harware kitchen ware etc etc great shopnofnyour on a budget has a poundstretchers vibe

I came here today with my kids and they loved the hot chocolates but unfortunately my coffee tasted awful. Burnt taste and could not taste the honey comb syrup I paid extra for. Will not vist again.

the perfect place to have a cup of tea and a slice of cake after your shopping.there are a lot of things that your children can have to eat.

I really do like this cafe, I attend to visit with my family when having a look around however, the only thing I can comment on is the staff making your food out the back do not wear gloves at any point as you can see them when you are ordering and paying. I've picked up on this every time I visit this cafe and this is regularly. It's unhigenic and I really don't like people making my food with their hands and no gloves. Hopefully having written this , this will change and the staff will provide gloves for the staff making food. Other than that, the staff are so friendly and food and drinks are good.

I attended with my mother and wife and found this coffee shop to be a clean friendly and welcoming place. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Coffee was made just how i like it, and the tables were clean and clear. Definitely recommend anyone in the area to pop in for a coffee and light bite.

A nice little stop off for a coffee, sandwich and cake, staff are friendly, tables clean. Tea cakes are very yummy, as is their sandwiches.

We visit the range for family coffee very regularly. It is a convienient place, has friendly staff and a comfortable feel about it. The shop has all your home needs too! Would definately recommend a visit!

Visit often for tea-cakes and coffee. Ideal place for a quick snack in pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff.

The most miserable lady served me my Costa sort of coffee and my dry carrot cake offering. I know not to expect much from Costa coffee but the Range has managed to bring this to a new low with their insipid anaemic completely void of any coffee flavour offering.

Restaurant on top floor not very welcoming, food average but OK for a quick coffee. Service average.

Often pop into the Range Coffee House when we are out shopping, it's always clean and tidy and the staff are helpful, it's a cafe with a title!

The Range is a general store with a café and toilets up the escalator on the first floor. You queue at counter, and either take your cappuccino and the cake they hand you )do not touch!) , or have a heated item like a toastie brought to your table. There are no full cooked meals as far as I know but at 10.45 this was not what I wanted. Quite busy for a Thursday and no doubt will be more so next month. There is a lift hidden at rear of store so wheelchair access is possible. Staff rotate operating the coffee machine and serving customers to reduce the monotony. The bill just short of £5 and the label Costa made the experience close to that in the actual Costa across the main Road in Westwood Cross. Aims to be family friendly.

I visit this coffee shop on a regular basis. There is a good choice of food to choose from, excellent attentive staff and a comfortable place to enjoy a light lunch. It is a popular place but have never failed to find a table. I highly recommend this coffee shop.

The staff are always really friendly and helpful ,I love the loyalty card and the new decor if great I would recommend this as a coffee and chat shop every time .

Really a very well managed and placed cafe. We were impressed by the option to review a stay by paper, which we use. Prices are very reasonable and pleasantly wide ranges of food are available for all 3 meals of the day. Staff are very friendly and expect us each week and find us a pleasure (hopefully all customers!) to serve. Thanks very much for a great place to stop for a quick light bite during shopping.

Handy little restaurant within a fairly busy store. Fair range of drinks and eats with cheery staff on hand.

If you are looking for a snack Then Range Coffee House is good it has a fair range of sandwiches, toasties, Panini's, cakes, baked potatoes with various fillings you will be well away the only complaint I do have is the prices they charge are slightly excessive could be a lot cheaper

Like the store and so very useful to pop in for tea or coffee plus a bun etc. Friends advise have loyalty card like Asda but keep forgetting.

There is one guy here who is the epitome of fabulousness - and no - i don't know him - an older silver fox always so friendly and seems as if we are long lost friends everytime i visit - lol -but - he is the same with everyone - he is lovely to the other stad=ff too and does a fab coffee - so so friendly - and i actually think i only visit cause he is so nice !! lmao - i gotta get more friends !
