Thank god they kicked out that awful woman she was ruining the atmosphere. Lovely coffee and nice food. Great atmosphere until a very loud woman came in recording herself. Staff delt with her immediately though.

El mejor café en Horsforth por una milla y un gran lugar para sentarse y relajarse o simplemente tomar una comida para llevar a dar un paseo por el parque. Chris y su equipo son muy amables y tienen una selección de sándwiches fríos y un montón de golosinas increíbles. No hay menú de comida caliente, pero no te preocupes, es primero, ante todo y mejor una cafetería! He estado disfrutando de su café, pasteles y charla al menos semanalmente desde 2019 y NUNCA decepciona.

Ordered a slice of cheesecake on deliveroo for £4.50 (that's without delivery fee) and it was TINY! i could literally finish it in 2 bites and they charged me a fiver for it..... Wow didnt realise crolla's is rationing their cheesecake

Called in as we had an issue with our accommodation booking nearby. The staff were so lovely & friendly. We had a couple of drinks whilst we tried to resolve our issues & they were brilliant in helping us to find alternative accommodation for the night. Didn’t have chance to dine but the menu looked amazing! Wish this was my local! Thanks again x

There are numerous cafes in the area, and this is easily the worst we have been to. It is expensive the service poor, and not friendly, and the food was poor. We will not be back, lots of much better places near by

Lo que una vez fue un lugar familiar y amigable para los habitantes de la zona se ha convertido en una experiencia impersonal y sin alma. Varios empleados populares han sido trasladados. Los nuevos son agradables, pero mal entrenados y la gestión es ahora pobre, con el personal corriendo a menudo sin rumbo fijo con poco compromiso con los clientes. En dos órdenes de entrega recientes faltaban artículos que habían sido pagados. No puedes llamar por teléfono a la sucursal. El control de stock también es inconsistente, lo que es particularmente molesto para los clientes habituales que tienen preferencias. Recientemente, en una ocasión, el dueño del negocio irrumpió en la tienda, frente a muchos clientes y gritó enojado al personal. Estaba totalmente horrorizado por este comportamiento innecesario. Lo visité hoy. Normalmente, te cuesta encontrar una mesa durante el fin de semana. Como era de esperar, al mediodía, estaba prácticamente desierta. Como leal, regular y devoto de larga data, realmente espero que los responsables hagan algo o el futuro de esta rama me parece sombrío.

Endless amount of flat pints, kids behind the bar don’t know what they’re doing. One of the managers saying that their cider is hit and miss. Randomly deciding during the day on a saturday that they aren’t letting “chavs” in (according to the bouncer) anymore. Can’t hear yourself over the numerous barking dogs they don’t seem to care about. So seems it wants to be the finest place for an expensive pint in a town with nothing going on and won’t let in its regulars for being in sports gear during the day. Don’t bother letting anybody know. Just make up new policies as you go along and refuse entry. Just lost a few regular customers you don’t care about. More bothered about their profits.

Excelente ubicación. La habitación número 7 era increíble. Impecable y todo era nuevo. El desayuno era precioso. No podría haber pedido más.

The time we were there for drinks was so good, the staff are lovely so welcoming and there is always someone there if you need anything, I will definitely be back

Service was great, food was great, the manager was lovely! Food came quickly and we were well looked after :) the homemade cheesecakes are DIVINE!

Just had drink here. But this is general moan about Starbucks. Staff were fabulous, however they are expected to sell sub-standard cold drinks! Just had so called mango & dragonfruit fresha…it’s a complete con…..it’s a very watery nondescript squash, hardly any taste, might have just as well have had free tap water & two thirds was ice!!!

Dreadful lunch. Cappuccino, hardly any froth on top and slopped all over the cup and saucer. Sandwich was so small for a lat of money. Will not be going to this cafe ever again.

Nuestra familia tuvo un almuerzo de domingo (carvery) que fue genial. Tres opciones de carne o podría tener una gran rodaja de cada uno (ternera, cerdo, pavo) como yo. Gran variedad de verduras y salsas y algunos postres geniales para seguir. El personal es amable y servicial, lo cual es genial cuando tienes personas mayores contigo, como hicimos nosotros. Un buen ambiente para un almuerzo en familia o simplemente para comer solo, como varios habituales mayores estaban haciendo.

Great little spot , food is top notch I love that they are about using up everything there no wasting food , place is spotless what more can you ask for

Brilliant friendly community cafe...all day breakfasts...proper home cooked food and happy smiley staff . Love sitting on the old platform and reading the history that's displayed in both languages Community Garden to browse too
