The Brick Room in Worcester

The lady working behind the bar at the Tiki room was extremely rude. We had booked a table for my friend's birthday, hoping to enjoy the cocktails and have a lovely experience, however the bartender was very rude and upset all of us, even causing two of my friends to cry. She had accused my friend of not paying, when she had previously said that she could put it on a bar tab. She approached our table and was being verbally aggressive towards us. She then accused another friend of calling her a 'bitch,' which did not happen. She approached this friend and started shouting in her face, demanding an apology. We drank the cocktails we had bought and immediately left. I was really looking forward to spending the evening at the Tiki Room but sadly, this lady ruined our experience.

A large crowd of us descended on The Brick Room as prearranged. We were served sharing platters with wines and offered cocktails at a two for one price. It was well worth it. The platters were very varied, very fresh and absolutely delicious. The wine and cocktails went down a treat. The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff extremely welcoming and friendly. We look forward to visiting again and would not hesitate to recommend The Brick Room to our friends.

Probably the best value for money in Worcester.....a massive sharing board with a bottle of decent wine for £25.....allows you to buy a couple of cocktails as well for the sane price as you might pay elsewhere just for a meal. Went early evening because I don’t like it too noisy and it was a great ambience. ( I’m getting on a bit) Started to get a bit busier with youngsters at about 8 pm so they were out for a good time and we were on our way home and everyone was happy.......fantastic...you must try it👍

We have visited Brickroom during our visit to Worcester on the day of Victorian Fayre. The food menu is so interesting with different choice of so many homemade dishes as well as the gluten free, vegan and vegetarian choices. The desserts and cake were amazing and attractive. The staff was so attentive and helpful. We will definitely come back.

I organised my partners 30th birthday party the Brick Room. I spoke to the manager Luna on the phone in the lead up and she was extremely helpful and supportive from the get go. I hadn’t planned to organise any food or drink, but Luna advised this would be a good option. She listed all the party options they offered and that she intact made the food herself, so would be able to provide vegan and vegetarian options if needed too. The night was a complete success and Luna made sure we had everything we needed; putting on the most amazing food spread out and ensuring the drinks I’d pre-ordered were bought out when needed. I would absolutely recommend booking your parties here and will definitely book our next party here again!

We have been there on our visit to Worcester and had lovely antipasti board with a free bottle of wine for £25. Delicious 😋 hope we were living much closer and definitely be one of their regular. Thank you for making us feel at home. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend for who haven’t been there yet 👍🏼

I love this place and come in most visits to Worcester. There is a good food and drinks menu and the staff members are really friendly. It's usually quiet and calm here, a haven away from the bustle of the main shopping street. The vegan meatball sandwich is to die for. Highly recommended!

A large group of ladies mosied in here after dinner at the Cosy Club. We had a fantastic time. Polite and respectful door man. (You're a keeper). Large amount of cocktails consumed. Great vibe. Friendly bar staff. Clean toilets. I would say perfect place to end your night in. You can sit and drink downstairs if you want to talk or go upstairs if you want to dance. Perfect venue.

I feel like this place doesn’t have much direction. The drinks are alright-ish. Just feels a little confused as to whether it’s separate to the club? Does it do coffee in the day and night? Is it a sophisticated trendy place or is it a loud live music venue? Also why is the bar top so high?! Give it a visit to make up your own mind but for me it just lacks continuity

Well where do I start! The team at TBR are amazing. We did a Charity Gin Masterclass and had a fantastic night! Ross led the night and his knowledge of the gins was out of this world! Emily and Kyle helped play a huge part in the evening too and we can't thank everyone enough. The quality of all drinks as we had others after is brilliant. The cocktail menu is WOW, out of this world! Ross will adapt them if you ask and wil experiment for you. The food that we had was absolutely fantastic. The revamp of TBR is very modern and trendy, absolutely love it especially the cocktails and chill sign!! If you are wanting to have a gin tasting, cocktail master class, food or drink then I would defiantly recommend TBR! Once again thanks to Ross, Kyle and and Emily for a great night! Defiantly 100/10 I would give them I know I will certainly be back that's for sure 😀😀😀😀 Keep up the good work guys x

Have been to The Brick Room several times over past 12 months, lovely food and good service. Just a shame it lacks atmosphere as it always seems quite empty, try it, I am sure you will return!

Good quality, very creative cocktails. 2 for 1 which was nice! Great dj! Only let down was windows smashed and boarded up. Kind of spoiled the ambience, although I’m sure this will soon be fixed.

We have enjoyed this place greatly in the past, but were very disappointed by a recent visit for breakfast. The place has had a re-vamp since we were last there which has improved it, but the quality of the food was poor. The menu range has been reduced and the prices have increased. Portions used to be fairly generous, but based on our two breakfasts I would describe them as mean now. Smaller muffins, less bacon, which was lukewarm and tired and cold store-bought pancakes. The place was very quiet but it took at least 20 minutes to arrive. Standards have dropped - what a shame.

Haven't been in for a while and thought we'd stop by for £4 Coffee and cake. Only had 2 choices though but lemon drizzle was nice. Coffee good quality

We’ve been coming to The Brick Room regularly for almost a year and a half. It’s our go to place for a light lunch and drink when we are in Worcester. We have always received a warm welcome, the staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is lovely, with fresh ingredients and always well made. I would thoroughly recommend The Brick Room

This is my first time here and it was a very elegant place for ladies to lunch. not a small child in sight! Hurrah! Nice and quiet this Friday lunch with a very calm and efficient server (Emily) behind the bar. We had the mango halloumi salad which was excellent quality and a decent amount for £6. We also shared some wedges as I thought we deserved some carbs. The décor is stunning and it helps to be tall standing at the bar. My friend is very short so we did have a giggle when she ordered! The toilets are stunning. I would imagine this place rocks at night. Large vegetarian selection.

