Crolla’s Gelateria - Aberdeen in Aberdeen City

Ordered a slice of cheesecake on deliveroo for £4.50 (that's without delivery fee) and it was TINY! i could literally finish it in 2 bites and they charged me a fiver for it..... Wow didnt realise crolla's is rationing their cheesecake

Have heard great things about this place. What a hidden gem. Isla the counter girl was such a star and made me the best milkshake. I was stuck couldn’t decide what to order. But Isla was great help. Super patient and really knew her stuff. She answered all my questions like what is a gelateria. If your looking for great a snack and lovely staff go when Isla is working. Thanks again Isla.

We bought an itison deal for two large cold stone creations, waffle or crepe and two coffee’s. Firstly the staff were very friendly and the shop was very busy. I had the banana waffle and my wife had the Nutella strawberry crepe, we also had two lattes. Waffle was average and the crepe was ok, lattes were slightly cold which was a disappointment. Also paper plates and wooden cutlery is a no no in my opinion. Cafe was extremely busy and full of screaming brats which put us off staying for long. If kids annoy you, make sure you get a takeaway, would I return…? Probably, but wouldn’t sit inside.

Came here tonight for dessert. We had a waffle and it was amazing. One tip I’d give is to serve with proper cutlery as the paper plate and wooden spoon are a bit cheap-liking. But the ice cream and desserts are delicious so we will definitely be back again soon.

They have tables so you can sit in to eat. There is an extensive menu - waffles, crepes, ice cream, cakes, slushes. I had a waffle, it was good but would have liked it a bit more sauce. Would recommend as somewhere to go for pudding.

I arrived a few moments before closing (I was being one of those annoying customers). Luckily the two amazing staff members (Eve and Lucy) very kindly served me. They were attentive, chatty and friendly. I really appreciated this, especially given it was the very end of their shift. The ice cream was delicious and the unexpected strawberry shake was super. I have been back since and again Eve and Lucy were stars.

Lovely place for ice cream and desserts in Aberdeen- better than shakes and cakes! The build your own waffle was great as you can have anything you want on it. The ice cream was really creamy and smooth. The cookie dough is slightly deceiving as it is actually 3 cookies rather than a skillet of hot cookie dough but lovely nevertheless. The waitress was great as well

Staff were very friendly and helpful when ordering. The amount of different ice cream flavors is seriously mind blowing! I opted for white chocolate and honeycomb and the combination was lovely!! My partner had warm cookie dough and was equally impressed. It was a lovely mid-week treat! The quality of the cones and wafers was good! Crunchy! Happy scooping!

Ice cream is to die for. The waffles are light and airy and served warmed with a number of topping selections. Staff very nice. Quick service. Highly recommended.

Went in purely by chance for ice cream. Discovered that there was a full menu of simple food, Had a meal which was served efficiently.Most enjoyable and quite inexpensive

I live very close to crollas, visited there 3 times and every time I have been there I have come out absolutely appalled with the attitude from staff. They act like you’re a hastle to them the second you walk in the door, I don’t think I’ve ever seen them smile. The first time I didn’t realise that the tango machine red colour was bubblegum, I thought it was cherry as it has been everywhere else, so I said I didn’t realise and didn’t like the bubblegum one and if I would be able to get blue only, then they took the one I had paid for off me and charged me another £4 for a new one, so I ended up paying £8 for one drink and didn’t even get to keep the first one which I could have given to a friend. The other visits have been the same. Fed up of the attitude from these people, desserts are pretty good but will not be back simply because the staff are that unpleasant. Would rather order it on deliveroo and pay delivery rather than run 30 seconds to the shop and have that experience again.

Used an itison voucher and visited on Saturday. Great selection of treats, friendly service and great tasting ice cream. Was out first visit, but definitely won’t be the last.

Sorry never use this place ever again, rude staff, food was as bad as a little chef, felt bad stomach wise several days after that did complain and still awaiting a sorry from them.

Such shop suppose to bring entertainment for visitors and happiness for kids but the staff were very rude and shouted on kids scaring them just because they put syrup on their ice cream. Well the bottles were out and every shop we visited, the kids were invited to put as they like. BUT this monster scared the kids to death and shouted on them it is NOT FREE and lots of creaming. Hang on, if it is to be served by staff, then put inside your counter not outside. I would never recommend a family to be their.

We loved this place. Choice of burgers, sandwiches, rolls and much more...all yummy..Our favourite are the waffles...too good. Don't miss if you have young kids. They would definitely want to go back for more.. Parking on street .
