I'm a long-term customer of Perth Starbucks. Clearly, all of my previous visits have been for less than three hours. I met a friend for a catch-up and coffees two weeks ago. Always friendly, always welcoming, there was no mention inside the building, or on the door, of a three hour limit for parking. There are signs in the car park but, to be honest, it has never occurred to me to read them. I've been aware since the lockdowns that Starbucks happily encourage folk to conduct their business in the shop, so I've always assumed it's fine to park there, as long as you're a customer. I now know different! A £100 parking notice appeared through the post yesterday. £60 if paid eithin two weeks. Starbucks say, 'We don't own the car park, so we can't do anything. Some people are successful when appealing to Euro Car Parks.' I suggested signage within the shop would help, but staff are not allowed to make decisions about such things. Not good enough! I've appealed, but I'm not full of hope. If unsuccessful, I'll be boycotting Starbucks until I have saved £60. Thankfully, there's a Costa nearby.

My first visit (possibly my last) to Starbucks Perth 26th April 24 to enjoy coffee, breakfast and lunch with friends ahead of driving to Inverness for cycling event. No issues with the drinks and food. Shocked to receive a 'PARKING CHARGE NOTICE: £100' 2 weeks later. Parked in a designated space. No signage that i recall in a prominent or obvious position advising a maximum stay. I remained in the car park without authorisation. Not sure how i was meant to get 'authorisation'. No staff member advised that the spaces had a maximum stay. Very frustrating.

Clean and tidy, staff were all very nice and friendly, and I received my free birthday drink, definitely worth stop for the weary traveller to charge your batteries.

Could maybe do with changing the big light up sign saying 24hrs, as after a long drive the last thing we expected was for it to shut at 11.

Just opened last Thursday so small teething problems but I'm sure it will be a great little bar as the staff were very attentive. The upstairs lounge looks great btw. Will visit again when back down.

Fantastic place with wonderful service. I went there on a cold November day and ordered the most delicious caramel apple crumble to take away and they threw in some custard in a separate container. Lovely staff and a lovely shop.

Location is great Environment is great Food is good Overall would come again! I got the BBQ panini. It’s a sweet sauce on pulled pork, with crisps and a side salad. I also got the apple toffee muffin and OH MY GOODNESS. It was so good! Must have molasses or treacle in it but was yummy

Stopped for a cup,of tea and a cake. Quickly told to sit anywhere as the cafe was not busy. A bubbly waitress took our order of a pot of tea and a Mango Tango flavoured tea, a cake and a scone. Drinks arrived but the milk for the tea had turned. It was quickly replaced along with a second pot of tea free of charge. (Never going to be able to drink all that tea) The Mango Tango tea was fabulous. We had to go and ask if we could have our cakes as they had forgotten. The cakes were very very nice. So apart from the dodgy milk and memory, it was very nice.