Visited the 'nightclub' part yesterday evening.

It's an awful place considering the price. Food is very poor I could get better sandwiches from Tesco meal deal. The cocktails ara full of ice so that's what you basically drink. The 2 for 1 cocktails are only till 9 pm. I was standing at the bar 8.45 when the barman broke a glasses and cleaning up took a while and by he finished it was after 9. So even I was there for my drinks before 9 I was charger full price for 1 drink and clearly because he was busy with something else and nobody else served us. I would NEVER go back to that "look posh" outside but cheap and dreadful inside place.

Really nicely kitted out. The food was a little basic but it was basic done well which we enjoyed. Love the exposed brick walls!

We popped in here on a wet morning, it has a lovely cosy feel and the decor is beautiful. The service was very friendly. The coffee and food were both really nice. We will definitely be back. We had our baby and pram with us- plenty of room for a pram.

This is more of a cafe by day but a cocktail bar in the evening. We called in on a Saturday evening and enjoyed two prosecco before dinner. There is a very modern decor with plain brick walls. Drinks are ordered from the bar which is very high. High heels may be required !

I understand this establishment is only gravy to the nightclub/ bar next door but the food was simply woeful. We were told when we asked for the bacon to be well done on our pancakes that the bacon is “already cooked”. As expected the pre cooked bacon had an ill look about it and was very fatty. The pancakes were very dry. Service was okay but I wish this place’s aesthetics matched the standard of food.

I was here with a friend mid morning Friday just for a drink we both had a pot of the very good breakfast tea. The staff were friendly and the service was good. The lunchtime menu looked interesting and good value so will be returning to try the food

Happy hour cocktails are superb. Chap at the bar incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I can thoroughly recommend this place.

If you are looking for a nice quiet cappuccino away from the high street, I love the brick room in new street. My dad and I had cappuccino. They also do coffee and cake for £4 which is good value.

We were in Worcester just or the day, wandering around and by chance found The Brick Room, the view of the interior looked very enticing with large comfy leather armchairs.

Went here on good Friday. What a find, lovely venue, genuine friendly efficient staff. Best coffee in Worcester. Latte and flat white to be recommended. Cake was yummy. Special offer coffee and cake for 4 pounds a real bargain. Lunch looked so appetising we are going back today. Well done keep up the excellent work.

We have had lunch here twice in the past month and both times we've been really impressed with the standard of food. Nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. I don't drink coffee but my husband says the coffee at The Brick Room is great.

Our first visit, lovely atmosphere, staff very knowledgeable, the choices of Gins made our day.

Great for an inexpensive breakfast or lunch....and the great cocktails and atmosphere in the evening. The food is really tasty.

A really nice place for cocktails with friends. It was fairly empty when we visited but the atmosphere and music were good. Cocktails were 2-4-1 and we tried a few... The Expresso Martini was particularly popular- really nice and smooth. We also really enjoyed the Cosmopolitan and Mojitos. Service was ok, possibly a bit slower than I would expect, but the waiters were friendly enough.

We went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The place was not particularly busy however it took an age for the barmaid to serve us, she was too busy fussing the dog who was with her friends. We ordered two sandwiches which took forever to arrive. Eventually one appeared. We then waited another 10 minutes for the other. No apology, she simply returned to the dog which was now being fed from the table. It is safe to say we will not be returning to this establishment.

Well worth a visit for 2 to 1 cocktails that are very different to other cocktail bars in town. Interior one of the best in Worcester.

We were impressed with this place when we called for a quick drink last week so we decided to call in this evening for a cocktail and sharing platter ...we were not disappointed ,excellent mohito and plentiful sharing platter ,meat and cheese ,served by friendly ,helpful staff ...we will be returning .

Myself and a few friends visited The Brick Room on a Wednesday evening for a few drinks.

Stumbled across this bar on a Thursday evening after having had a few drinks. We liked the look from the outside. Staff were great... cake amazing and beers cold. Nice relaxing music in the background.

We liked the look of this place from the outside so popped in for lunch. The prices are very reasonable and food is really good. We ordered a meat platter and a cheese platter which we then shared. There was plenty and everything was really tasty. Can’t wait to go back and try something else.

Now we have two young children we tend to pop in here for a lunchtime break. From the outside it looks classy and contemporary. Inside it is quiet and open. The furniture is comfortable. The staff are brilliant. We have never been in during the evening and can imagine it being a bit TOWIE but daytime it is fantastic and relaxed. We are always welcomed. They have a limited range of beers but the ones they have are very good. The cakes are fresh and come highly recommended. This is definitely a perfect spot for a quick pit stop.

Popped in today for a birthday beverage. Only one other person in there but it didn't bother us at all.

Went in for a drink with a friend and in the surface it looks like a nice place, but the barman obviously felt he was far too good looking to smile or engage with his customers. When I asked what gins the bar do he just nodded his head at me...the was a menu on the wall behind me!! So we had our drinks, not presented well at all, draft tonic!!! And quickly moved on to another bar where the same two drinks were £4 cheaper...what a rip off.

We had lunch here on a cold day and were cold. The heaters were over the bar area but no where else. We weren't offered a drinks menu. My husbands food was good but mine was only OK - a grilled halloumi salad with cold cheese. I mentioned this to the waiter but it was just shrugged off.
